공동창조(Co-creation)기반의 공공미술사업을 통한 지역혁신 효과분석:

지역 정체성 생성과 지속가능한 성장을 위해서는 공공이 책임을 가지고 운영하는 문화예술정책이 필수적이다. 최근에는 공공미술사업과 지역재생사업의 결합을 통해 낙후된 지역의 혁신을 시도하는 사업들이 다양하게 실시되고 있다. 실례로 벽화조성 및 조형작품 설치 등을 통한 주거환경개선 사업을 들 수 있다. 벽화와 조형물은 낙후된 지역에 활력을불어넣고 사람들의 이목을 집중시키기 위한 시도로는 효과적이지만 주민의 참여가 한정되고 일회적인 정책의 한계를가진다. 다대포 무지개공단의 홍티아트센터에서는 이러한 공공미술정책의 한계를 극복하기 위해 Co-creation 개념에기반 한 입주예술가 지원 사업을 통해 지역주민들과 공공미술 활동을 지난 3년간 실시해 왔다. 본 연구에서는 홍티아트센터의 입주예술가 지원 사업에 대한 혁신 효과를 분석함으로써 공동가치창출과정과 지역재생의 유효성을 검토하였다. 여행비용법(TCM)에 기반한 지불의사비용 도출 및 비용편익 분석 결과, 2015년과 2016년의 홍티아트센터는 예산대비 약 2.5배의 비용편익률을 나타내었다. 본 연구는 서부산권 지역재생을 위해 현재진행 중인 공공미술정책인 홍티아트센터의 입주예술가 지원 사업에 대한 분석을 통하여 사업의 유효성을 입증함으로써 실무적 기여를 하였다. 또한입주예술가 지원사업을 통한 지역의 공동가치창출과정을 설명함으로써 지역정책분야에 학술적 기여를 하였다. For the creation of regional identity and sustainable growth, culture and arts policies run by public institutions are essential. Recently, there have been diverse attempts to innovate depressed regions by linking public art projects to regional regeneration projects. The main projects are residential environment improvement projects such as painting community murals and installing sculptures in public spaces. Mural paintings and sculptures are effective as an attempt to bring vitality to depressed areas and focus people s attention, but residents’ participation is limited. That is, it is a one-sided policy. In order to overcome the limitations of public art policies, the Hongdae Art Center of Dadaepo Rainbow Complex has been conducting public art activities for the last three years by collaborating with local residents through the artist residency support project based on the concept of co-creation. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of community value creation process and regional regeneration by analyzing the regional innovation effect on the residency project of Hongtae Art Center in Busan. As a result of the travel cost analysis and the cost benefit analysis, the Hongtai Art Center in 2015 and 2016 showed a cost benefit rate of about 2.5 times the budget. This study contributed to practical work by verifying the validity of the public art project through the analysis of the residency project of the Hong-art Center, the public art policy currently in progress for the regeneration of the Western Area of Busan Metropolitan City. It also contributed to academic research in the field of regional policy by demonstrating the process of regional value creation through the residency project.

생산정보시스템의 도입시 고려 사항에 관한 연구

원가절감 압력을 받고 있는 중소제조업체들은 공정개선, 실시간 작업 관리 등을 통해 생산성 향상을 도모하고 있다. 이를 위해 POP, MES 등 생산정보시스템의 활용이 중소제조업체로 확산되고 있으나 이에 관한 연구가 많지 않다. 본 논문에서는 관련 선행 연구와 사례연구를 바탕으로 중소제조업체의 의사결정권자가 생산정보시스템 도입시 고려해야할 다음의 3가지 주요 사항에 대한 가이드라인을 제시한다. 첫째, 생산정보시스템의 도입에 따른 기업 성과는 긍정적으로 나타나는가? 둘째, 생산정보시스템의 성공적인 도입을 위해 반드시 관리되어야할 주요 요인들은 무엇인가? 셋째, 도입 후 어느 정도 시간이 경과하여야 시스템 도입의 성과가 실현되는가? 본 논문은 생산정보시스템의 도입을 고려하고 있는 기업에게 실무적인 시사점을 제시한다. Small and medium-sized manufacturing companies have introduced production information systems such as POP and MES to improve their productivity. However, there has been little research on this field. This study provides answers for 3 following critical questions for successful implementation of production information systems based on the literature review and case studies. First, do investments on this system bring the positive performance? Second, what are the critical success factors that should be managed? Third, how long does it take to obtain its performance? This paper suggests some implications for the practitioners.

