        창업의도에 미치는 개인 특성 요인 연구: 사회적 지지의 조절 효과를 중심으로

        창업에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 대학에서 더욱 많고 다양한 창업교육 프로그램이 실시되고 있다. 효과적인 대학의 창업 프로그램을 위해 경영자 정신과 자질에 대한 개념정립이 요구되고 있다. 하지만 아직 기업과 정신과 관련된 개인 특성에 관한 연구들은 개인특성과 실제적인 창업활동과의 인과적 관계에 대한 명확한 결론을 제시하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 개인특성연구에서 상황요인의 포함이 모델의 예측력을 높인다는 이론적 흐름에 기반하여 개인적 특성이 창업태도와 실행의도에 영향을 줄 때, 이 영향을 주변인들의 지지(사회적지지)가 중요한 조절역할을 한다고 가정하고 연구를 진행하였다. 또한 기술창업을 주로 하여 창업과정에서 어려움이 큰 이공계 대학원생을 대상으로 연구하였다. 연구결과, 창업태도는 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 주었고, 개인적 특성인 기업가성향 중 혁신성과 창업효능감은 창업태도를 높이고, 창업의도를 높이는 데 유의한 영향이 있었다. 또한 사회적 지지는 기업가 성향 및 창업효능감의 모든 변수가 창업태도에 미치는 영향을 증폭하는 유의한 조절효과를 보여주었다. 또한 사회적 지지를 고려하지 않은 경우 기업가 성향 중 위험감수성과 진취성은 창업태도에 유의한 영향을 주지 않았으나, 사회적 지지가 고려된 모델에서는 혁신성, 위험감수성, 진취성, 창업효능감 모두 창업태도에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 개인적 특성 모델은 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 주며, 이때 사회적 지지는 중요한 조절효과를 갖는 요인이고, 상황요인을 모델에 포함한다면 신뢰성이 높아진다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. This study is based on the theoretical trend that explanatory power can be enhanced when the interaction effect of situational factors is included in the model in the study of personal traits. Therefore, it was assumed that when personal traits influence entrepreneurial attitude and intention, the support of surrounding people(social support) plays an important moderating role. As a result of the study, entrepreneurial attitude had a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, and innovation and self-efficacy had a significant effect on entrepreneurial attitude and intention. In addition, social support showed a significant moderating effect of amplifying the influence of all variables of entrepeneur propensity and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial attitude. In addition, when social support was not considered in the model, risk-taking propensity and proactiveness did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial attitude, but in a model that considered social support, innovativeness, risk-taking propensity, proactiveness, and self-efficacy were all significant effect on entrepreneurial attitude. Therefore, it was confirmed that the personal trait model has a significant influence on the entrepreneurial intention, and in this model, social support is a factor that has an important moderating effect, and if the situational factors are included in the model, reliability increases.

