Objectives To evaluate the evidence supporting the effectiveness of Chuna manual therapy for nocturnal crying. Methods We conducted search across the 3 electronic databases (Pubmed, CAJ and Oasis) to find all of randomized controlled clinical trials(RCTs) that used Chuna manual therapy as a treatment for nocturnal crying. The methodological quality of each RCTs was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias tool and nRCTs was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Assessment tool for Non-randomized Study tool. Results Two RCTs and three nRCTs met our inclusion criteria. The meta-analysis showed positive results for the use of Chuna manual therapy in terms of the efficacy rate when compared to medication treatments alone. Positive results were also obtained, in terms of the efficacy rate, when comparing Chuna manual therapy combined with acupoint application therapy to Chuna manual therapy alone, but was not statistically significant. Conclusions Our systematic review found encouraging but limited evidence of Chuna manual therapy for nocturnal crying. We recommend clinical trials which compare the effectiveness of Chuna manual therapy with usual care to obtain stronger evidence without the demerits of trial design. 스포츠 강사의 직무 스트레스, 업무 만족 및 주관적안녕감의 관계

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of sports instructor’s work stress, work satisfaction and subjective well-being. participants were 189 sports instructors who work at Chonbuk province. They submitted responses to three questionnaire measuring work stress and work satisfaction and subjective wellbeing questionnaire respectively. we conducted the exploratory factor analysis and cronbach α analysis to find out construct validity and reliability. quartile split was used for turning the continuous work stress, work satisfaction variable into 3 categorical levels and the data were analyzed using ANOVA. we also conducted correlation and regression analysis. The results are as followed: subjective well-being were significantly different according to the level of work stress, work satisfaction. work stress, work satisfaction and subjective wellbeing are strongly correlated and positive emotion and subjective well-being were mainly influenced by work satisfaction. But, negative emotion were mainly influenced by total work stress and there is no influence about facility-management stress and sallary satisfaction. Based on these results, we discussed about the subjective well-being of sport instructors and suggested following research.

기록관리는 기록의 생산 시점부터 시작된다. 공공기관이 기록을 제대로 생산하거나 관리할 수 있도록 하는 통제의 방안과 정책이 필요하다. 우리 나라는 공공기록물법 제정 시점부터 기록의 생산 시점부터 생산 통제를 위해 생산현황통보제도를 도입하였고, 현재까지 운영 중에 있다. 그러나 생산현황통보 제도는 목적에 부합하는 운영이 되지 않고 있으며, 실제 제 도를 실행하는 기록물관리전문요원들 사이에서 무용론이 제기될 만큼 그 실효성이 의심받고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 제도를 관장하는 국가기록원 내에 서도 제도의 존폐여부에 대해 이견이 존재한다. 이에 본 제도가 존재하여 야 하는 이유에서부터 운영의 문제점, 나아가 대안에 대한 의견까지 실제 기록전문가들의 면담을 통해 정리해보았다. Records management begins at the time of production of the record. Public institutions need control methods and policies to ensure that records are produced and managed properly. Korea introduced the Records production report from the point of time when the Public Records Management Act was enacted to control the records from the production date. However, the Records production report is not operating for that purpose, so records managers and archivists are raising uselessness. In addition, there are differences over whether to keep the system or not, even within the National Archives of Korea. Therefore, the reasons for the existence of this policy, problems in operation, and opinions on alternatives were summarized through interviews with records managers and archivists.

The objective of this study was to propose the best methodology for estimating soil organic carbon stocks during environmental assessment for development projects. We compared three methodologies which were developed by Korea Environment Corporation(2010), Korea Forest Research Institute (2006), and Jin-Hyun Jung (1998). We found that the methodology developed by Jin-Hyun Jung (1998) shows the worst performance and the methodology of Korea Forest Research Institute (2006) does not reflect a variety of soil types and land use characteristics shown in development project plans. Therefore, we propose that the methodology developed by Korea Environment Corporation (2010) is the most reasonable one because it is internationally accepted and used for local governments to make the inventory of greenhouse gases as well as to set up its reduction strategy.
보이스 코일 액츄에이터의 PWM 제어에서 듀티비-변위 모델 연구

Voice coil actuator is used linear motion system that requires precision positioning control. In order to control precision positioning of voice coil actuator, relation model between duty ratio and moving displacement of voice coil actuator is needed. This paper present a duty ratio - displacement model in PWM control of voice coil actuator. Transfer function of voice coil actuator is obtained by combining voice coil motor's equation of motion with the equation of circuit and characteristic of voice coil motor. Consider to initial condition of velocity and current, transfer function is transformed mathematical model. The induced model can predict output displacement, velocity and current according to duty ratio and amplitude. The model is verified by experimental tests such as velocity and displacement response of voice coil motor. Simulated results have tracking errors of less than 10 percent of experimental results.
