스테레오 기법을 적용한 3차원 물체인식 시스템

3차원 영상의 깊이 정보는 3차원 물체를 2차원 스크린에 투사시킴에 의해 손실될 수 있다. 만약 깊이 정보가 재저장되고 3차원 물체 인식을 우해 사용된다면 더 효율적인 인식시스템을 만들 수 있다. 이 정보는 재 저장하기 위하여 스테레오 알고리즘으로부터 형상을 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 3차원 Hough 변환 영역을 3차원 물체 표현에 채택하여 3차원 물체 인식시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 정합 시간 감소를 위하여 물체의 이동 벡터와 미지의 입력 영상을 8진 트리 구조로 이루어진 기준 영상과 비교하여 정합 단계를 이용한다. 8진 트리 구조 코드는 3차원 물체의 형태 기반에 사용되었다. 모의실험 결과 제안된 3차원 물체 인식 시스템은 만족할 수 있는 성능을 보였다.

옥내 전력선 통신 채널 특성 측정

옥내${\cdot}$외의 전력선 환경에 대한 정확한 채널 모델링에 관한 노력이 최근에 이루어지고 있다. 알려진 일반표준, 제한과 발표된 모델들은 특별한 형태의 접근들이였다. 본 논문에서는 더 신속하고 효율적인 전력선 통신 실험을 위한 전력선 채널 모델링에 관한 연구이다. 용량성 부하 시뮬레이터는 전력선 옥내 망 모뎀 개발에 필수적인 장비이다. 총 244 경우의 용량성 부하 변화에 대한 주파수 응답 특성 측정으로 채널 모델링을 수행하였다. 본 측정 실험에서 PLC는 일반적으로 알고 있었던 특성 보다 더 확정적인 매체라는 것을 확인하였다.

한국인의 상악중절치 위치설정에 관한 연구

The arrangement of anterior artificial teeth is an important factor on the esthetics in the construction of complete denture and prosthesis. During construction of the complete denture the position of maxillary central incisor plays an important role in the arrangements of artificial teeth. The proper position of maxillary central incisor provides natural appearance of anterior teeth and the anterior reference point of occlusal plane. Many methods have been utilized to eatablish the position of the maxillary central incisor in complete denture prosthodontics. However, there has not been provided for the reference for Korean yet. This study was aimed to extablish the position of the maxillary central inciosr in Korean. The horizontal and vertical distance between the maxillary central incisor and incisive papilla in korean were measured. The results were as follows : 1. The mean value of horizontal distance from the maxillary central incisor to the incisive papilla had significant sexual difference, the average distance was 12.648mm (male), 11.385mm(female). 2. The horizontal distance of incisive papilla had sexual difference, the average distance was 6.182mm(male), 5.622mm(female). 3. The vertical distance from the maxillary central incisor to the incisive papilla had not sexual difference, the average distance was 7.21mm. 4. The crown length of maxillary central inciosrs from the distal interdental papilla had not sexual difference, the right central incisor was 6.40mm(mean) and the left central inciosr was 6.43mm(mean). 5. The clinical crown length of the maxillary central incisors had not sexual difference, the right central incisor 10.35mm(mean) and the left central incisor was 10.43mm(mean). 6. The anatomic shapes of incisive papilla were pear(68.4%), oval(16%), triangular(6%), irregular(5%), rectangular(4%), and inverted pear(1%) shape.

옥내 전력선 통신 채널 임피던스 측정 장치 설계

This paper describe a method for measuring line impedance as a function of frequency for an energized powerline in normal operation. A small sinusoidal signal of a powerline communication utility frequency 30khz$\sim$1Mhz band is continuously injected into the line, and a implemented impedance analyzer calculates the indoor powerline channel impedance from the measured magnitude and phase of resulting voltage and current. The impedance measurement is executed over a range of frequencies to produce a wideband impedance versus frequency characteristic. Implemented impedance analyzer can analysis powerline communication environments measuring line impedance due to load caused in indoor. And measured analysis information through the database can use to evaluate performance of modem and to decide test environment standard.

EU ETS 항공 부분 지침에 따른 국제 분쟁에 관한 소고

The European Union (EU) has introduced the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS) as one of the key policies to reduce the level of greenhouse gas emissions and in July 2008, they decided to include aviation in the scheme. As soon as the decision was announced the EU ETS was met by sharp opposition from world governments and international aviation. A group of US airlines, in particular, dropped a lawsuit against the British government over aviation's inclusion in the EU ETS. On 21 December, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) ruled that aviation's inclusion in the EU ETS which covers all flights arriving into and departing from the EU is legal and does not contravene international law. The scheme eventually came into effect on 1 January 2012. However, most countries are in opposition to the EU ETS and have agreed on counter-measures to undermine the EU’s plan which may bring chaos to the aviation industry if such measures were to put into practice. This study therefore will analyze the likely effects that may be brought to the Korean aviation industry as a result of the inclusion of aviation in the EU ETS. Further, it hopes to contribute to the Korean aviation industry by studying other countries’ counter-measures in advance.

