        Most of the stone cultural properties is exposed to the weathering factor(rain, windetc.), so the shelter is constructed for reduction of its direct effect. But the shelter is indicated some problems that inharmoniousness of the surroundings, in section disturbance for insufficiency of light, the loss about the value of cultural properties and so on. So we have investigated on environmental condition (temperature, relative humidity, wind etc.) at the Standing Stone Buddhist Triad in Bae-ri, Gyeongju and Rock-carved Triad Buddha in Seosan because check the effect of the shelter. As the result, the Standing Stone Buddhist Triad in Bae-ri, Gyeongju is located a pine wood and a lot of bamboo grow naturally in nearing. Environmental difference on inside and outside of the shelter is not found because opened on all sides. But there is so dim for the direction of the sunlight that can't see the Standing Stone Buddhist. The base rock of Rock-carved Triad Buddha in Seosan well develop with crack and break, and the vegetation(trees, moss, lichen etc.) grow naturally in surroundings. Environmental difference on inside and outside of the shelter is found because closed on all sides and opened the front gate only inspection time. Inside of the shelter was too calm(air-velocity not detected) and humid(over 75%RH). Also the surface is occurred the dew(at 2-4 pm) and the efflorescence for effect of the water(rain, dew etc.). Besides the head of the central Buddhist is so dangerous for crack.

        Annals of the Joseon Dynasty is the authentic record of the historical facts and events taken place throughout the entire period of 472 years(25 generations, 1392~1863)described in a chronological order. The tremendous volume of the records contains the factual events taken place in almost all the fields of the Joseon Dynasty ranging from politics, economy to history of the dynasty. Not only because of its affluent contents but also with the precision of its records, it was designated as the National Treasure No. 151 in1973 by the Korean government and also registered as the Memory of the World by UNESCO in October 1997.This study is to report a exhaustive investigation results on the conservation state of annals of the Joseon Dynasty, especially Mt. Jeongjoksan edition, under the storage of the Kyujanggak in order to obtain the current condition, and thereby to estimate the any deterioration of the waxed volumes in the future. According to results of the investigation, we are going to verify damage causes of annals of the Joseon Dynasty, and to consider scientific conservation methods for the permanent preservation of invaluable cultural heritage. The major problem with the preservation of annals has arisen particularly from the deterioration of the waxed volumes of the Mt. Jeongjoksan edition. In order to provide for the counter measures for this problem, we have conducted twice investigations(first :1998~1999, second : 2003) to the internal and external conditions of waxed volumes(Annals of King Taejo~Annals of King Myeongjong).The result of the investigation has indicated that the paper quality of the some of the waxed volumes (Annals of King Taejong~Annals of King Sejong) is cracked and folded and the pages are imbedded to each other due to the hardened or congealed wax on the paper. Some of the pages are even getting moldy. And in order to detect as to whether“ there has been any deterioration progressed to the waxed books in the modern storage facility of the Kyujanggak equipped with constant temperature and humidity condition, the first investigation(1998~1999) and the second investigation(2003) have recorded the values of acidity, whiteness and moisture rate of the waxed paper, reporting an observation that there has been no difference on the measuring items. This indicates that no virtual deterioration has been progressed so far to the waxed volumes preserved in the Kyujanggak. Also, except for the causes of deterioration to the paper by insects and microorganisms, the major cause for the paper damage seems to the change of moisture of the paper caused from the alteration of the temperature and humidity of the storage environment. With this understanding in mind, we have conducted an environmental investigation on the three selected points of the storage in the aspects of the temperature, humidity, air current, $CO_2$,HCHO, and $SO_2$.It has been observed that the temperature stood at $16.9^{\circ}C~20.2^{\circ}C$ and the humidity was stable between 53%~56% during the period of the investigation. The concentration of the carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide of the storage were very similar to those in the air. These data lead to presume that there is no problem in the aspect of carbon oxidization. But the concentration of sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and formaldehyde of the storage were detected a little higher than those of standard. Therefore, we consider that it is necessary to ventilate the internal air of the store room by means of operating air purification devices.

      • ETCS Level 3 기반 전자연동장치의 기능 및 인터페이스 분석

        본 연구의 내용은 국가R&D 사업으로 추진중인 “자동운전을 지원하는 ETCS L3 급 고속철도용 열차제어시스템 핵심기술 및 궤도회로 기능 대체 기술개발”과제 중 ETCS L3 기반 열차진로제어 기술개발 내용에 관련되는 부분에 대하여 기술하였다. 기존 ETCS L1/L2 전자연동장치(EIS)는 궤도회로를 사용 열차의 위치를 확인하는 방식이나 ETCS L3 기반 전자연동장치는 무선을 통해 열차위치정보를 RBC(Radio Block Center))로 부터 받아 역 구내에서 가상폐색(Virtual Block)방식의 시스템으로 구성한다. 이에 따른 ETCS L3 기반 전자연동장치의 기능 및 주변장치와의 인터페이스 방안을 분석하여 제시하였다. The contents of this study are related to the contents of ETCS L3-based train route control technology development among the "Development of core technology and alternative track circuit function of track control system for ETCS L3 high-speed railway supporting automatic operation" under the national R & D project. As described. Existing ETCS L1 / L2 , Electronic Interlocking (EIS) uses track circuit to check the position of trains, while ETCS L3, Electronic Interlocking receives train position information from the RBC(Radio Block Center) device over the air. It consists of a system of virtual block method. The purpose of this study is to analyze and present the function of ETCS L3 based Electronic Interlocking and interface with peripheral devices.