      • 호흡유도(呼吸誘導)에 따른 전두부(前頭部) 뇌파(腦波)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        Background: In practicing qigong, people must achieve three points : adjust their posture, control their breathing, and have a peace of mind. That is, Cho-Sin [調身], Cho-Sik [調息], Cho-Sim [調心]. Slow respiration is the important pattern of respiration to improve the human health. However, unsuitable breathing training have been occurred to mental disorder such as insomnia, anorexia etc. So, we think that the breathing training to consider the individual variations are desired. Objectives: We performed this study to examine the physiological effects of controlled respiration on the normal range of frequency domain electroencephalogram(EEG) in healthy subjects. Also, to study examine individual variations according to the physiological effects between controlled respiration and Han-Yeol [寒熱], respiration period, gender and age-related groups on the EEG in healthy subjects. Methods: When the subjects controlled the time of breathing (inspiration and expiration time) consciously, compared with natural respiration, and that their physiological phenomena are measured by EEG. In this research we used breathing time as in a qigong training (The Six-Word Excise) and observed physiological phenomena of the controlled natural respiration period with the ratio of seven to three(longer inspiration) and three to seven(longer expiration). We determined, heat-cold score by Han-Yeol [寒熱] questionnaire, average of natural respiration period, according to decade, EEG of 140 healthy subjects (14 to 68 years old; 38 males, 102 females) by means of alpha, beta spectral relative power. Results: 1) In Controlled respiration compared with the natural respiration, a I (Fp2) and β I (Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4) decreased on the EEG. 2) In controlled respiration compared with the natural respiration, β I (Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4) increased with cold group, a/β (F3) decreased with heat group, a I (Fp2)increased with cold group in longer inspiration. But by means of compound effects, a Ⅱ (F3) increased with cold group in longer inspiration, the other side a I (F3) decreased with heat group in controlled respiration on the EEG. 3) In controlled respiration compared with the natural respiration, a I (Fp2) decreased with decreased-respiratory-rate(D.R.R.) group, β I (Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4) increased with LR.R. and D.R.R. groups, a/β (F3) decreased with D.R.R. group. But by means of compound effects, in controlled respiration compared with the natural respiration, a/β (F3) decreased with D.R.R. group on the EEG. 4) In controlled respiration compared with the natural respiration, β I (Fp1, F3, F4) increased with female group, β I (Fp2) increased with male and female groups, a I β (F3) decreased with male group. But by means of compound effects, in controlled respiration compared with the natural respiration, a I (Fp2) increased with female group on the EEG. 5) Compared with the natural respiration, in longer expiration a I (Fp2) increased in their forties group, in longer inspiration a I (Fp2) increased in their fifties group. But by means of compound effects, in controlled respiration compared with the natural respiration, β I (Fp1) decreased in teens group on the EEG. Conclusions : This study has declined natural respiration of individuals and discovered that there were significant individual variations by means of the physiological effects between controlled respiration and Han-Yeol [寒熱], respiration period, gender and age-related groups on the EEG.

        In the various plants such as power plant and petro-chemical plant and industrial facilities such as unit factory, the demand of heating and hot-water supply system using steam are more and more increasing. Compact steam unit is one of good solution in terms of energy reuse as system for making hot water and hot-water supply water using closed-loop system. It was intended to understand the characteristics of heat transfer and pressure drop using hybrid heat exchanger to apply high pressure compact steam unit(CSU) for industrial plants and unit factory by experimental methods. The experimental results are the followings. Heat balance between hot side and cold side was within ± 5 %. j factor was increased linearly as the Reynolds number was increased. And, Overall heat transfer coefficient exceeded 4,750 kcal/㎡h℃ when the flow velocity was 0.5 m/s above on both first test(narrow gap side) and second test(wide gap side). And, f factor was decreased as the Reynolds number was increased. Finally, pressure drop per unit length was below 0.5 bar/m on both first test(narrow gap side) and second test(wide gap side).

        In the 21 century the number of participants in folk culture tourism has increased significantly and its popularity has grown rapidly. Folk culture tourism does not only represent history but encompasses all aspects of human history. World folk culture comprises on one part the tangible heritage, that which is unmovable, such as monuments, buildings, archaeological sites, and historic complexes which embody cultural significant traditions. World folk culture also includes the intangible movable heritage such as intellectual heritage, including artworks of archaeological importance and those representing skills. However, to obtain a tourist product value, intangible heritage needs to be transformed into a tangible one, through their own symbol and meaning, so that it can reflect its own unique cultural character. In particular the world folk culture is one of the most important tourism resources. The purpose of this research is to verify what factors change a folk culture into a tourism product and, how to create tourist products through world folk culture items in a way that contributes to the Korean tourism industry. To develop this theory of tourism merchandising, world folk culture has been analyzed strategic approach. The development into a world folk culture tourism product has following process: First, recognition and understanding of the meaning and value of the world folk culture items. Second, value creation as a tourist product through cultural resources. Third, creation of traditional cultural image, uniqueness and theme on tangible and intangible resources, Finally, application of Korean traditional concept to the tourist facilities.

