        건축행정 서비스 개선방안 연구

        According the high growth of Korean economy, there are many changes in our life recently. As life quality is improved, the standard of construction is strengthen and subdivision. However, in many steps through which it passes until a building is planned, designed, constructed and completed, there are lots of problems among the law related architecture. Especially, there are many statutes which must be checked related to building permits and much wastes time and money in review because of overlapping laws related architecture. Furthermore, there are limitation of computerization and shortage of human power of administration in architecture. In this study, we propose six improvement programme of administration service in architecture. Through these program, civil applications like housing and economic condition could be improved consistently.

        생강 및 인삼 분말 첨가가 돈육포의 휘발성 염기태 질소, 미생물 수 및 관능평가에 미치는 영향

        In this study, we analyzed 24 pieces ($4{\times}3{\times}2$) of pork jerky produced using raw meat and we then randomly assigned the hind leg meat to a treatment group. In addition, the effects of storage according to aerobic plate counts and sensory evaluation on pork jerky were examined. Form the results, We found that volatile basic nitrogen (VBN) content and aerobic plate counts of pork jerky gradually increased with increased storage time, ; moreover, there was a significant difference between the treatment groups and the control group (p<0.01). However, the counts did not increase as significantly in the ginseng powder group (B), as compared to the ginger powder group (A) (p<0.05). The sensory evaluation of pork jerky peaked during the second week of storage in all treatment groups, after which these characteristics gradually decreased (p<0.05). In addition, these characteristics were generally higher in the control group, compared to the treatment groups. When comparing the ginseng powder addition group (B) and ginger powder-addition group (A), only color was significantly higher in the ginger powder group. Based on this study as well as previous studies, storage of pork jerky significantly affects the sensory evaluation of raw pork. Ginger powder may have a more beneficial effect than other treatments on the sensory evaluation. Additionally, in all treatment groups, sensory characteristics were significantly higher in the ginger treated groups than in those of the ginseng-treated groups. 본 연구는 돈육 중의 후지육을 이용하여 천연 향신료인 생강 및 인삼 분말을 첨가비율별로 처리(무처리 대조구, T1구(A-생강 분말 0.1% 첨가, B-인삼 분말 0.1% 첨가), T2구(A-생강 분말 0.2% 첨가, B-인삼 분말 0.2% 첨가), T3구(A-생강 분말 0.3% 첨가, B-인삼 분말 0.3% 첨가)하여 돈육포를 제조한 후, 저장기간에 따른 VBN, 미생물 수 및 관능평가에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 돈육포의 VBN 함량은 대조구와 처리구간에서는 통계적인 유의차가 나타내었고(p<0.01), 저장기간이 길어짐에 따라 VBN 함량과 총 세균수 및 대장균 수도 점차 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한 처리구에 상관없이 생강 분말 첨가군(A)이 인삼 분말 첨가군(B)군보다 유의적으로 낮게 나타났다(p<0.01). 돈육포의 관능평가의 경우, 육색과 맛은 처리구에 상관없이 저장기간이 길어짐에 따라 저장 2주째에 가장 높아 통계적인 유의차가 나타났고(p<0.05), 그 이후는 서서히 낮아졌다. 특히 육색의 경우, T1구의 A군이 다른 처리구보다 크게 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 이상의 결과로 볼 때 돈육포 제조 시 생강 분말 첨가는 미생물의 증식 억제에 다소 영향을 미치며, 육포 제조 후 2주째에 가장 맛이 좋은 것으로 판단된다.

