The purpose of this study was to investigate the body composition of fifteen college-age women participated who over 30% body fat ratio during 8 weeks circuit weight training. The result of body weight, body fat weight, % body fat, abdomen fat after six weeks training were decreased, there were significant differences(p<.05). Lean body mass was no significant differences. In conclusion, it can the referred that the circuit weight training are valid in the body composition of college-age women. Restricted diet should be applied more long term and various program.

The purpose of this study was to investigate of cardiorespiratory function on low back pain's patients. Subject were consist of low back pain patients(13), sedentary(13), athlete(13) who participated in this experiment voluntarily. The subjects in the exercise performed by arm ergometer. Statistical techniques for data analysis were One-way ANOVA and significance level was 5%. This study following result was low back pain is a problem that is common and costly to society, and its effective management remains a challenge. Therefor low back and abdominal exercise and aerobic exercise are prescribed for a injury of low back pain. Also aerobic exercise are beneficial for low back pain' patients.
근력트레이닝 방법에 따른 비만여성의 신체조성 비율에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the body composition ratio of obesity women who over 30% body fat ratio on eight weeks weight training(n-6) and circuit weight training(n-6). Subjects underwent eight weeks weight training and circuit weight training. Their were measured body fat, abdomen fat, Lean body mass, body fluid pre and post training. The response were analyzed by SPSS 7.0 program. The result of this study were as follows : 1. body fat were increased both group, there were significant differences after eight weeks training(p<.05). 2. Abdomen fat were increased both group, there were significant differences after eight weeks training(p<.05). 3. Lean body mass were no significant differences after eight weeks training 4. body fluid were no significant differences after eight weeks training Also, There were no significant differences between training program. In conclusion, it can the referred that the weight training and circuit weight training decreased body fat and abdomen fat of obesity women.

This study was designed to identify how the factorial structure of physical fitness and excellent basketball players required structure of physical fitness. The subjects participating in this study were 26 male university basketball players who were classified into excellent athletes. Factor analysis was applied for analyzing factorial structure of man`s field hockey players. The implications of the study were as follows: 1. Among the factors of physical fitness, muscular strength had a significant impact on basketball player performance outcomes irrelevant to the levels of skills. 2. At the excellent basketball players of university, muscular strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, agility and were very important factors for deciding performance outcomes.
400M 트랙 달리기 후 아이싱 회복방법이 심박수, 혈중 젖산농도 및 경기력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the ICING Recovery on heart rate, blood lactate and performance skill after 400M running. In this study, The subjects participating were 6 male university students. They participated in test of measuring for heart rate, blood lactate at rest, after 400M running, recovery 5min, 10min, 20min, 30min. Blood lactate was measured by YSI-1500 Blood Lactate analyzer and Heart rate was measured by POLAR Heart rate analyzer. Recovery theory were Icing recovery, activity recovery, non-activity recovery. The result of the study were summarized as follows : 1. In the Heart rate, significantly difference 10min of icing recovery, activity recovery, non-activity recovery (p<.05). at the Heat rate recovery rate, icing recovery was 84.09%, activity recovery was 82.51%, non-activity recovery was 76.73%. 2. In the Blood lactate, significantly difference 5min of icing recovery, activity recovery, non-activity recovery(p<.05). at the Blood lactate rate, icing recovery was 82.93%, activity recovery was 80.05%, non-activity recovery was 54.03%. 3. Comparing with recoding time at frist and second 400M running, icing recovery theory was frist recorded time 1.05±2.00, second recorded time 1.07±2.63, activity recovery was frist recorded time 1.07±2.63, second recorded time l.13±3.77, non-activity recovery was frist recorded time 1.07±1.604 second recorded time l.15±4.457.
프로축구선수들이 경기 전ㆍ후 전해질 및 무기질 변화에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to changes of electrolyte and mineral concentration of professional soccer player before and after game. In this study, eight professional soccer player participated in the test of measuring. Blood collecting was made at the time of before(0min) and after soccer game(90min). Electrolyte was analyzed CIBA Coming 614(Coming Co, U.S.A), mineral was analyzed Autosera-CA(Daiichi Co. Japan) and Glynimate-MG(Daiichi Co. Japan) The conclusion as follows : 1. Na+ concentration was significantly increased after game than before game(p<.05). 2. K+ concentration showed decreased However, it was not significantly different. 3. Ca concentration showed increased However, it was not significantly different. 4. Mg concentration showed decreased However, it was not significantly different. Electrolytes and minerals are essential materials for the proper execution of cellular functions and participating in the body metabolism. The whole metabolic functions are affected if the electrolytes and minerals are deficient. The activity of the electrolytes and minerals in the body has been known to be increased or decreased by exercise and training, while it is still uncertain of the electrolytes and minerals physiological and biochemical roles during exercise. The amount of excretion or loss of electrolytes during severe prolonged exercise and under hot weather conditions through urine, blood and sweet. Therefore, the electrolytes have to be refilled for the vigorous exercise ability or training through.
지구성 운동시 운동전 음료섭취 유형이 혈중 전해질 및 비혈장특이성효소에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research was to examine effects of endurance exercise after taking beverage on concentration of serum electrolytes, and of Creatine Kinase (CK) and Lactic Dehydrogenase (LDH), and to identify its role as aids for exercise. To test this, 14 participants were sampled from K university and were divided into 2 groups: first group was to drink water and second group was to consume ion beverage, and asked to drink 250㎖ of water or ion beverage 30 minutes before exercise. And then, they were asked to perform aerobic exercise for 50 minutes under a space having normal temperature and humidity, and their blood were collected at the time when their body condition were stable, after consumption of beverage, and right after completion of exercise, and 15minutes after recovery and their blood were analyzed accordingly. Results of analysis ascertained the following changes in electrolytes that interaction effects between blood collection before beverage consumption and groups were significant, and that in case of electrolytes, K?, Cl?, interaction effects between blood collection before beverage consumption and groups were not significant, and that in case of serum, CK, interaction effects between blood collection before consumption and groups were significant, and that in case of LDH, interaction effects between blood collection before beverage consumption and groups were not significant. Therefore, ion beverage ingestion is thought that it will help increase capability of winning game.
최대운동 시 Bovine Colostrum의 섭취가 Immunoglobulin, Cortisol에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 7day of bovine colostrum supplementation on immunoglubulin during maximal exercise with 7 healthy males. During maximal exercise test blood collection was performed in rest, post-exercise, recovery15, 30minutes. Subjects were measured and compared with pre, and post-supplementation. Each experiment monitored and analyzed the change in immunoglobulin, cortisol. The results as follow : Serum IgM, IgG, IgA concentration were show graded increase, each experiment were significantly increased in post-exercise(p<.05), Compared with pre, post-supplementation value were not significantly(p>.05). Serum cortisol concentration were show graded in crease, each experiment were significantly increased in post-exercise(p<.05). Compared with pre, post-supplementation value were significantly(p<.05). As the result, it was showed that bovine colostrum supplementation increase the cortisol level significantly.