Surging climate change is driving the planet towards to fears of food shortages and this in turn would destabilize civilizations. Historical records foreshadow a grim picture for a future threatened by even greater climate change. In order to over come such fears the need of protectionism in trade has come to the fore. A number of international organizations are raising their voices to find ways to fulfill the world's food demand and one of the ways that is under the attention is aquaculture. Aside numerous benefits accompanied by aquaculture because production under such farming faces with production limitations and organizations it requires the need of supply chain that secures safety. As one of the leading organizations, Food and Agriculture Organization urges the introduction of ecosystem which is one of the new supply chain management systems. Ecosystem aims to conserve major ecological services and restore natural resources and effectively manages the production and supply of food and environment. With ever increasing interest in environment this paper aims to study eco-friendly supply chain management systems. A particular attention and focus will be placed on marine harvest in Norway and this paper further aims to suggest ways that can be helpful when adopting supply chain management system in domestic firms.

해상운송계약상 자율운항선박과 선박충돌에서의 민사책임에 관한 연구

Commercialization of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship(MASS) is not far-future, considering the invention of MASS that requires a minimum of intervention of human being. Of course, there will be many issues on how much MASS will be developed in the early stage of commercialization and what the commercialized MASS will finally look like, but all the people seem to agree that we should improve the law governing MASS for commercialization. Thus, the fundamental question as to whether the unmanned ship is considered as the ship would be raised. In particular, the judge as to whether the unmanned ship is regarded as the ship can be the first step to reveal the legal obstacles as a result of the commercialization of the unmanned ship. Therefore, this study is to scrutinize the ship’s definition based on international treaties and conventions, municipal laws of the major maritime states and literature reviews relevant to the consideration of the ship’s definition in sea transport contract. And analyses the comparative discussion on the civil liability between Korean Laws and COLREG in collision. In addition, this study contributes to solving the legal issues by revealing the ship’s nature of the unmanned ship in applying to international or domestic regulations.

초등학생이 지각한 심리적 가정환경과 리더십 생활기술의 관계: 정서지능의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 초등학생이 지각한 심리적 가정환경과 리더십 생활기술 간 관계에서 정서지능의 매개 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 D광역시 및 K지역의 3개 초등학교에 재학 중인 277명의 5, 6학년생으로, 이들에게 심리적 가정환경, 리더십 생활기술, 정서지능을 측정하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 선행연구와 요인분석을 통하여 심리적 가정환경을 성취적 또는 민주적 가정환경으로 구분하였고, 정서지능의 완전매개 및 부분매개를 검증하는 2개의 구조방정식 모형을 제안하였다. 본 연구 결과, 적합도 측면에서 완전 및 부분 매개 모형은 모두 연구 자료에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 구조계수의 유의성 및 모형의 절약성을 고려할 때 완전매개모형이 본 연구 자료에는 보다 적합한 것으로 판단되었다. 구체적으로 연구 결과를 종합하면, 첫째, 심리적 가정환경, 리더십 생활기술, 정서지능 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 정서지능은 심리적 가정환경과 리더십 생활기술의 관계에서 완전매개 효과가 나타났다. 또한 성취적 가정환경과 민주적 가정환경 간에는 부적 상관을 보였으나 그 강도는 낮았고, 정서지능과 리더십 생활기술에는 비교적 동일한 방식으로 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구결과는 초등학생의 리더십을 향상시키기 위하여 부모가 제공하는 심리적 가정환경뿐 아니라 자신의 정서를 효율적으로 다룰 수 있는 전략 역시 중요함을 시사하고 있다. 즉 초등학생의 정서지능을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발, 운영함으로써 그들의 리더십 생활기술을 함양하고, 초등학생들이 보다 적응적인 방향으로 발달하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점 및 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 추가하였다. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the mediating role of emotional intelligence in the relationship of psychological home environment to leadership life skill. The two structural equation models were designed to test the mediation effect of emotional intelligence: (a) full medication effect model, and (b) partial mediation effect model. The sample consists of 277 elementary school students (5th and 6th graders) from a D metropolitan city and K province, who completed the survey items measuring the three constructs mentioned above. Results indicated that the two SEM models seemed acceptable in terms of their model-data-fit, but the full medication effect model showed significantly better fit. The model-data fit seemed to be acceptable: Ⅹ2=226.414(p<001), CFI=930, TLI=915, RMSEA=060. As a result, emotional intelligence fully mediated the relationship between psychological home environment and leadership life skill. Thus it suggested that the key to improving leadership of young students is to learn how to utilize their emotions effectively or, in other words, to develop their emotional intelligence. Finally the relationship among the psychological home environment, emotional intelligence and leadership was discussed in this paper with recommendations for future study.
