차전자,복령의 복합 물추출물(CJB)이 고지방사료로 유도된 비만 생쥐의 조직형태 및 조직병리학적 변화에 미치는 영향

Objectives : Obesity is a chronic metabolic disease caused by disorder of energy balance and lipid metabolism. This study was conducted by histopathology and histomorphometry to investigate the anti-obesity effects of mixed water extract of Plantaginis Semen & Poria (CJB) on liver, epididymal fat pads and pancreas zymogen granules in obese rats induced with high fat diet, Method : Male Sprague-Dawley rats to be divided four groups were fed into four different treatments: normal (NOR) diet, high-fat (HF) diet, HF diet+CJB (100 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg, P.O.) for 8 weeks. The weekly body weights were measured in four experimental groups, respectively. Also histopathological and histomorphometrical changes of liver, epididymal fat pads and pancreas zymogen granules were observed in normal control and obese rats, respectively, Results : Adminstration of CJB significantly reduced body weights compared to those of HF group for experimental period. After 8 weeks, liver weights in the CJB groups were lower than those of HF group. In addition, HF diet related steatohepatitis, adipocyte hypertrophy, exocrine disturbances (decreases of pancreatic zymogen granules) were also dose-dependently inhibited by treatment of test material, CJB 100 and CJB 300 as compared with HF group, respectively, Conclusion : Based on the results, it is considered that CJB will be showed hepatoprotective and anti-obese effects, may be directly and/or indirectly mediated by pancreatic zymogen granules because they dose-dependently inhibited steatohepatitis, hypertrophy of adipocytes and decreases of pancreatic zymogen granules induced by HF diet supply, respectively.

Objectives : This study was conducted to investigate the anti-obesity effects of mixed water extract of Plantaginis Semen & Poria (CJB) on obese rats induced with high fat diet. Method: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups; Normal group, high-fat (HF) group, HF+CJB(100 mg/kg, P.O.) for 8 weeks. The body weight, food intake and weights of adipose tissues were measured, respectively. Lipid profiles in serum were analyzed by automatic analyzer of blood. Obese marker proteins and the changes of NPY and LR immunoreactivities in hypothalamus were analyzed by Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Results : CJB significantly reduced body weight, food intake, adipose tissue weights compared to HF group. Serum triglyceride and total cholesterol were significantly higher in HF group than in Normal group however, CJB significantly lowered those of HF group. HDL-cholesterol level in CJB groups was elevated compared to HF group. The pAMPK in hypothalamus were decreased in that of HF group and that of CJB group decreased. Inversely, ACC was increased in HF group and that of CJB groups decrease. Expression of PPAR□ in hypothalamus was increased by CJB treatment. However, PPARα levels in CJB group were decreased compared to HF group. The expressions of NPY and LR in PVN and ARC of hypothalamus were decreased in CJB group, respectively. Conclusion : Administration of CJB can play anti-obesity through regulations of NPY and LR activities and obesity marker proteins in obese rat`s hypothalamus.

「정헌묘지명(貞軒墓誌銘)」의 애도 작업 : 정약용 문학의 ‘애도하는 주체’를 탐구하기 위한 시론

본고는 정약용 문학의 ‘애도하는 주체’를 탐구하려는 시론으로서, 정헌(貞軒) 이가환(李家煥, 1742~1801)을 애도한 「정헌묘지명(貞軒墓誌銘)」의 애도 주체의 특징과 애도 작업의 양상을 고찰하였다. 본고는 다음과 같은 점에 초점을 두어 「정헌묘지명」을 분석하였다. 첫째, 애도의 주체로서 정약용의 자의식에 유의하면서, 정약용의 애도 작업에 정조 시대의 관료이자 신유옥사의 생존자로서의 자아가 어떻게 작용하고 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 둘째, 애도 작업의 다양한 층위를 고려하여, 「정헌묘지명」의 애도 작업이 애도의 주체에게 어떠한 심리적, 윤리적, 정치적 함의를 지니는지 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 ‘고발 문학’으로 규정되어 왔던 이 작품을 애도 작업이 구현된 총체로서 새롭게 조명하고자 하였다. This paper examines the characteristics of the mourning subject and the pattern of mourning work of “The Epitaph of Jeongheon Yi Ga-hwan,” which mourned Jeongheon (貞軒) Lee Ga-hwan (李家煥, 1742-1801), as an attempt to explore the “mourning subject” in Jeong Yak-yong's literature. This paper analyzes the characteristics of “The Epitaph of Jeongheon Yi Ga-hwan” focusing on the following points. First, while paying attention to Jeong Yak-yong's self-consciousness as the subject of mourning, this paper examines how Jeong Yak-yong's self as a bureaucrat of the King Jeongjo's era and a survivor of Sinyu Oksa (⾟酉獄事) is working in his work of mourning. Second, in consideration of the various layers of the work of mourning, this paper analyzes what psychological, ethical, and political implications the work of mourning of “The Epitaph of Jeongheon Yi Ga-hwan” has for the subject of mourning. Based on this paper's analysis, this work, which had been defined as “accusational literature,” is newly illuminated as a total implementation of the work of mourning.