        옥덩굴(CAULERPA OKAMURAE WEBER VAN BOSSE)의 생장과 성숙

        Seasonal growth and maturation process of Caulerpa okamurae were investigated in natural populations and in culture. Monthly sampling was carried out by SCUBA diving at Baekunpo, Busan, southeastern coast of Korea from November 1999 to October 2001. Growth of erect branches depended mainly on the water temperature in the natural habitat. Maximum length of erect branches was 14.0 $\pm$ 1.4 cm in June 2001 when the water temperature was 19.7$^{\circ}C$ and minimum was 2.8$\pm$0.2 cm in April when the water temperature was 14.7$^{\circ}C$. Fresh weight of erect branches was 3.9 $\pm$ 0.5 g in June 2001 and 0.2 $\pm$ 0.04 g in September 2000. Biomass of the population was maximum of 922.5 g dw${\cdot}m^{-2}$ in July and minimum of 125.6 g dw${\cdot}m^{-2}$ in April. Gametangial network was observed on the ramuli when the water temperature was over 19$^{\circ}C$ in August 2000 and June 2001. In the culture regime of 4 temperatures (15, 20, 25 and 30$^{\circ}C$) and 3 irradiances (20, 50 and 80 $\mu$mol${\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$) combination, the maturation of excised erect branches was mainly affected by temperature. Maturation was induced under all irradiance conditions at 20 and 25$^{\circ}C$; under 80 $\mu$mol${\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$ at 15$^{\circ}C$; and under 20 $\mu$mol${\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$ at 30$^{\circ}C$. The highest rate of maturation was 64% under 20 $\mu$mol${\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$ at 25$^{\circ}C$. These results suggested that developmental initiations of C. okamurae occurred at higher than 13$^{\circ}C$ and maturation took about 270 degree-days.

        스님들을 대상으로 한 사찰음식의 대중화에 대한 인식도 조사 분석

        The survey and analysis of preferences for temple food known to health promotion and prevention of adult diseases aimed at popularization of the monks living in Daegu Gyeongbuk and Busan Gyeongnam inspections are as follows. Monks have been recognized as healthy food (42.2%), and expected contribution of health promotion, such as prevention of adult diseases in the popularization of temple food (74.7%), it was better traditional cooking method, and recognize improvement of nutritional supplement (36.7%). Also, meat used (68.8%) and ohsinchae (57.8%) were not necessary for popularizing. In particular, difference was statistically significant in accordance with the number of monks that live with sex (nuns) (p <0.01). The results suggest that monks agree with popularization of temple food. However, monks stick to traditional cooking method and not in used meat and ohsinchae. 최근 성인병 예방 등에 효과가 있는 건강식으로 알려진 사찰음식 대중화에 대한 스님들의 인식도를 알아보고자 대구경북 및 부산경남 지역의 사찰에 거주하는 스님들을 대상으로 조사한 결과이다. 대체로 스님들은 사찰음식을 건강식 (42.2%)으로 인식하고 있으며, 사찰음식이 대중화될 경우에 성인병 예방 등 인체 건강증진에 기여 (74.7%)할 것이라고 생각하고 있었다. 그러나 사찰음식의 대중화를 위한 조리방식은 옛날의 '전통방식 그대로 (45.9%)'가 가장 좋으며, 앞으로 '영양가 보완 (36.7%)' 부분에서 다소 개선이 이루어져야 한다고 생각하고 있었다. 또한 사찰음식의 대중화를 위해 사용금지 재료인 육류와 오신채를 사용해야 하는가에 대해서는 '필요 없다'가 각각 68.8%와 57.8%로 가장 높게 나타나 났으며, 오신채의 사용에 대해서는 성별과 함께 기거하는 스님 수에 따라 의견의 차이가 있었다 (p <0.01). 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 스님들도 사찰음식의 대중화에는 크게 동감하지만 오신채와 육류사용 금지와 옛날 전통 조리 방식은 고수하는 것으로 나타났다.

        우리나라 주택용도분류체계 개선 방향 연구

        Because of the demographic and economic changes and the lifestyle diversification, the new housing types such as the Quasi-housing and urban small-size multi-unit housing are appeared in korea. The current housing use classifications are regulated in accordance with the housing divided ownership, horizontal and vertical size of housing, and the number of units. However, there is a limit to accommodate the new housing type. Therefore, this study proposed the direction of improvement of the housing use classifications through comparative analysis of foreign housing use classifications. Also, building regulations are applied according to the building use classifications. Therefore, the new housing types in building act are very urgent and important. So this study is derived the problems of the current housing use classifications and is proposed the improvement direction of it through the expert opinion survey.