        체질량지수 25 ㎏/㎡ 미만의 2형 당뇨 환자에서 십이지장 공장 우회술의 효과

        Purpose: Diabetes mellitus refers to one of several risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, renal failure and so on. Medical treatments of T2DM cannot suggest a perfect cure. But gastric bypass resulting in the exclusion of the duodenum and proximal jejunum has been shown to improve or resolve T2DM. The goal of this study is to evaluate the effect of duodenojejunal bypass for T2DM patients below BMI 25 ㎏/㎡ in early postoperative period. Methods: Duodenojejunal bypass was performed on 25 patients at Inha University Hospital from July 2009 to April 2010. We compared 75 g OGTT, insulin, C peptide to those 7 days postoperative. The definitions for improvement are serum glucose level below 200 ㎎/㎗ of 75 g OGTT at 120 min or below 200 ㎎/㎗ at every other time in spite of over 200 ㎎/㎗ at 120 min. Results: A total of 25 patients (15 men and 10 women) were included. Median value BMI was 23.17 ㎏/㎡ and the mean duration of T2DM was 8.3 years. There was a significant decrease of postoperative 75 g OGTT levels from 176, 268, 345, 373, 371 ㎎/㎗ to 125, 170, 200, 225 and 241 ㎎/㎗, respectively (P<0.001). Only patients’ age was an independent factor resolution of T2DM based on this study. Conclusion: Duodenojejunal bypass could be one viable treatment modality for improving or resolving of T2DM although these are early results. This study has preliminary meanings only and the results of longer follow-up and a larger number of patients are necessary, by which we should be able to determine the effect and indications for surgical treatment of T2DM.

      • 통신비 절감을 위한 국가 ITS 물리 아키텍쳐 상의 유.무선통신망 통합에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 유선통신망으로만 구성되어 있는 국가 ITS 물리 아키텍쳐의 노변장치요소와 센터 구성요소간의 통신망에 무선통신시스템을 전면적으로나 부분적으로 적용하여 시스템 성능 개선과 통신비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과적인 가이드라인을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국도교통관리시스템에서 사용하고 있는 기존의 유선통신망 뿐만 아니라 무선 LAN 및 위성데이터 통신 등 무선통신시스템의 교통데이터 수신과 전송방법들을 현장실험을 통해 비교 분석하였다. 또한 각 통신 방식별 통신비용을 분석하여 국가 ITS 시스템에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있는 가능성을 알아보았다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 지자체나 도로공사 등 타 ITS 시스템 구축과 운영에 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to suggest an effective guideline for reducing communication costs and improving qualities of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) by totally or partially integrating wireless communication networks between equipments of ITS Centers and Roadside in the National ITS Physical Architecture. We analyzed wire and wireless communication networks such as wireless LAN and satellite communications in the National Highway Traffic Management System (NHTMS) for receiving and transmitting transportation data. Also, we analyzed operation and communication costs to find out right communication networks for ITS. The results of this study will be used to build and operate many other ITS systems including Korea Highway Corporation.

      • 악력 향상 컨텐츠 개발

        본 논문에서는 악력 향상을 위한 컨텐츠로 휴대형 악력계와 블루투스 통신 인터페이스를 이용하여 멀티미디어 기기에서 악력증진 게임을 할 수 있도록 한다. 제안된 악력 향상 시스템은 데이터 획득, 통신, 시각화(게임) 등 크게 세 가지 모듈로 구성된다. 데이터 획득은 Force 센서를 이용하여 지속적으로 잡고 있는 힘인 등척성(isometric) 수축력 및 장력을 측정한다. 여기서 얻어진 데이터는 블루투스 모듈을 이용하여 멀티미디어 기기와 적은 전력소모를 통한 단거리 무선통신을 한다. 시각화(게임)는 악력의 지속성 및 변화성에 대한 훈련을 할 수 있도록 시나리오 구성을 하여 악력증진과 게임을 함께 즐길 수 있도록 하였다. 제안된 시스템을 통하여 악력 향상을 위한 게임을 함으로써 좀 더 효과적인 악력 증진과 더불어 오락 외에 재활훈련 등 다양한 분야에 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

      • 환경센서를 이용한 차내 공기 오염도 측정

        본 논문에서는 연기(Smoke) 센서, 가스(Gas) 센서 등의 환경센서를 이용하여 차량 내부의 공기 오염도를 측정할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 차량 내부에서 발생하는 공기오염이 운전자에게 좋지 않은 영향을 주는지에 대한 측정 및 분석을 통하여 차량의 Actuator를 적절하게 동작시킨다. 이러한 시스템의 적용은 장거리운전으로 인한 졸음운전 및 두통 등으로 인한 미연에 안전사고를 방지할 수 있을 것이다.
