Given that household food security issues have become the concern of the Korean society, this study aimed to develop food security measures for the Korean population. Based on the literature reviews on previously developed food security measures, the 18-item US household food security survey module (US HFSSM) was adapted. The developed food security measures was assessed by qualitative validity method. It was evaluated and modified by face validity by expert focus groups belong to university, public health center, and government agencies and by cognitive interview by 40 subjects with low household income who live in an urban community and are participants in welfare programs of local districts. Then, it was reviewed and revised by the National Institute of the Korean Language and the advisory committee for nutrition survey of Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES). The results showed that the developed questionnaire items were well adapted by expert focus groups and general subjects, showing the feasibility of measuring food security with the developed measures although there were discrepancies in some expressions of questionnaire items between experts focus groups and general subjects. The study to assess reliability and quantitative validity of the developed food security measures should be further needed to examine its application for KNHANES. 신임경찰관 교육기관인 중앙경찰학교는 신임경찰관들이 현장에서 직무를 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 원칙, 절차 및 필요한 지식과 기법을 연마하는 신규임용 기본교육기관으로 경찰관들의 성공적인 직무수행을 위해서 매우 중요한 교육기관이다. 최근 경찰신규 임용자의 급격한 증가에 따라 중앙경찰학교 교육대상자가 급증하고 있고 따라서 신임경찰교육의 중요성이 증대되고 있으며 교육과정에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 한 효과적인 경찰교육정책의 수립은 경찰조직 발전에 가장 중요한 성공의 열쇠이다. 이 연구에서는 중앙경찰학교 교육생의 교육수행과 집중이 직업만족과 교육만족에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 실증조사연구를 실시하여 교육생의 효과적인 신임교육을 위한 정책수립의 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 중앙경찰학과 신임순경 교육생을 대상으로 실시한 518명의 설문지를 분석하였다. 분석결과 독립변수로서 활용되었던 교육 수행과 교육집중은 모두 교육 만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인 되었다. 즉, 확인하고자 했던 종속변수인 진로만족 중 교육만족에 있어서는 성별, 교육수행, 교육집중의 세 변수가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인 되었다. 끝으로 연구의 결과에 따른 정책적 제언과 이 연구의 한계를 논의하였다. Effective to provide the raw data for developing policies for a new education was required for that purpose. Police science center study designs and analyzed the questionnaire in 518 people conducted by the new trainees a policeman. The analysis focused educational performance and education, which was used as independent variables are all was confirmed with satisfaction that significant influence on education. In other words, the independant variable, who wished to see The course consists in contentment in satisfaction, gender, three variables are confirmed to have significant influence of intensive training, educational performance. Finally, in accordance with the result of research policy suggestion and discussed the limitations of the study.
자치경찰제 시행 이후 학교폭력대응을 위한 학교전담경찰의 역할

국문 경찰은 학교폭력에 대한 다양한 접근방식을 모색하여 학교폭력예방과 가해자 선도 및 교육에 심도있는 노력을 기울이고 있다. 더욱이 자치경찰제의 시행 이후 자치경찰 사무의 영역에서 학교폭력대응의 책임의 소재는 더욱 확고해졌으며 자치경찰의 역량을 더욱 집중하여 해결해야 할 문제가 되었다. 학교폭력예방 업무의 핵심요인이 자치경찰의 성공요인과 일치하는 점을 논거하고 또한 자치경찰 시행 이후의 학교폭력대응의 문제점에 대한 예방적 진단과 이를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 자치경찰제도 시행 이후 경찰의 학교폭력에 대한 효과적인 대응을 위한 자치경찰의 방향성을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. The police are making in-depth efforts to prevent school violence, lead perpetrators, and educate students by seeking various approaches to school violence. Furthermore, after the implementation of the self-governing police system, the responsibility for responding to school violence became more firm in the area of self-governing police affairs, and it became a problem to solve by focusing more on the capabilities of self-governing police. We would like to argue that the key factors in school violence prevention work are consistent with the success factors of self-governing police, and suggest preventive diagnosis of problems in school violence response after the implementation of self-governing police. The purpose of this study is to present the direction of self-governing police to effectively respond to school violence by police after the implementation of the self-governing police system.
한국인의 생애 주기별 교육 수준에 따른 영양 상태와 식품 불충분성-2005년도 국민건강영양조사 자료를 이용하여

This study aimed to identify a nutritionally vulnerable group and to examine their nutritional problems based on a relationship between socioeconomic position and nutritional status through life-course. A cross-sectional nationwide survey of 2005 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) was used. A total of 8,930 participants aged ≥ 1 year were included. The socioeconomic position indicator was education level. Nutritional status was assessed by the percentage attainment of a dietary reference intake (DRI) and dietary quality based on nutrient intakes estimated by a 24 hour-recall data. Food insufficiency was examined by one-item food insufficiency questionnaire. The difference in nutritional status and food insufficiency according to educational level was tested by General Linear Model and Chi-square test, respectively. The nutritional status and food insufficiency was the worst during adolescence and older age than other period. Both quantity and quality of nutrient intakes was poorer in low education group than high education group. The prevalence of food insufficiency also was higher in low education group. The results were consistent across the life-course and sex. Based on these findings, we suggest that the development of various policy and strategies targeted to nutritionally vulnerable group is necessary to reduce nutritional inequality by socioeconomic position.
