        설계단계의 BIM기반 CM 업무 프로세스 개발에 관한 연구 - 설계관리 업무를 중심으로 -

        일반적인 건설프로젝트는 성공적인 공사완료를 위하여 발주처, 건설사, 설계사, 엔지니어링사와 같이 다양한 참여자들이 참여하지만, 그 프로젝트의 수행기간 동안에 참여자들 간 이해의 본질적인 차이를 가진다. 건설관리사업의 역할은 프로젝트 수행기간 동안에 참여자들 간의 이러한 이해의 차이를 해결하고, 발주처의 요구와 이해을 대변하면서 프로젝트를 성공적으로 이끄는 것이다. 최근 BIM의 사용은 건설프로젝트 사이에서 증가하고 있고, 그러한 CM사는 BIM을 적용하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이것은 건설프로젝트에서 BIM의 사용이 매우 새로운 운용 패러다임을 제시하기 때문이다. 이 연구의 목적은 최근 BIM이 사용된 프로젝트 사례를 검토하고, 이러한 프로젝트의 프로세스를 분석, 최근 BIM 적용사례로부터의 교훈을 바탕으로 설계단계 프로세스를 재구성하여, BIM의 사용으로 향상 될 수 있는 수정된 설계단계 모델 프로세스와 그와 관련된 협업운용을 제안하고자 한다. A typical construction project involves participation of various parties including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers for its successful completion, and yet has intrinsic differences of interests among the participants during the project execution period. A construction management (CM) services's role is then to resolve these differences of interests among the participants during the project execution, and lead the projects to its successful completion while representing the clients' demands and interests. The use of building information modeling (BIM) is increasing recently among construction projects, and those CM service companies are experiencing difficulties applying BIM. This is because the use of BIM in construction projects suggests a quite new set of operational paradigm. The purpose of this paper is then to review the recent cases of projects which used BIM; to analyze the these projects' processes; to reengineer the design phase process based on the lessons learned from recent BIM application; and to suggest a modified design phase process model that could improve the use of BIM and related coordination operations.

        대기행렬 모형을 활용한 아파트 골조공사 기준층 인적 자원관리 선정사례에 관한 연구

        Quantitative analysis of the number of construction workers and construction period can present a new standard for appropriate personnel. This study presents a Queueing model that predicts the execution time of work procedures, the most important factor among work efficiency indicators. During the working cycle of apartment frame construction the same process tends to be repeated the volume of contruction. Based on these characteristics, this study used a Queueing Model and analyzed reference layer cycle of the delayed frame construction. After adjusting the number of people and the construction period, the performance of the model was analyzed and suggested. This study aims to support the decision making of personnel distribution according to the volume of construction by performing a performance analysis of the Queueing Model.

        시공단계에 참여하는 전문건설업체를 위한 시공 BIM 수행계획 구축

        For decades, the productivity issue has been a primary concern for the all stake-holders who participate in domestic construction industry. Especially, between a whole life cycle of building, the construction phase's productivity problem makes or break the entire project. In this respect, the general construction company, who accept the order and construct the building(so called General Contractor), should consider various strategies, such as schedule management, cost management, quality management, inner-crew management, etc., for the productivity improvement., and almost of these management methods have been studied for a long time. But, the researches and studies about the specialty contractor, who construct the building directly in construction site were not sufficiently complete yet. This research begins as an idea which tries to apply the BIM(Building Information Modeling) into the tasks of Specialty contractors for their productivity improvement. And for the effective application of construction BIM to specialty contractors, establish of the BIM project execution plan for them, not the fragmentary adoption of BIM. Therefore, in this paper, we develop the BIM project execution plan for the reinforced concrete companies who conduct the framework construction which located on CP(Critical Path) Especially, we model the "Construction BIM Use List for the RC Work", "BIM Application Master Process" and "BIM Application Detailed Process", and general contractor who use these BIM uses list and process models can manage various specialty contractors about schedule, cost, earned value, quality, safety and environment management systematically.