        본 연구의 내용은 국가 R&D 사업으로 추진중인 ‚자동운전을 지원하는 ETCS L3 급 고속철도용 열차제어시스템 핵심기술 및 궤도회로 기능 대체 기술개발‛과제 중 ETCS L3 기반 열차진로제어 기술개발 내용에 관련되는 부분에 대하여 기술하였다. ETCS Level 3 는 기존의 궤도회로를 사용하지 않으므로 궤도회로를 이용한 레일절손검지를 대치할 수 있는 안전시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ETCS L3 용으로 개발중인 DAS(Distributed Acoustic Sensing)기반 레일절손검지장치 (DBRD, DAS based Broken Rail Detector)가 EIS 로부터 진로 및 상태정보 등을 수신 받고 EIS 가 DBRD 로부터 레일절손검지 정보를 수신 받아 보다 안전하게 열차진로를 제어하기 위한 인터페이스 방안을 분석하여 제시하였다.

        디지털 홀로그래피를 이용한 포토리소그래피 공정 제품 패터닝의 폭과 단차 측정

        반도체 산업은 우리나라 주력산업중 하나로 매년 꾸준한 성장세를 보이며 지속적인 성장을 하고 있다. 이러한 반도체 산업에서의 중요한 기술은 소자의 고 집적화이다. 이는 면적당 메모리 용량을 증가시키는 것으로 핵심역할을 하는 것이 바로 포토리소그래피 기술이다. 포토리소그래피란 마스크의 표면에 빛을 쬐어 생기는 그림자를 웨이퍼 상에 인쇄하는 기술이며 반도체 제조공정에서의 가장 중요한 공정이다. 이러한 공정을 통해 나온 패터닝을 분석 시에 폭과 단차의 균일성을 측정한다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 포토리소그래피 공정이 적용된 시험편 패터닝에 폭과 판 사이와의 단차를 투과형 디지털 홀로그래피를 구성하여 측정하고자 한다. 투과형 디지털 홀로그래피 간섭계를 구성하고 시험편에 임의의 9포인트를 설정하여 각 포인트를 측정하고 상용장비인 SEM (scanning electron microscopy)과 alpha step으로 측정한 결과와 비교하고자 한다. 투과형 디지털 홀로그래피는 측정시간이 타 기법에 비에 짧다는 장점과 배율렌즈를 사용하기 때문에 저 배율에서 고 배율로 변경하여 측정할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 실험 결과로부터 투과형 디지털 홀로그래피가 포토리소그래피가 적용된 패터닝 측정에 유용한 기술임을 확인할 수 있었다. The semiconductor industry is one of the key industries of Korea, which has continued growing at a steady annual growth rate. Important technology for the semiconductor industry is high integration of devices. This is to increase the memory capacity for unit area, of which key is photolithography. The photolithography refers to a technique for printing the shadow of light lit on the mask surface on to wafer, which is the most important process in a semiconductor manufacturing process. In this study, the width and step-height of wafers patterned through this process were measured to ensure uniformity. The widths and inter-plate heights of the specimens patterned using photolithography were measured using transmissive digital holography. A transmissive digital holographic interferometer was configured, and nine arbitrary points were set on the specimens as measured points. The measurement of each point was compared with the measurements performed using a commercial device called scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Alpha Step. Transmission digital holography requires a short measurement time, which is an advantage compared to other techniques. Furthermore, it uses magnification lenses, allowing the flexibility of changing between high and low magnifications. The test results confirmed that transmissive digital holography is a useful technique for measuring patterns printed using photolithography.

        반사형 디지털 홀로그래피를 이용한 Molybdenum 박막의 손상 측정

        전자제품에 필수적으로 사용되는 전자회로의 제작 시, 반도체 위에 증착하는 박막의 산화를 방지하기 위하여 molybdenum을 증착한다. Molybdenum 박막 증착 시 표면의 particle 또는 dust의 존재는 밀착력 감소 및 성능 저하, 수명 단축, 안전도 저하를 유발한다. 본 논문에서는 particle의 유무에 따른 molybdenum 박막 증착부의 변화를 보기 위하여, 두 가지 glass substrate를 대상으로 손상 측정 실험을 하였다. Sputtering 증착 기법으로 molybdenum이 glass substrate에 직접 코팅이 되는 clean과 dirty 두 종류의 molybdenum 박막을 제작하고, 손상 측정을 위해 반사형 디지털 홀로그래피를 구성하였다. 반사형 디지털 홀로그래피는 간섭계의 구성이 손쉽고 다양한 배율렌즈를 적용하여 측정영역에 다양성을 줄 수 있으며, 측정시간이 타 기법에 비해 짧다는 장점을 가진다. 실험 결과로부터 반사형 디지털 홀로그래피가 박막의 손상 및 결함 측정에 유용한 기술임을 확인하였다. In the fabrication of electronic circuits used in electronic products, molybdenum thin films are deposited on semiconductors to prevent oxidation. During the deposition, the presence of a particle or dust at the interface between the thin film and substrate causes the decrease of adhesion, performance, and life cycle. In this study, a damage measurement targeting two kinds of glass substrate, with and without particles, was performed in order to measure the change in the molybdenum thin film deposition area in the presence of a particle. Clean and dirty molybdenum thin film specimens were fabricated and directly deposited on a substrate using the sputtering method, and a reflection-type digital holographic interferometer was configured for measuring the damage. Reflection-type digital holography has several advantages; e.g., the configuration of the interferometer is simple, the measurement range can be varied depending on the magnification of a microscopic lens, and the measuring time is short. The results confirm that reflection-type digital holography is useful for the measurement of the damage and defects of thin films.