성폭력 피해자의 목소리 되살리기 : 박지원의 「함양(咸陽) 장수원(張水元) 의옥(疑獄)에 대해 순찰사에게 답한 편지」 연구

본고는 연암(燕巖) 박지원(朴趾源, 1737∼1805)의 「함양(咸陽) 장수원(張水元) 의옥(疑獄)에 대해 순찰사에게 답한 편지」를 분석함으로써 박지원이 하층 여성 대상 성폭력 사건의 심리에서 어떠한 점을 중시했는지를 살펴보았다. 본고는 작품 분석에서 다음의 측면에 유의하였다. 첫째, 성폭력 사건 판결에서 중시되어야 할 피해자의 목소리를 박지원이 어떻게 담아냈는지 주목하였다. 둘째, 이 작품은 문학사, 생활사, 법제사가 교차하는 텍스트로서, 학제적 방법론을 바탕으로 심층 분석을 수행하였다. 이 작품에서 박지원은 성폭력 피해자 한조롱이 자살하기 전 남긴 머리카락에 주목하였다. 한조롱의 머리카락은 피해 사실을 증언하고자 한 한조롱의 목소리를 상징한다. 머리카락의 의미를 서술함으로써 박지원은 성폭력 피해자를 위한 ‘대신 말하기’의 책무를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 박지원은 피해자를 비난하며 사건을 왜곡하려던 가해자의 시도를 차단하였으며, 공적 담론에서 소홀히 다루어졌던 피해 여성의 감정과 목소리를 표면화하였다. 피해자의 목소리를 중시해야 한다는 박지원의 지향은 그의 법적 판단에도 일관되게 적용되었다. 박지원은 『대명률』의 위핍인치사 조에 따라 가해자 장수원을 사형에 처해야 한다고 생각하면서도, 현실적으로는 성폭력 사건에서 위핍인치사 조 적용에 보수적이었던 정조의 입장을 의식할 수밖에 없었다. 당대의 사법 관행을 염두에 두면서 피해자의 입장이 최대한 반영될 수 있도록 박지원은 위핍인치사에 버금가는 강간 미수의 죄율을 적용하자는 결론을 내렸다. 이러한 결론은 머리카락에 담긴 한조롱의 목소리에 근거한 것으로, 성폭력 피해자의 고통에 대한 박지원의 예민한 감수성을 보여 준다. This article examines Yeon-am(燕巖) Park Ji-won(朴趾源, 1737∼1805)’s perspective on sexual violence toward low class women by analyzing The Letter to Sunchal-sa(巡察使) on Hamyang Jang Soo-won’s Case. The analysis of this prose pays particular attention to the following aspects. First, how Park Ji-won expressed the victim’s voice in this letter, which is a crucial element in the case of a sexual violence. Second, taking an interdisciplinary approach to this work, since it is a literary, life history, as well as a legal history text. In this work, Park Ji-won paid attention to the sexual violence victim Han Jo-rong’s hair, which she left before committing suicide. Han Jo-rong’s hair represents Han’s voice and desire to testify her pain as a victim of sexual violence. Through narrating the meaning of her hair, Park Ji-won carried out his responsibility for ‘speaking for the other.’ It blocked the assailant’s attempt to blame the victim and distort the truth and allowed the female victim’s voice heard, which was often neglected in public discourse. Park Ji-won’s belief that the victim’s voice should be regarded important was also reflected in his legal judgment of this case. Though he thought that the assailant Jang Soo-won should be executed according to wee-peep-in-chi-sa(威逼人致死: harassment leading to death) clause of The Great Ming Code(大明律), Park practically had to consider Jung-jo’s conservative attitude in applying this clause to sexual violence cases. Park tried to consider the position of the victim as much as possible when determining Jang’s sentence, while keeping in mind the judicial practice of the time. Therefore, he concluded Jang should be punished for attempted rape, which was second in severity to the wee-peep-in-chi-sa crime. His conclusion was based on the voice of Han Jo-rong which was implied in her hair, and it shows his keen sensitivity to the pain of the sexual violence victim.

녹각(鹿角)이 난소적출로 유발된 흰쥐의 골다공증 치료효과에 미치는 영향

Objectives: The present study has been undertaken to investigate the effects of Cervi Cornu on treatment of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Method: In this experiment, the rats were ovariectomized. Rats were administered by Cervi Cornu. The levels of bone mineral density, osteocalcin, ALP, calcium, phosphorus in serum, calcium, phosphorus, deoxypyridinoline in urine, ash weight of bone, body weight and uterus weight were measured. Results: 1. The levels of fibula-tibial bone mineral density were significantly increased in comparison with OVX group at 8 weeks in Cervi Cornu group. 2. The levels of serum osteocalcin showed significant decrease in comparison with OVX group at 4 weeks in Cervi Cornu group. The levels of serum ALP and phosphorus showed significant decrease in comparison with OVX group at 4, 8 weeks in Cervi Cornu group group. The levels of serum calcium showed significant increase in comparison with OVX group at 4, 8 weeks in Cervi Cornu group. 3. The levels of urine calcium, phosphorus and deoxypyridinoline showed significant decrease in comparison with OVX group in Cervi Cornu group. 4. The levels of fibula-tibial ash weight showed significant increase in comparison with OVX group in Cervi Cornu group. 5. The levels of body weight were significantly decreased in comparison with OVX group at 4, 8 weeks in Cervi Cornu group. 6. The levels of uterus weight were significantly increased in comparison with OVX group in Cervi Cornu group. Conclusion: Reviewing these experimetal results, it appeared that Cervi Cornu had efficacy on treatment of osteoporosis.
