        서남해안 2.5GW 해상풍력단지 건설의 경제효과분석

        MOTIE(Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy) aims to build a Southwest 2.5GW offshore wind farm. The job will require help from the government, electric operator and manufacturers. The domestic offshore wind farm market will boost global competitiveness up until 2019. This research analyzes the economic impact of the offshore wind farm project. The local acceptance in terms of production, employment and value added are expected to be maximized. According to the quantitative analysis using the extended 2010 input-output table, we calculated that the production inducement impact will reach up to 13.5 trillion won. 11.07 trillion won from the offshore wind farm industry and 2.4 trillion won from others. Furthermore the impact of increase in employment is expected to reach 22,662. 9,883 will be from the wind farm industry and 12,779 from other fields. The impact is expected to be greater especially during the middle of the jobless growth period, Lastly, the value added inducement impact is expected to be 4.24 trillion won. Regarding economic impacts, strategies required for increasing local acceptance are as follows. First, in order to diversify and sophisticate the primary industry into a secondary or tertiary one, we need to develop the nearby wind farm site into a wind farm thema park. Attracting the wind farm production, installing and maintaining/repairing firms and establishing an experience center for K-12 students by providing them an education center for offshore wind energy can be specific means of development. Also, during the operation and after the destruction of facilities, the government should lay out the sub-structure of the wind farm as a sea ranch. Thirdly, the level of local acceptance regarding the community ownership of the offshore wind farm should increase to those of Middelgrunden(Denmark) and Navarra(Spain). Considering the economic condition of Buan, Gochang and the Yeonggwang area, community ownership is one of best solutions for the increment of local tax revenue. At last, considering the supports system of areas adjacent to power plants and ``Partnership management with local community’, the offshore wind farm operator may need to provide assistant policies to nearby communities. The policies should be based on Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) such as education scholarship projects, local economy cooperative projects, sports/culture projects.

        청소년을 위한 '이동과학교실' 사례연구를 통한 재미있는 과학의 특성 연구

        The 'Mobile Science Lab' is a public program designed to bring teenagers to be engaged in the activities of science and technology. In this study, we attended to elementary school students' participating actions in the program and intended to understand their enjoyment of science from sociocultural and practical perspectives. By drawing on case materials culled from our database, we articulated the features of the enjoyable science activities in the form of two major claims. First, students had rich opportunities to communicate emotionality, which therefore grounds emerging actions on the positive emotional valence. Second, ongoing actions opened up new action possibilities not only to the actors themselves, but also to other community members. The results of this study constitute theoretical frameworks for understanding enjoyment without dichotomizing emotion and cognition, and thereby contribute to designing enjoyable activities of learning science.

        PVP GQD / HfOx 구조를 갖는 전도성 필라멘트 기반의 저항성 스위칭 소자 특성

        A composite active layer was designed based on graphene quantum dots, which is a low-dimensional structure, and a heterogeneous active layer of graphene quantum dots was applied to the interfacial defect structure to overcome the limitations. Increasing to 1.5~3.5 wt % PVP GQD, Vf changed from 2.16 ~ 2.72 V. When negative deflection is applied to the lower electrode, electrons travel through the HfOx/ITO interface. The Al + ions are reduced and the device dominates at low resistance. In addition, as the PVP GQD concentration increased, the depth of the interfacial defect decreased, and the repetition of appropriate electrical properties was confirmed through Al and HfOx/ITO. The low interfacial defects help electrophoresis of Al+ ions to the PVP GQD layer and the HfOx thin film. A local electric field increase occurred, resulting in the breakage of the conductive filament in the defect.

        InGaN/GaN Micro-LED구조를 위한 그래핀 양자점 기반의 산화막 기판 특성

        The core-shell InGaN/GaN Multi Quantum Well-Nanowires (MQW-NWs) that were selectively grown on oxide templates with perfectly circular hole patterns were highly crystalline and were shaped as high-aspect-ratio pyramids with semi-polar facets, indicating hexagonal symmetry. The formation of the InGaN active layer was characterized at its various locations for two types of the substrates, one containing defect-free MQW-NWs with GQDs and the other containing MQW-NWs with defects by using HRTEM. The TEM of the defect-free NW showed a typical diode behavior, much larger than that of the NW with defects, resulting in stronger EL from the former device, which holds promise for the realization of high-performance nonpolar core-shell InGaN/GaN MQW-NW substrates. These results suggest that well-defined nonpolar InGaN/GaN MQW-NWs can be utilized for the realization of high-performance LEDs.

        이종 계면저항 저감 구조를 적용한 그래핀 양자점 기반의 고체 전해질 특성

        The stabilized all-solid-state battery structure indicate a fundamental alternative to the development of next-generation energy storage devices. Existing liquid electrolyte structures severely limit battery stability, creating safety concerns due to the growth of Li dendrites during rapid charge/discharge cycles. In this study, a low-dimensional graphene quantum dot layer structure was applied to demonstrate stable operating characteristics based on Li+ ion conductivity and excellent electrochemical performance. Transmission electron microscopy analysis was performed to elucidate the microstructure at the interface. The low-dimensional structure of GQD-based solid electrolytes has provided an important strategy for stable scalable solid-state lithium battery applications at room temperature. This study indicates that the low-dimensional carbon structure of Li-GQDs can be an effective approach for the stabilization of solid-state Li matrix architectures.

