Our problem is that we did not make the laws and regulations oriented for bicycles but for the cars. Thus, this study compares the regulations of our own and the other countries. This study suggests the better ways to improve the regulations. This study researched on Junior highschool students and their parents. The research was to understand the situations about the children who are having a low physical growth even with the frequent bicycle uses and who are having a hard time keeping the regulations concerning a bicycle. The research set 475 samples and tried to put their thoughts more throughly. The research questions concerned three things. First of all, how much of the regulations and law do they actually know. The details about the matter will follow. Second, after letting them know about the regulations of the other countries, we asked them whether it would be helpful to us if those rules applied to our situations. Third, If we ease the regulations of ours then, would it be helpful to our bicycle usages. This study shows the regulations that need to be eased and need to be hardened. We should have even asked the car drivers about their opinions, but we set our limits to the bicycle users only so we didn't ask them. A bicycle has the place even lower than a motor cycle. In case of the accidents, the insurance comes to the other problem. These systems related bicycles are being a block wall for the bicycle users.

Is this study, the bound nouns are investigated syntactically and semantically. Therefore, in this thesis, the definition of the bound noun was made in the first place, and the criteria to distinguish the bound noun from the other-free nouns and suffixes were established. On the basis of criteria were the examples of the bound noun classified into two distinctions. The result of this study can be concluded as follows: A bound noun, unlike the free nouns, cannot be used alone, and should be preceded by an-nominal form-adnomial form of a predicate, substantive, or demonatrative ad-nominal form. The bound noun can be distinguished as follows: First, the bound nouns are dependent. Second, the ones have constraints in synthetic relation. Third, they must be attached to a definite article. Fourth, they must can case-ending. Finally, they must be nouns. In this study, the relationship between a bound noun and a free one, a bound noun and a clitic, a bound noun and a suffix, and a bound noun and the final ending are discussed on the basis of the above-mentioned content. Final ending {-ㄴ, -는, -ㄹ} : geos(것), noleus(노릇), daelo(대로), de(데), deus(듯), mankeum(만큼), moyang(모양), ba(바), beob(법), bun(분), sem(셈), su(수), yang(양), i(이), jul(줄), jung(중), tas(탓), teo(터). Final ending {-ㄴ, -는} : balam(바람), cheog(척), pyeon(편). Final ending {-는} : deung(등), ttawi(따위). Final ending {-ㄹ} : gyeoleul(겨를), ttaleum(따름), ppun(뿐), jigyeong(지경). Without Final ending {-ㄴ, -는, -ㄹ} : deungdeung(등등), ttaemun(때문).
