The main goal of the LSS (Life Support System) of hot and cold water supply, that is from the distribution of various organisms ( Fish / Mammals / Oceanic plant ) that inhabit in the aquarium is to keep the exact water temperature with the best conditions. Therefore, to maintain the water tank's diverse organisms water temperature, there is a need for the safety of the hot and cold water supply in the facility system and there are related maintenance expenses that follow as well. In considering the specific 30 years must-be run BOT ( Build Operate Transfer ) project's characteristics, minimizing the maintenance expenses is more than necessary. In practice, reducing the expenses of the original turbo chiller and vacuum hot-water boiler were actually saved by using the air heat-source heat pump system.

This paper aims to analyze the vibration characteristics of the test equipment that inspects any defects in manufactured semiconductor chips and classifies defective chips. This type of equipment should be robust against any vibrations because such vibrations can cause disruption in the process that requires higher precision. 3D model of the structure of the equipment has been used to configure vibration simulation model. Model analysis have been carried out to analyze which part of the equipment is weak against vibration. To minimize the vibration effect of the equipment, the thickness of the plate consist of the equipment and weights are modified. The results show that thicker plate and higher weight in the equipment can decrease vibration effect.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the leadership competency for team leader, and to propose leadership program by Competency Based Learning. Main methods of study on leadership competency learning is 1) Front-end needs analysis, assessment and planning, 2) Competency model development, 3) Curriculum planning, 4) Learning intervention design and development, 5) Evaluation and feedback. The conclusion of this study is as following. The core competency of team leadership is networking competency, emotional competency, group creativity competency, cross culture competency. The Competency Based Learning for leadership is, 1) systematic approach to develop leadership program. 2) very useful for organization strategy and high performance. 3) satisfy various organization needs. 4) implement Just-in-Time learning. 5) very effective to develop new learning needs for new leadership program.
