학교선별뇨검사를 통하여 조기에 발견된 Oligomeganephronia의 4년 추적 관찰 1례

Oligomeganephronia는 선천적인 신형성 부전으로 신원의 수가 감소되고 보상성으로 사구체가 비대해진 질환으로 지금까지 전 세계적으로 약 60례만이 보고될 정도로 매우 드문 질환이다. 저자들은 학교선별뇨검사상 현미경적 혈뇨를 보였던 환아에서 신생검을 통하여 oligomeganephronia를 조기에 진단하고, 4년간 신부전증 및 성장부전의 진행 소견과 함께 사구체 경화증의 발생으로 사구체 용적이 감소하는 소견을 관찰할 수 있었기에, 이를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Oligmeganephronia is congenital hypoplasia of kidney with renal pathology showing very small number of nephrons with compensatory hypertrophy of the remaining glomeruli. A 7-year-old girl was referred to our nephrology clinic due to hematuria detected on school screening urinalysis and diagnosed as chronic renal failure and oligomeganephronia on renal biopsy. We are reporting the clinical and histomorphometric changes for the four years follow-up with review of literatures.

Tc-99m MAG3 Scan의 배뇨 후 배설상으로 진단된 역류성 신병증 1례

저자들은 우측 옆구리 통증과 발열을 주소로 내원한 12년 8개월 된 여아에서 복부초음파 검사와 $^{99m}Tc-MAG3$ Scan의 후면 관류상 및 배뇨후 지연 배설상으로 진단된 중등급 이상의 방광요관역류와 동반된 역류성 신병증 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. 또한 요로 감염증 및 신병증이 있는 환아들의 경우 심한 역류와 역류성 신병증의 조기발견과 신속한 대처를 위해 고식적 검사와 배뇨 후 지연 배설영상검사를 시행하기에 앞서 비침습적인 $^{99m}Tc-MAG3$ Scan을 시행할 것을 제안하는 바이다. $^{99m}Tc-MAG3$ Scintigraphic Scan is sensitive at depicting focal parenchymal abnormalities and can be used for the measurement of overall renal function. We experienced a 12-year-old girl presenting with fever and flank pain. On the ultrasonogram and post-voiding delayed image of $^{99m}Tc-MAG3$ scintigraphic scan, severe right cortical atrophy and hydronephrosis with vesicoureteral reflux were detected. We could demonstrate the reflux nephropathy by these two diagnostic work-up without conventional voiding cystourethrography.

스마트 관광 시대에 국내 도보여행을 위한 안전정보 프레임워크 개발 및 적용

Purpose This study aims to propose a framework for safety in domestic walking tourism, which defines the scope and type of safety information for tourists. Also, the framework provides a systematic classification for safety information in walking tourism. As the importance of safety in walking tourism due to the frequent occurrence of crimes and unexpected accidents increases, it is necessary to provide tourists with safety information on walking courses rapidly and systematically. However, most administrators (e.g., local governments) have mainly focused on providing tour information on walking courses through Internet websites or mobile apps, overlooking the safety issue. Besides, there is a lack of understanding of safety not only in walking tourism but also in the whole tourism industry. Design/methodology/approach This study proposes the framework that covers all possible safety-related information in walking tourism. Furthermore, to validate its availability, this study analyzes eight major platforms which offer tour information to tourists by applying the framework. Findings The major findings of this study are as follows. First, all platforms considered in this study do not provide any information on tourism safety, focusing on the provision of tour information. Second, three platforms currently provide an SOS function which means post-safety information. That is, no safety information is provided to prevent safety issues in advance. Finally, despite the increase of social concerns, all platforms do not provide safety information on public order and diseases in the social disaster classification as well as environmental pollution in the natural disaster classification. The details and implications of the findings are presented.

A Technology Roadmap (TRM) is extensively used as a tool to manage activities of researching and developing technologies and products that can help a business achieve its goals. However, most of past studies on TRMs have limited themselves to developing in a single product or a single industry level. Few research studies have examined how TRM are used for convergence products and services for future development. The aim of this chapter is to introduce a TRM development methodology for u-City technologies and to consider its possible application at the R&D program level in Korea. This research suggests ways to develop a TRM in u-City development by segmenting u-City technologies, projecting TRM for each technology and designing TRM templates for evaluating both current and future technologies. In addition, the study further highlights to prioritize which technology is favorable for the implementation based on its economic feasibility and technological maturity.