웹 접근성의 교육현황 및 활성화를 위한 제언

웹의 발전으로 생활전반에 편리함을 더해 주고 있지만 노인과 장애인 등 정보취약계층들은 이러한 웹의 편리함에서 소외되어 있다. 2008년 「장애인차별금지및권리구제등에관한법률」의 시행으로 웹 접근성이 법적으로 의무화됨에 따라 웹 접근성 교육이 중요하게 되었지만, 아직까지 국내의 웹 접근성 교육은 활성화 되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 웹 접근성 교육현황을 분석하고, 웹 접근성에 관한 최선 동향 및 외국의 교육사례를 바탕으로 향후 웹 접근성 교육 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 웹 접근성의 개념과 교육에 관한 문헌 및 웹 사이트 조사를 통해 이를 이론적으로 고찰하고, 한국형 모바일 웹 모범사례 1.5, 한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침 2.0 등의 웹 접근성 최신 동향을 살펴보았다. 또한, 국내 정부기관과 민간기관에서 실시하고 있는 웹 접근성 교육현황을 미국 및 영국과 비교, 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 우리나라의 웹 접근성 교육에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 논문의 기여점은 웹 접근성 교육에 관한 선행연구가 현저히 부족한 상황에서 정부 및 민간기관들의 웹 접근성 교육현황을 조사하고, 웹 접근성 선진국의 사례를 벤치마킹하여 시사점을 제시함으로써 향후 웹 접근성 교육의 활성화를 위한 방향을 제시 하였다는 점이다. The development of a web has made our life more convenient than ever before; however, the elderly and disabled people have not advantage on it. Due to 「Anti-Discrimination against and Remedies for Persons with Disabilities Act」enacted in 2008, the importance of web accessibility education has been important, but education on the web accessibility has not been actively implemented yet. Thus, in this paper the trends of web accessibility education in both domestic government agencies and private organizations are reviewed. In addition, its trends on the foreign government agencies, private organizations, and institutions of universities are summarized. To achieve this research goal, literature review was carried out and data collected from the both domestic and foreign countries were compared. Based on the review, the way to vitalize web accessibility education in Korea is discussed. The contribution of this paper is that web accessibility education of domestic and foreign institutions are compared for the first time and thereby, the implications for activating web accessibility education are suggested.

공동가치창출을 위한 플랫폼 개념모델

경영의 새로운 패러다임으로 기업과 소비자를 넘어 모든 이해관계자들이 함께 공동으로 협력하여 새로운 가치를 창출하는 Co-creation이 부각되고 있다. 공동으로 새로운 가치를 창출하기 위해서는 기업과 다양한 이해관계자들의 소통이 중요하다. 사실 기업은 소비자와의 소통을 위해 인터넷, SNS 등의 IT 기술을 활용하여 보다 효과적으로 Co-creation을 실현하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 Co-creation을 위해 기업마다 개별적인 웹사이트나 SNS를 활용하고 있어 체계적인 관리가 어렵고 IT 기술에 대한 중복투자의 우려도 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사례분석을 통해 Co-creation을 더욱 쉽고 편리하게 활용할 수 있도록 Co-creation 플랫폼 개념모델을 제시하였고 이를 전문가 검증을 통해 수정ㆍ보완 하였다. 본 연구는 플랫폼에 필요한 요구사항 및 기능들을 제시하여 Co-creation 플랫폼의 설계를 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 공헌도가 있다. As a new management paradigm, co-creation for creating new value through collaboration with stakeholders, including customers, distributers, suppliers, and partner organizations has been issued in the private and public organization. To collectively create new value, effective communication tools among the interest groups should be provided. In fact, most of organizations have utilized information technology such as home pages and SNS for distributing information and respecting customer opinions. However, they are seriously experiencing in difficulty of systematic management and overlapped investment on information technology for co-creation. Thus, this study proposes the conceptual model for co-creation platform through case studies and it is verified by scenario analysis and experts. The study contributes to accumulate knowledge in the area of co-creation platform. It also defines the requirements and the functions for the design of co-creation platform for practitioners.

