In this paper TRIZ was used to solve noise and dust reduction related to cable carrier chain system. On modern machines in a clean room, the contradictions arose due to increase noise and dust for the high speed were eliminated with 40 principles and seperation rules. As the results, the sound pressure level of the new carrier chain system was reduced to below 40 dB(A), and cleanroom classifications was satisfied with ISO class 4. In these successful results, TRIZ showed its usefulness in solving the design problems even with severe constraints.
초소형 초광각 비구면 유리렌즈의 초정밀 연삭가공기술에 관한 연구

This research's goal is to process directly aspherics with big sagment and thin center thickness. If we can process directly aspherics with big sagment and thin center thickness, we think it greatly helps to reduce the time of developing optical system. We made very thin glass using diamond grinding whetstone regarding the trace of tool and the detailed drawing of tool super precisive aspherics that has 0.46mm center thickness and over $30^{\circ}$ segment, $0.1{\mu}m$ machining accuracy, 15nm surface accuracy. We think this research's result will be effective to open new market because it is applied not only cell phone optical system but also CCTV robot optical system, internet phone optical system. Also we expect to enhance the super strong brittle precisive process's possibility with super precisive processing technique that achieves 0.46mm glass center thickness as first in the world.

In this work, diamond turing characteristics of an aspherical Polycarbonate surface with HOE are studied under different turning conditions such as feedrate, rotational speed of a workpiece and the depth of cutting. Also it has been examined under two state of things, one is improving surface roughness and other things is the fabrication for physical forms of HOE.

In cellphone optical systems, a tiny difference of manufacturing has a strong influence on camera lenses. This study aims to find out the worst result by tolerances come from all parts in optical performance. First, 3D Measure Instrument, Roundness Measure Instrument, and Wavelength Measure Instrument were used for greater precision by making and measuring the parts to see how different from the drawings. It was confirmed that even narrow tolerances could result in defects by assembling. Tolerances in assembly should be concerned as those in parts through the research.

This study is aimed to design LSU lens for copier, then to make a effective mold after securing yield and stability of injection molding through injection molding simulation S/W. After designing f-θ lens, CY lens, CO lens which are major parts of LSU, we secured stability by analyzing the mold. It is expected that the results will be used for developing LSU system and globalizing the technique.

In this paper, laser printer, laser scanning system, a core component of the unit is the study of system design. Laser scanning unit, in order to design a system, first check the first optical path and the optical path of the f-θ Lens, Cylinder Lens, Collimator Lens placed on such parts should be designed. This part of the core component of the various lens design flow in order to free surface, Aspheric, Toric, if the optical properties, such as injection molding and processing and the design should be taken into account.