        장수명주택 인증제도 개선방향 설정을 위한 공동주택 수요자 인식도 조사에 관한 연구

        The domestic housing paradigm has changed from quantitative growth to qualitative growth, and demands for pleasant living environment and meeting basic living conditions have increased due to increased living standards of the people. In a related move, the Ministry of land, Infrastructure and Transport introduced "long-life housing construction standards" in the Article 21 paragraph 6 of the Housing Act through a revision of the Housing Act in December 2014, devised detailed criteria and enforced the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, titled "long-life housing construction certification standards" which require long-life housing certification in construction of apartment houses that accommodate more than 1,000 households. In this regard, A survey of consumers was conducted to collect opinions about consumers' perception and requirements regarding long-life housing, and thus to promote long-life housing and improve certification system criteria. The general public who wish to purchase housing were selected as the subjects for the present study, and the survey was conducted at the site of apartment house PR hall in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do as of January 2015. The result of this study is an opinion survey of long-life housing consumers. For future work, additional research is needed to establish legal standards and devise support systems, along with technology development for long-life housing.

        갈조류 양식 모자반(Sargassum fulvellum)과 해적생물에 대한 pH와 염분의 효과

        The effects pH and salinity on the brown alga Sargassum fulvellum were investigated in the context of the removal of two major associated animals, Caprella scaura and Gammaropsis utinomi. Optimum quantum yield (Fv/Fm) of S. fulvellum was also examined in the same experimental conditions as an index of stress. Experiments on pH and salinity tolerances of the two animal species indicated that mortality was more than 80% at extremes of pH (2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12) and salinity (0, 3.5, 7, 10, 44 psu) after a 5 min treatment. Lethal time (LT50) from pH 2 to pH 4 was less than 90 sec in C. scaura, and less than 70 sec in G. utinomi. From 0 to 10 psu, LT50 was less than 20 sec in C. scaura and less than 60 sec in G. utinomi. The quantum yield of S. fulvellum was not significantly different from controls within the pH range 4~10, and within the salinity range of 7-40 psu. When exposed to pH and salinity conditions outside these ranges, the effect of these factors on the removal of two animal species was higher, but quantum yield was highly reduced. These results indicate that the optimal conditions for removing the animal species without affecting optimum quantum yield were pH 4-10, and salinities 7-10 psu and 44 psu.

        사무공간 재실자 밀도 기준 설정을 위한 기초조사 연구

        최근 건축물이 초고층화 대형화 복합화됨에 따라 화재 발생시 많은 인적피해가 발생할 우려가 높아지고 있다. 이에 피난선진국에서는 성능기반 피난안전설계를 실시하고 있는데, 이를 위해서는 해당 건축물을 이용하는 재실자의 특성을 파악할 필요가 있다. 특히, 재실자 밀도는 피난에 필요한 시간을 결정하는데 중요한 요소로서 국외의 경우 오랜 기간 축적된 화재사고 분석자료와 실태조사를 통해 그 기준을 제시하고 있다. 하지만 국내의 경우 최근 재실자 밀도기준을 도입하려 하고 있으나 관련 데이터의 부족으로 해외 관련 기준을 준용할 수 밖에 없는 상황에 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 피난성능설계의 주요 대상이 되는 초고층 건축물의 주요 용도인 사무공간을 중심으로 국내외 재실자 밀도 기준과 국내 사무공간에 대한 재실자 밀도 기준 분석 그리고 실제 K빌딩과 Q 빌딩의 실태조사를 통해 사무공간에 대한 재실자 밀도 데이터를 구축함으로서 향후 사무공간 재실자 밀도 기준 재정립시 국내특성을 반영하기 위하나 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다. In advanced countries, they are legislating Performance Based Design from building design stage. For this, they were prescribed the occupant load for several space use. Specially because of occupants density is a very important elements for making decision of avaliable safe evacuation time, the advanced foreign countries were enacted the occupant load by the analysed data of fire accident and actual condition survey. However in recent, Korea tried to enact the occupants load, they can not help applying the foreign relevant standardization because of the lack of data. So, the purpose this study is the establishment of the basic data for the guideline of the office occupant load by the actual condition survey of the K building and the standard analysis of the occupants load in the foreign guideline and the domestic architecture design manual.

      • 건축물 피난설계를 위한 재실자 밀도 기준 연구

        Recently the consideration for Occupants’ security has been raised as very important design element from the fire by building’s large sized, higher stored, and its complexed. Specially because of occupants density is a very important elements for making decision of Avaliable safe evacuation time, the advanced foreign countries were enacted the Occupants density by the analysed data of fire accident and actual condition survey. Korea tried to enact the occupants density, they can not help applying the foreign relevant standardization because of the lack of data. So, the purpose this study is the establishment of the guideline of the aggregative space density by the analysis of the space dimension guideline of architecture and korean human size.
