        한국의 양식대하에서의 흰반점증상 바이러스감염의 특징

        대하 새우양식장의 대하에 흰반점 증상을 나타내는 원인바이러스는 막대형의 이중막을 가지고 있었으며, 전자 현미경 관찰 결과 평균 크기가 $250\~300\times70\;nm$였고, 조직학적 병변은 위상피 등에서 핵이 비대해지는 것이 관찰되었다. 공격실험에서는 건강체의 새우에 많은 누적 폐사율을 보였다. 원인 바이러스 단백질은 21개의 밴드를 보였으며, 핵산 분석 결과 total 분자량은 114 kb로 나타났다. The virions of causative virus for white spot syndrome in cultured Fresh shrimp, Penaeus chinensis were rod-shaped, double envelope. An average size of the virion was 70 nm in diameter and $250\~300$ nm in length. Histopathological test of affected stomach, heart, and lymphoid organ revealed nuclear hypertrophy. Infectivity trials carried out by injection and feeding with purified virus revealed high cumulative mortality to healthy shrimp. The twenty one different protein species were detected in the analysis of virion. The length of total DNA from the purified virus particles were detected as a single band, double-stranded DNA molecule of approximately 114 kb.

        vibrio furnissii 로부터 세포외 용혈소의 정제 및 특성

        병원성 비브리오 속인 Vibrio furnissii의 용혈소를 분리정제하고 그 물리화학적 특성, 생물학적인 그리고 면역학적인 상호관련성을 검토하여, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 용혈소의 정제는 ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-Sephadex A-50 (1st와 2nd)와 Sephaedx G-100 gel permeation chromatography를 거쳐 738배로 정제되었으며 회수율은 각각 11.6% 와 5.2%로 나타났다. 전기영동법으로 용혈소의 정제를 확인한 결과 단일 밴드의 형성을 관찰할 수 있었다. 분자량은 61 kDa이었으며 또한 SDS-PAGE 결과 subuint는 존재하지 않았다. 정제된 용혈소는 열에 불안정한 이열성 용혈소이며 Cu^(2+), Zn^(2+)와 cholesterol에 의해 용혈활성이 모두 저해되었다. 용혈기작에 있어서는 온도의존성 용혈기작으로서 최적 용혈의 온도는 37℃∼47℃로 나타났다. 정제용혈소의 pH 안정성은 pH 6.0, 6.5, 10.0에서 각각 불안정하였다. 용혈활성에 있어서 최적 혈구 농도는 1.0∼2.0%였다. 또한 각종 동물 혈구의 감수성 시험 결과 두 용혈소 모두 토끼에서 가장 감수성이 높았으며 사람의 혈구에서는 B형 혈액형에서 다소 높은 감수성을 나타내었다. The extracellualr hemolysin produced by pathogenic vibrio furnissii was isolated and purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and followed by DEAE-Sephadex A-50 (1st and 2nd) ion-exchange and Sephadex G-100 gel permeation chromatography. The molecular weight of the purified hemolysin was 61 kDa. The enzyme activity was inactivated by heating at 60 for 5 min, and inhibited by additions of Cu^(2+), Zn^(2+) and a high concentration of cholesterol. Lysis of human erythrocytes by the enzyme was temperature dependent, and optimal temperature of the enzyme was 37℃. The purified hemolysin was unstable at pH 6.0, 6.5 and 10.0.The optimal concentration of human erythrocytes on hemolysins was about 1.5%. The purified hemolysin was active for erythrocytes from three animal species including mouse, rabbit and rat, and was the most active against rabbit erythrocytes. B blood group of human erythrocytes also showed a high sensitivity to the enzyme.

