보육교사의 전문성과 직무스트레스가 아동학대 인식에 미치는 영향력

본 연구는 보육현장에서의 보육교사 전문성과 직무스트레스로 인한 어린이집에서 나타나는 아동학대의 영향력을 살펴보고자 한다. 보육교사의 전문성과 직무스트레스, 아동학대를 동시에 조망하고 보육교사의 전문성을 높이기 위한 방안과 직무스트레스를 완화 할 수 있는 방안을 마련함으로써 아동학대를 예방하고 감소시키는 대책을 강구하는데 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 연구대상은 어린이집에 재직 중인 교사로 서울. 경기도에 소재한 어린이집 40개 기관을 표집하고 어린이집의 보육교사 314명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관분석, 단계적 다중회기분석을 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 보육교사의 배경변인에 따른 전문성, 직무스트레스, 아동학대는 보육교사의 평균 근무시간에서만 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 전문성과 직무스트레스, 아동학대는 유의미한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 전문성과 직무스트레스가 아동학대에 미치는 영향에서는 아동학대의 하위영역을 분석한 결과 모두 통계적으로 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수임을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of child abuse in childcare centers due to the professionalism and job stress of childcare teachers in the field. The purpose of the study is to look at the professionalism, job stress, and child abuse awareness of childcare teachers at the same time, and to prepare measures to increase the professionalism of childcare teachers and to relieve job stress. The results of this study will provide basic data for taking countermeasures to prevent and reduce child abuse. For the purposes of this study, 40 childcare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were sampled, and 314 childcare teachers currently employed in these centers were selected. The collected data was analyzed by frequency, correlation, and stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 21.0 program. As a result of the study, first, the professionalism, job stress, and child abuse awareness according to the background variables of the childcare teacher were found to be significant only in the average working hours of the childcare teacher. Second, the professionalism of childcare teachers, job stress, and child abuse awareness were found to have a significant relationship. Third, as a result of analyzing the sub-fields of child abuse, it was confirmed that the effects of childcare teacher professionalism and job stress on child abuse awareness were all important variables affecting statistically. 보육교사의 전문성 인식이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향력 연구

본 연구에서는 보육교사의 전문성 인식이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 보육교사의 전문성과 직무스트레스를 동시에 조망하고 보육교사의 전문성을 높이기 위한 방안과 직무스트레스를 완화할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위하여 서울과 경기도에 소재한 어린이집 40개 기관의 보육교사 314명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 일반적인 변인에 따른 전문성 인식과 직무스트레스의 차이에서는 연령과 급여 그리고 시설유형에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 전문성 인식과 직무스트레스는 모두 유의한 정적 상관을 볼 수 있었다. 셋째, 보육교사의 전문성 인식이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에서는 보육교사의 전문성 인식의 하위요인 중에 교수능력과 의사소통능력 순으로 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 즉, 보육교사의 전문성 인식이 높을수록 직무스트레스가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났고 이와 같은 결과는 보육교사의 전문성 인식을 성장시킬 수 있는 다양한 지원을 위한 기초적 자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다. In this study, the effect of child-care teachers’ professionalism perception on job stress was investigated. It will be possible to provide basic data for simultaneously looking at the professionalism of childcare teachers and job stress, and to come up with measures to enhance the professionalism of childcare teachers and to alleviate job stress. For this purpose, 314 childcare teachers from 40 childcare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were selected. The results of the study were as follows. First, in the investigation of differences in professional perception and job stress according to general variables of childcare teachers, significant differences were found in age, salary, and facility type. Second, there was a significant positive correlation between the childcare teachers’ professionalism perception and job stress. Third, in the effect of childcare teachers’ professionalism perception on job stress, it was confirmed that teaching ability had the most influence among the sub-factors of childcare teachers’ professionalism perception, followed by communication ability affecting job stress. In other words, it was found that the higher the professional awareness of childcare teachers, the lower the job stress. These results are meaningful in providing basic data for various supports that can increase the professional awareness of childcare teachers.
