Currently, globally aging of the population has increased. In particular, Korea is the aging of the population is rapidly progressing at a rate not experienced even in developed countries, socio-economic anxiety is increasing. Therefore, in this sludy, is a system of means for transmitting the health condition of the user to systematically and effectively administrator. Also, by using the ultrasonic sensor, and is transferred to the personal smart device, data can be efficiently analyze the administrator attempts to implement a system to provide rapid feedback to the user 's health.
고분자 전해질 연료전지의 GDL 이방성이 채널로의 GDL 침투에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The effects of the metallic bipolar plate (MBP) structure on the performance of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells with gas diffusion layers (GDLs) having anisotropic bending stiffness have been investigated. The Ⅰ-Ⅴ performances of the fuel cells with 90˚ GDLs, whose directions of higher stiffness are perpendicular to the direction of the major flow field, were higher than those with 0˚ GDLs, whose directions of higher stiffness are parallel with the direction of the major flow field. As the land/channel width ratio increased (i.e., wider land width), the Ⅰ-Ⅴ performances of both 0˚ and 90˚ GDL cells increased, presumably due to less GDL intrusion and more intimate contact. However, an excessively large land width greatly decreased the Ⅰ-Ⅴ performances because of the reduced channel width for mass transport. As the land/channel width ratio increased, the high frequency resistance (HFR) values of the cells decreased due to better contact, but the air pressure differences of cathode increased due to the reduced channel width. The differences of Ⅰ-Ⅴ performances and HFR values between the 0˚ and 90˚ GDL cells gradually reduced with increasing land/channel width ratio, because of the reduced anisotropic stiffness effects of the GDLs due to the better support by the MBPs with wider lands.

The compression pressure of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells for vehicle applications is typically high enough to minimize contact resistance among the cell components such as membrane electrode assembly (MEA), gas diffusion layer (GDL), and bipolar plate. However, an excessive compression pressure may cause a durability problem since the carbon fibers in the GDL may penetrate into the membrane through catalyst layer of MEA. In this study, the effects of two GDLs with different micro-porous layers, either rough (GDL-1) or smooth (GDL-2) surface, on the open circuit voltage (OCV) have been closely examined. It was observed that the OCV of GDL-1 was decreased more than that of GDL-2 with increasing compression pressure. The concentration of hydrogen crossover of GDL-1 was increased more than that of GDL-2 with compression pressure, implying that the degree of penetration into membrane of GDL-1 should be higher than that of GDL-2.
목 건강 고위험군의 움직이는 모니터 사용에 따른 두부전방 자세 교정 효과에 관한 연구

Objective: The aim of this study was to verify the correction effect of Forward Head Posture (FHP) by using Moving Monitor in a high-risk group of the neck. Background: Office workers who have been used VDTs are subject to high loads on the neck and shoulders during their work due to the high frequency of FHP. Thus, our research team developed a Moving Monitor Arm that continuously induced calibration movements when the users use the monitor. Method: Seven participants who rated as a high-risk group of the neck to study the effect of FHP correction using the Moving Monitor. The fatigue and posture of the neck were quantified using Flexion Relaxation Ratio (FRR), Onset Angle, Offset Angle, Craniovertbral Angle (CVA) and Subjective Discomfort Rating in this study. Results: The effects of task pre/post on the FRR and subjective discomfort, and the effect of monitor type on the Onset/Offset angles was significant in this study, respectively. Conclusion: Based on the results of the experiment, correction effect of Moving Monitor was verified. Application: The results of this study showed that moving monitors can be applied to prevent musculoskeletal disorders associated with VDTs.
Gamma-knife Radiosurgery for Pineal Region Tumors : Is Conventional Radiotherapy Needed?

연구배경: 송과체 종양은 전체 뇌종양의 1-8%를 차지하며, 치료는 종양의 조직학적 분류형태 및 위치에 따라 수술적 요법, 방사선 요법, 항암치료 등을 단독 또는 병행하여 시행한다. 배아세포종 및 송과체세포종은 방사선 요법에 잘 듣는 종양으로 때로는 척수전수를 일으킨다. 연구대상: 본원에서는 1994년 10월이후 감마나이프 방사선 수술을 787예를 시행하였고, 이중 24예가 송과체 종양이었으며, 21예가 추적이 가능하였다. 환자 연령은 20개월에서 67세까지였으며, 모두 남자였다. 종양의 진단은 뇌정위적 생검, 신경방사선 검사, 뇌척수액 및 혈액에서 종양 표지자 검사 등을 시행하였다. 종양은 배아세포종이 10예, 성상세포종 5예, 송과체 세포종 2예, 수막종 1예 등이었으며, 최대 선량은 21.43Gy에서 36Gy로, 주변 선량은 11Gy에서 22.5Gy까지 조사되었고, 추가로 일반 방사선 요법이 3예의 배아세포종에서 시행되었다. 그중 8예에서는 종양 크기의 감소, 6예에서는 무변화, 7예에서는 재발하였고, 이중 3예에서는 수술적 요법을 시행하였으며, 각각의 조직학적 진단은 기형종 1예, 원시신경배엽 종양 1예, 악성혼합배아세포종양 1예였다. 결과: 감마나이프 방사선 수술과 추가로 일반 방사선 요법을 시행한 배아세포종 3예에서는 종양 크기가 감소되었으나. 감마나이프 방사선 수술만을 시행한 7예 중 2예에서는 크기 감소, 1예에서는 변화가 없었고, 4예에서는 크기가 작아지다가 7-9개월 후 재발하였다. 이중 3예에서는 추가로 방사선 요법을, 1예에서는 2차로 감마나이프 방사선 수술을 시행하여, 추가 방사선요법을 시행한 3예에서는 크기 감소, 2차 감마나이프 방사선 수술을 시행한 1예에서는 추적 검사가 불가능하였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 감마나이프 방사선 수술은 성상세포종 및 수막종 치료에 효과적이고 안전하며, 배아세포종에서는 감마나이프 방사선 수술과 추가로 일반 방사선 요법을 병합하여 시행한 군이 감마나이프 방사선 수술을 단독으로 시행한 군보다 결과가 좋았다.