        제주산 양식넙치 ( Paralichthys olivaceus ) 로부터 분리된 β - 용혈성 연쇄구균 ( β - Streptococcus spp. ) 의 특성

        2000년도 2회에 걸쳐 제주도 일원 넙치 양식장을 대상으로 감염어에서 분리된 연쇄구균에 대한 특성시험 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 감염어로부터 분리된 연쇄구균은 형태적으로 연쇄상의 gram 양성의 구균이었고, catalase와 oxidase에 음성이었으며, 용혈성 시험에서는 β-용혈성을 나타내었다. 감염어에서 각 장기별 생균수에서는 환부, 신장, 혈액 그리고 뇌순으로 연쇄구균이 검출되었다. 약제 감수성에서는 ampicillin, ciprofloxicin 등에 감수성이 있었지만 erythromycin 등에는 감수성이 없었다. 복강에 주사하여 병원성 시험을 한 결과 10일 이내에 전량 폐사하는 강한 병원성을 보였다. 감염균의 용혈성에 대한 특성은 50℃, 30분의 배양에서 용혈활성이 빠르게 증가되어 최대값에 도달되었고 또한 pH 5.5∼6.5에서 높은 활성값을 보였다. Streptococcus spp. of bacterial pathogen of fish were isolated from the cultured flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) in fish farm of Jeju Island. Clinical signs of the infected flounder which are the most commons symptoms are as follows: erratic swimming, darkening of the body colour, unilateral or bilateral exophthalmia, corneal opacity, hemorrhages in the opercular and the bases of the fins, and the ulceration of the body surface. Biochemical characteristics of pathogenic fish Streptococcus spp. were gram positive, spherical form, catalase negative, oxidase negative and β-haemolytic, respectively. The viable cells counted from the tissue of the diseased flounder were the largest in the order of the ulcer, the kidney, the blood and the brain. The drugs used were ampicillin, ciprofloxacin, doxycycline, gentamycin, tetracycline, erythromycin, streptomycin and oxytetracycline. Streptococcus spp. were found to be sensitive to ampiallin, ciprofloxacin, doxycycline and gentamycin, but were resistant to tetracycline, erythromycin, streptomycin and oxytetracycline. The pathogenicity of Streptococcus spp. on the cultured flounder with an abdominal cavity injection was high. The haemolytic activity of the toxin against the sheep red blood cells reached the maximum after 30 min incubation at 37℃ or 50℃. The toxin showed highest activity at pH 5.5∼6.5.

        부동산경매제도의 활성화방안에 관한 연구

        1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This research aims to be conducted, laying an emphasis that civil enforcement law system has to be improved so that real estate auction can be activated. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This research was performed through a questionaire to the real estate experts under the job, and relied upon frequency analysis for most part. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS As a result of material analyses, this research leaded to the result as followings. First, administrative officials have to be given the right of taking in and out, the right of investigation on occupants and debtors, and extensive compelling power to enforce to submit documents and to confirm subjectively inner structure and use. It will enable them to make written present condition. Second, if an auction procedure, aimed at carrying out legal rights of creditors, should be delayed, trust on national enforcement system is lowered. So, a disturbance of disposal by a complaint has to be got rid of with improved means. Third, as for a problem on an order for delivery, the coverage of counterpart of the order for deliver must be extended to those having no exclusive power on occupancy, those to whom enforcement power is reached, those living together as a family, and those who occupancy holders such as employees. 2. RESULTS As a result, the real status of the current real estate auction system operation and problems in carrying out it have to be continuously grasped continuously so that the system can be fixed as a system and improvement ways have to be established. Then people can trust the real estate auction system. In the future, the system improvement way has to be explored continuously.

        부동산 관련 법률들은 공공복리, 국토의 효율적 이용, 지역사회의 건전한 발전 및 환경보전등 저마다 공익적 목적의 추구를 위하여 개인의 기본권을 제한하는 근거규정을 가지고 있으나, 이러한 부동산관련 법률 및 부동산관련 제도들은 실제에 있어서 국민의 재산권보장이라는 개인적 권리와 첨예하게 맞물려 있어 권리와 의무간의 충돌을 항상 내재하고 있다. 이렇듯 부동산 은 사적재산으로서의 성격과 공공재산으로서의 성격을 동시에 지니며, 이러한 양면성으로 말미암아 권리와 의무의 충돌은 불가피한 관계에 놓여있다. 따라서 이와 같은 관점에서 부동산활동의 개념에 대해 살펴보고, 부동산활동에 있어 권리와 의무의 역할을 살펴봄으로써 부동산활동에 있어 권리와 의무의 조화에 대한 중요성을 구현함에 본 연구의 목적이 있다. Therefore, there is purpose of this study embody the importance for floral tributes of right and duty in real estate activities by examines about real estate activities s concept from such viewpoint, and examines role of right and duty in real estate activities.
