SPARQL(SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language)은 지식 베이스를 위한 표준 시맨틱 질의 언어이다. 최근 인공지능 분야에서 지식 베이스는 질의 응답 시스템, 시맨틱 검색 등 그 활용성이 커지고 있다. 그러나 SPARQL 과 같은 질의 언어를 사용하기 위해서는 질의 언어의 문법을 이해하기 때문에, 일반 사용자의 경우에는 그 활용성이 제한될 수밖에 없다. 이에 본 논문은 신경망 기반 기계 번역 기술을 활용하여 자연어 질의로부터 SPARQL 을 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 우리는 제안하는 방법을 대규모 공개 지식 베이스인 Wikidata 를 사용해 검증하였다. 우리는 실험에서 사용할 Wikidata 에 존재하는 영화 지식을 묻는 자연어 질의-SPARQL 질의 쌍 20,000 건을 생성하였고, 여러 sequence-to-sequence 모델을 비교한 실험에서 합성곱 신경망 기반의 모델이 BLEU 96.8%의 가장 좋은 결과를 얻음을 보였다.

Objectives Syndrome differentiation and treatment (辨證論治) was one of the core theories in Korean medicine and syndrome differentiation (辨證) constitutes a branch of disease diagnosis in Korean medicine. Yoon Gil-Young, one of the modern outstanding scholar of basic medical science in Korean medicine, wrote on basic theories of Korean medicine such as physiology, pathology, formula science, etc. Hereby we will analyze and discuss his works to understand his recognition of historical changes in the syndrome differentiation. Methods We conducted researches into the two works of Yoon Gil-Young's, which are "The Clinical Formula Science of Eastern Medicine (東醫臨床方劑學)" and "The theory of Four-Constitution Medicine (四象體質醫學論)". From Yoon's academic standpoint which connects the basic medical science with the clinical medicine, we analyzed his opinion about the system in the Theory of 'Syndrome Differentiation'. Results According to Yoon's research work on the Theory of 'Syndrome Differentiation', the system of syndrome differentiation, which had its deep root in the theory of Yin and Yang (陰陽) & the theory of abbreviation of the five circuit phases (五運) and the six atomspheric influences (六氣) of the "Huangdi's Internal Classic (黃帝內經)". Conclusions Yoon Gil-Young's theory of differentiation of syndromes and treatment is widespread so much that he studied on the learning field of Traditional Korean Mediciine and ingenious as well. He explain on the main principles of differentiation of syndromes based on "Huang Di Nei Jing" and the system of differentiation of syndromes is composed of Traditional Korean Medical Physiology.

낙동강 수계의 20개 저수지 및 습지에서 환경요인에 대한 동물플랑크톤 군집의 영향을 평가하기 위해 계절별 조사를 수행하였으며 다양한 환경 요인에 대한 동물플랑크톤의 영향을 효과적으로 분석하기 위해 Self-Organizing Map(SOM) 분석을 이용하였다. 총 109종의 동물플랑크톤 종이 동정되었으며, 동물플랑크톤의 밀도와 종수는 계절에 따라 상이한 분포를 나타냈다. 특히, 가을은 다른 계절보다 동물플랑크톤의 높은 종수와 밀도를 기록하였다(98종, 603 ind. /L). 윤충류는 다른 환경요소보다 수온과 밀접하게 연관되었으며, 이는 계절에 따른 영향을 크게 받는 것으로 보인다. 지각류 와 요각류는 전기전도도, Chl. a, 영양염류(TN, TP) 대해서 영향 받았으며, 이는 오염원 및 먹이원에 영향을 크게 받는 것으로 보인다. 그러나, 용존산소가 높은 정수역에서는 대부분 동물플랑크톤이 낮은 밀도를 보였다. 저수지 및 습지에서 출현하는 동물플랑크톤 군집은 수온이나 영양염류 등의 환경요인에 대해 주로 영향 받는 것으로 평가되었다. 결론적으로 저수지와 습지와 같은 정수역에서 출현하는 동물플랑크톤 군집의 조성 및 밀도는 환경요인과 밀접하게 연관되는 것으로 나타났으며, 환경요인의 변화는 동물플랑크톤의 계절성을 결정하는 중요한 요인인 것으로 평가되었다. In order to estimate the influence of environmental factors on zooplankton communities in lentic freshwater ecosystems, 20 reservoirs and wetlands were monitored by season in 2013. A total of 109 species of zooplankton were identified during the study period. Zooplankton assemblage showed a different distribution in its density and diversity in accordance with the seasons. In particular, the density of zooplankton (98 species and 603ind. L-1) was the most in autumn when compared to the other seasons. In order to effectively analyze zooplankton distribution that are affected by various environmental factors, a Self-Organizing Map (SOM) was used, which extracts information through competitive and adaptive properties. A total of 11 variables (8 environment factors and 3 groups of zooplankton) were patterned on to the SOM. Based on a U-matrix, four clusters were identified from the model. Among zooplankton communities, rotifer displayed a positive relationship with water temperature, and cladocerans and copepod were positively related to conductivity, chlorophyll a, and nutrient factor (i. e. TN and TP). In contrast, high dissolved oxygen appeared to have a negative effect on zooplankton distribution. Consequently, the SOM results depicted a clear pattern of zooplankton density clusters partitioned by environmental factors, which play a key role in determining the seasonal distribution of zooplankton groups in lentic freshwater ecosystem.
초음파 처리 조건에 따른 집락형 유해남조류 Microcystis 세포수 변화 연구

It is difficult to count colonial cyanobacteria Microcystis cells since the thickness of colonies is constrained by amorphous mucilage, making it impossible to estimate the number of cells. Disaggregation of Microcystis colonies into single cell is needed to improve the accuracy and precision of cell density estimation of naturally collected samples. Uultrasonic treatment method is commonly used owing to the simplicity and immediacy of the procedure. However, amplitude, frequency, and duration of ultrasonic treatment also cause cell loss during the experiment. Optimal ultrasonic treatment has not been standardized yet. Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate optimal ultrasonic treatment by analyzing cell density and colony numbers. We collected colonial Microcystis from Changnyeong-Haman weir area in Nakdong River during harmful algal boom period from September to October in 2017. Ultrasonic treatment method was applied to disrupt colonies into single cells to enumerate cell density. Among treatment conditions, results from continuously treated for 100 seconds were found to be the optimum to reduce colonies to a suspension of single cell without cell losses under high and low density of Microcystis cells. Lugol iodine fixed cells followed by sonication showed less negative impact of cell damage within the optimal treatment time (100 seconds). Furthermore, disaggregated cells treated by sonication enables microscopic observation more easily since gas vacuoles were collapsed to facilitate sedimentation of cells under the counting chamber for quantitative enumeration of buoyant Microcystis cells.