지역사회는 도시화, 산업화, 저출산ㆍ고령화 등의 다양한 사회문제를 가지고 있어 지방정부는 이의 해결을 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 새로운 패러다임으로 부각되고 있는 Co-creation의 개념을 적용하여 주민과의 소통과 협력을 통해 지역사회문제를 해결하기 위한 온라인 주민참여를 활성화하는 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 온라인 주민참여와 관련된 선행연구를 토대로 온라인 주민참여 경험이 있는 주민과 경험이 없는 주민, 행정기관의 온라인 운영자 등 24명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하여 수집된 자료를 근거이론으로 분석하였다. 이를 통해 온라인 주민참여 동기 및 참여 저해요인 등 주민참여행태 모형을 도출하였고, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 온라인 주민참여를 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 공헌도로는 질적연구방법론인 근거이론을 통해 온라인 주민참여를 활성화시킬 수 있는 실질적인 방안을 모색하였다는 점을 들 수 있다. Local communities have various social issues including urbanization, industrialization, low birth rates, and population aging. Therefore, local governments have made efforts to resolve these issues. The purpose of this study was to come up with measures to facilitate the online participation of residents through communication and cooperation with residents by applying the concept of co-creation which is emerging as a new paradigm. To this end, based on previous studies related to the online participation of domestic and overseas residents, this study conducted interviews with 20 individuals including residents who have experience in online participation, residents who have not, and the operators of administrative agencies' online sites. The collected data were analyzed with a grounded theory approach. As a result, this study derived a model for the participation behaviors of residents such as motives for resident participation and obstacles to resident participation, and suggested activation plans to facilitate the online participation of residents. This study may have contributed to seeking practical measures to facilitate the online participation of residents with a qualitative research methodology.

Co-creation의 개념적 고찰 및 연구과제

Co-creation is a new business strategy that creates “mutual value” for both the firm and the consumer through active collaboration among stakeholders. This includes a broader range of participants compared to the traditional environment. Co-creation is currently being applied to a wide range of fields such as marketing, manufacturing, governance, and other disciplines. With a growing interest in co-creation, it is vital to establish a clearly define concept of what co-creation is and what it encompasses. Therefore, the goal of this study is to define the concept of co-creation, to discover current research trends within this area, and to suggest a future research agenda. For this study extensive literature review on co-creation was carried out, adding this paper to the body of co-creation research as a pioneer study.

Co-creation을 위한 SNS 플랫폼의 개념 모델

기업은 SNS를 홍보 및 마케팅, 고객관리에 적극 이용하고 있다. 그러나 SNS는 고객의 의견과 아이디어를 수집하고 기업 내 외 관계자들의 협업을 도모하는 Co-creation을 실현하기에는 부족한 기능이 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 기업과 소비자의 상호연계를 통한 가치를 공동 창출하는 Co-creation을 위한 SNS의 플랫폼을 설계하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기존의 SNS의 문제점을 파악하고 SNS의 플랫폼 설계를 위한 고려사항으로 애플리케이션의 활용, 클라우드 서비스와의 연동, 기업 시스템과의 연동을 설계의 주요 요소로 정의 하고 각 요소별로 플랫폼을 설계 하였으며 이를 통합한 플랫폼의 모형을 제시하였다. 설계된 플랫폼은 가상의 시나리오를 통해 그 타당성을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 Co-creation을 SNS와 접목하여 기업과 소비자 간의 공동 가치창출을 위해 소통의 효과와 효율을 극대화 시킬 수 있는 SNS의 플랫폼 설계에 관한 연구가 처음으로 시도되어 후속 연구를 유발하였다는 점이다. The companies have employed SNS for marketing, promotion, and customer relationship management. The SNS is a good tool to collect customers’ opinions and to collaborate with internal and external employees, however, the function of SNS are limited in implementing a co-creation. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to suggest a SNS platform for co-creation that creates a corporate’s values with customers. For this purpose, the limitations of SNS are defined and the new platform of the SNS is suggested. The proposed platform has 3 modules including integration of applications, cloud services, and integration to applications operated by companies. With a scenario method the suggested platform was validated. This is one of pioneer studies in co-creation.

중소제조업체의 정보시스템 개발 실패 요인에 관한 실증연구

Due to the global business environments and severe competitions, SMEs have carried out IS projects for their competitive advantages. However, numerous organizations have faced with difficulties in the IS project management such as large amounts of IT expenses and uncertainties in project implementations. Thus, this study is intended to discover critical risk factors in the IS project management. To achieve this research goal, we have mailed questionnaires to SMEs and Sl companies that experienced IS project failures and 63 usual data were collected. The result of analysis with step wise regression showed that 6 factors are related with IS project failures. The study contributes to the literature in two ways. First, this paper empirically identifies IS risk factors for SME manufactures. Second, this research result can be utilized as a check for the successful IS implementations. Limitations and future research topics are also discussed.