        비정규 과학학습으로 본 드라마 `카이스트` 평가

        `KAIST` is the TV drama which has portrayed modern science & technology and the life of scientists & engineers for about one and half year. The purpose of this study is to appraise the drama `KAIST` as an informal science learning. Using the interesting materials such as soccer robots, computer systems and satellites, the drama arouse students` interest and frequent watching. In general, the drama `KAIST`, as a source for informal science learning, played a positive role: it showed the image of scientists who have humane and sociable character being different from the students` image of real scientists, and changed positively the students` science-technology related attitudes, especially the attitudes towards scientists/engineers, science/technology, and the social nature of science/technology. Teachers commented that the drama `KAIST` might arose students` interest in science, but the made-up contents and the genius-like characters could cause negative educational effects.

        국내 자연형 어도 설계 기준 마련을 위한 고찰 - 자연형 어도 표준 모형안의 문제점과 개선방안을 중심으로 -

        현재 우리나라에 설치된 어도의 90% 이상이 콘크리트 인공 어도로 되어있으나, 최근 자연적인 재료를 이용하여 소하천의 형태로 설치하는 자연형 어도가 많이 설치되고 있다. 이에 따라 국내 정부산하 공기업과 대학에서는 자연형 어도에 대한 설계 기준에 등록할 목적으로 `자연형 어도 표준모형 형식(안)`을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 제안된 형식안을 검토해보고 보완, 개선되어야 할 사항을 제시해보았다. 연구 결과, 지금까지 국내에서 어도 설계와 관련하여 진행되었던 연구가 매우 부족해 적절한 기준을 마련하는데 한계가 있었던 것으로 판단된다. 특히 우회수로형 자연형 어도에서의 구조 유지 방안이나 내부 돌 설치 방법, 또는 자연 재료에 대한 연구가 부족한 것으로 판단되었는데, 이는 해외에서 진행되었던 연구사례에 비춰볼 때 국내에서도 국내 상황에 맞는 설계 연구가 보다 적극적으로 진행되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 또한 경사도와 폭에 대한 설계기준 역시 주로 이미 설치되어 있는 국내의 자연형 어도들을 근거로 제시되고 있는데, 이는 어종 특성은 물론 어도에 대한 수리학적, 생물학적 연구를 바탕으로 각 지역 조건에 맞는 설계 기준이 새롭게 마련되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. While over 90 percent of fishways are made up with concrete material, nature-like fishways are started to be established as a form of small stream using natural materials. Recently, the central government in collaboration with a university has proposed a `Standard Model of Nature-like Fishway` with a purpose to provide as a national design standard of nature-like fishway. This study aims to criticize the proposed design model of nature-like fishway and to propose improvements by examining other international cases. As a result, we found problems and limitations of the proposed design model due to the lack of research and experience about making nature-like fishway in Korea. Especially, for designing bypass nature-like fishway we found the lack of studies about structure management strategies, establishment of rocks or pebbles inside the stream, and natural materials. In this sense, more studies about nature-like fishway design adaptable to our environment need to be conducted. In addition, since the proposed design standard for nature-like fishway has been created based on the limited examination of existing domestic cases, it is desirable to improve the design standard on the basis of hydrological and biological research so that they could be adapted effectively to regional and local contexts.

        프랑스 학교의 역사-지리-민주시민교육 연구

        Dans cette étude, nous voulons savoir le contenu des programmes nationaux dans l'enseignement de l'histoire-géographie à l'école, également au collège et au lycée. En France, l'éducation civique est ajoutée à l'histoire-géographie dans l'enseignement secondaire. Notre étude recouvre non seulement les programmes, mais aussi les accompagnements qui ont des fonctions de donner des informations pratiques aux enseignants et de les guider pour varier des pratiques pédagogiques. Les enseignants ont l'autonomie pour le choix de leurs méthodes éducatives. Enseigner l’histoire et la géographie, c’est chercher à fournir aux élèves une vision du monde et à exercer une mémoire. aidant à constituer le patrimoine culturel qui permet à chacun de trouver son identité. Les finalités de l’enseignement, qu’elles soient culturelles, civiques et intellectuelles, demeurent identitques et sont communes à l’histoire et à la géographie ainsi qu’à l’éducation civique, juridique et sociale. Nous constatons que le programme scolaire encourage l'intégration des matières, c'est-à-dire entre l'histoire et l'histoire de l'art ou entre la géographie et la biologie etc. Afin, pour que les programmes affichés au Bulletin officiel soient réalisables, ils sont nettement délimités tout en préservant la liberté pédagogique des enseignants.
