      • 비닐하우스 내부 유해가스 제거 및 온습도조절을 위한 자동환기시스템 구현

        비닐하우스와 같은 시설재배의 밀폐환경에서 발생할 수 있는 유해가스는 농작물에게 피해를 줄 뿐만 아니라 하우스 내부에서 작업하는 농민의 건강에도 치명적 영향을 준다. 본 논문에서는 암모니아 가스, 일산화탄소, 온도, 습도를 실시간으로 모니터링하고 자동으로 환기하는 시스템을 제안한다. 센서값은 사용자가 직접 설정할 수 있으며 센서값 이상의 유해가스와 온습도가 감지되면 비닐하우스 내부를 환기한다. 시스템을 실험하기 위해 실제 비닐하우스와 비슷한 모형 비닐하우스를 제작하여 실험하였으며, 설정한 센서값에 맞춰 환기부가 동작하였고 실험 결과 비닐하우스 내부의 대기상태가 환기되었음을 확인하였다. Noxious gases that can occur in the enclosed environment of planting facilities such as greenhouse do not only damage crops, but they also have a fatal impact on the health of farmers working inside the greenhouse. In this paper, we propose an automatic ventilation system for monitoring ammonia gas, carbon monoxide, temperature and humidity in real time. The sensor value can be set by the user and ventilate greenhouse when the noxious gases and the temperature and humidity above the sensor value are detected. In order to test the system, a model greenhouse similar to the actual greenhouse was constructed and tested. And the ventilation part was operated according to the set sensor value and it was confirmed that the atmosphere inside the greenhouse was ventilated.

        초발 주요우울장애 환자의 우울 삽화 및 관해 상태에서 신경인지기능 결함 비교

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate 1) the neuropsychological deficits with major depressive disorder(MDD) in depressed state and 2) the changes of neuropsychological dysfunctions during depressed episodes and remitted periods in the MDD group. Methods : 12 patients with MDD and 70 normal controls who were diagnosed and classified by DSM-IV and SCID-IV interview participated in this study. The psychopathology was measured using the Hamilton rating scale for depression(HAM-D) and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS). The memory function, executive function, and sustained attention were measured by a trained psychologist using the Korean version of Memory Assessment Scale(K-MAS), Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST), and Vigilance(VIG) and Cognitrone (COG) in Vienna Test System. After 6 weeks of treatment, we retested the cognitive tests in order to measure the cognitive functions in remitted states. Results : Patients with MDD achieved significantly lower score in sentence immediately recall, verbal memory score and total memory score of the K-MAS, total errors of the WCST, response time of Vigilance and response time at "Yes" response of Cognitrone than normal controls at baseline. After 6 weeks of medication, the psychiatric symptoms in the patient group were attenuated, and most of the neuropsychological functions including attention, memory, and frontal/executive function were improved except for response time of Cognitrone. Conclusions : This study provides evidence for distinct neuropsychological deficits in patients with MDD on their depressed states and remitted periods. The impairment on response time remains after remission, and this would be a trait marker of major depressive disorder.

        용과(Hylocereus Undatus) 껍질 추출물의 생리활성 연구

        본 연구에서는 버려지고 있는 용과(Hylocereus Undatus)의 껍질을 활용하기 위해 물과 70% 에 탄올로 추출하여 항산화 및 세포 독성 확인을 통해 천연 소재로서의 이용가치를 확인하고자 하였다. 용과 껍질의 항산화 활성을 확인하기 위해 총 폴리페놀 함량, 전자공여능, ABTS 라디칼 소거능을 측정하였다. 총 폴리페놀 함량 측정 결과, 70% 에탄올 추출물에서 103.43 ± 0.42 mg/100 g을 나타내어 열수 추출물 보다 높은 폴리페놀 함량을 확인하였다. 전자공여능 및 ABTS 라디칼을 측정한 결과, 열수 및 70% 에탄올 추출물은 농도 의존적으로 활성이 높아지는 것을 확인하였으며 70% 에탄올 추출물이 열수 추출물보다 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 대식세포인 RAW 264.7을 이용하여 MTT assay를 통해 세포 생존율을 확인한 결과, 열수 및 에탄올 추출물은 100 ㎍/㎖ 농도에서 85%의 세포 생존율을 확인하였다. 용과 껍질의 열수 및 70% 에탄올 추출물의 항산화 및 세포 생존율이 우수함을 나타내었으며, 이에 용과 껍질 추출물은 천연 소재로서의 개발 가능성을 가진 것으로 사료되어진다. In this study, hot water and 70% ethanol were extracted to utilize the abandoned Hylocreus Undatus peel. After that, it was intended to verify the value of its use as a natural material by verifying antioxidant and cytotoxicity. The total polyphenol content of Hylocreus Undatus peel was measured, and the electron donating ability and ABTS Radical scavenging effect were measured to check the antioxidant activity. As a result of measuring the total polyphenol content, 103.43 ± 0.42mg/100 g of the ethanol extract was found to have a higher polyphenol content than the hot water extract. Measurements of electron donating ability and ABTS Radical scavenging effect confirmed that both extracts were concentration-dependent active. 70% ethanol extract was more active than hot water extract. Cell survival was measured using MTT assay using RAW 264.7. As a result, hot water and ethanol extracts were found to have a cell survival rate of 85% at 100㎍/㎖ concentration. The antioxidant and cell survival rates of the hot water and 70% ethanol extract of Hylocreus Undatus peel have been shown to be excellent, and Hylocreus Undatus peel extracts is considered to have the potential to be developed as a natural material.

        본 논문에서는 적외선 센서와 Logger Pro를 이용하여 자동으로 화재를 진압할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 매년 화재로 인한 피해가 발생하기 때문에 초기에 화재를 진압할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 시스템을 구현하기 위해 화재 위치 추적 알고리즘을 개발하였고, 구현된 시스템은 사람의 조작 없이 화재를 진압한다. 이를 10번의 실험을 통해서 확인하였다. In this paper, we developed a system that can automatically extinguish fire using infrared sensor and Logger Pro. A system that can suppress the fire in the early stage is needed because the damage is caused by the fire every year. We have developed a fire location tracking algorithm to implement the system, and the implemented system extinguish the fire without human manipulation. This was confirmed through 10 experiments.

        성인여성의 심폐체력 수준과 우울증상(Depressive Symptom)과의 관련성

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness and depressive symptom in Korean women. METHODS: The participants of the study was women aged 20-64 yr (n=639) who participated in the 2014 Korea Institute of Sports Science Fitness (KISS Fit) study. Maximal oxygen uptake was measured using a maximal graded exercise testing. Depressive symptom was assessed using Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). The participants were classified as low, intermediate and high fitness levels. Logistic regression models were used to test the association between fitness and depressive symptom. RESULTS: The prevalence of the depressive symptom defined by BDI score in this study was 13.4%. Fitness levels were significantly reduced in the participants with the depressive symptom (p=.002) compared to the ones without the depressive symptom. After controlling for age, body mass index, and house income, participants with low fitness level showed higher level of depressive symptom than the ones with medium and high fitness level (p<.001). Women with intermediate and high fitness level had 60% and 62% lower odds for depressive symptom, respectively, than the ones with low fitness level after adjustment for age, hypertension, dyslipidemia, heart disease, alcohol intake, smoking, body mass index, percent body fat, physical activity level and income. CONCLUSIONS: These results demonstrate that fitness is independently associated with the depressive symptom in women. Cardiorespiratory fitness might be utilized as an important component to prevent depressive symptom in women.
