「생명연습」에 나타난 ‘자기 세계’의 실존적 의미와 고백의 연행 서사

본 연구의 목적은 김승옥의 단편 「생명연습」이 주인공인 화자가 고백적 글쓰기의 방식으로 ‘자기 세계’의 형성을 시도하는 연행적 텍스트라 보고 이를 규명하는 것이다. 「생명연습」은 자아가 처한 현실의 조건과 대결하여 자기존재의 근거를 찾기 위해 연행을 실행하는 실존적 텍스트이다. 자기를 대상화하는 자기의식은 대자존재의 지위를 유지한 채 즉자존재를 경험하고자 한다. 그러한 자기상을 조성하는 자기의식 공간을 작가는 ‘자기 세계’라 명명한다. 하지만 즉자존재의 경험을 제공하는 것이 타자의 시선이기 때문에 실존적 불안이 초래된다. 불안에서 벗어나기 위하여 타자가 제공하는 자기기만적인 동일성에 안주한다면 타자의 시선에 의해서 판단되고 결정되는 비주체적인 대상으로 전락한다. 이로부터 주체성의 동요와 자기상의 분열이 발생한다. 「생명연습」의 인물들은 이와 같은 모순적 상황에 직면하여 자아나 타자를 폭력적으로 소거하는 극단적인 대응방식을 통해서라도 살아남으려는 양상을 보여준다. 화자와 한교수의 ‘자기 세계’는 ‘고백’이라는 언어적 연행을 통해 작동한다. 고백은 현재의 자기라는 대자존재로서 과거의 자신이라는 즉 자존재를 구성하는 연행 서사이다. 한교수의 고백이 ‘자기 세계’를 유지하기 위한 발화적 자기 폭로라면, 화자의 고백은 ‘자기 세계’를 형성하기 위한 글쓰기이다. 화자는 유년 시절 형의 죽음으로 고착된 ‘자기 세계’의 균열을 어쩌지 못하고 유예된 상태에 머물러 있었다. 그러던 중 한교수와의 대화와 그의 고백을 통해 자신 갱신의 계기를 발견한다. 완벽한 ‘자기 세계’를 지닌 것으로 생각했던 한교수는 화자에게 은폐된 균열을 들키고 이를 수습하기 위해 과거를 고백한다. 화자는 존경하던 한교수 역시 자신과 비슷한 부류임을 발견하고 그것이 인간 실존임을 깨닫는다. 이를 계기로 감춰진 과거를 복원함으로써 현재의 자신을 설명하고 ‘자기 세계’를 형성하고자 한다. 요컨대, 화자와 한교수는 서로를 타자로 발견하고 연행 서사를 통해 즉자-대자의 결합 가능성을 재확인한 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine Kim Seung-Ok's short story, "Saengmyungyunseup(생명연습)" as a performance text in which the narrator, the main character, attempts to form a 'self-world' through the method of confessional writing. "Saengmyungyunseup" is an existential text that confronts the conditions of reality in which the ego is placed and executes the performance to find the basis for its existence. The self-consciousness that objectifies the self seeks to experience the existence of 'Being-in-itself' while maintaining the status of 'Being-for-itself.' The space of self-consciousness that creates such a self-image is called 'self-world.' However, existential anxiety is caused because it is the gaze of the other that provides the experience of 'Being-in-itself.' If we settle for the self-deceptive identity provided by the other in order to escape from anxiety, we fall into a non-subjective object judged and determined by the gaze of the other. This results in agitation of subjectivity and division of self-image. In the face of such contradictory situations, the characters in "Saengmyungyunseup" show the aspect of surviving even through extreme countermeasures of violently erasing the self or others. The 'self-world' of the narrator and Professor Han works through the verbal performance of confession. Confession is a narrative as performance that constitutes the self-existence of the past self as 'Being-in-itself.' If Professor Han's confession is an utterance of self-exposure to maintain 'self-world,' the narrator's confession is writing to form 'self-world.' The narrator remained in a suspended state, unable to do anything about the rift in his 'self-world' that had been fixed by the death of his older brother in childhood. In the meantime, he discovers an opportunity to renew himself through a conversation with Professor Han and his confession. Professor Han, who thought he had a perfect 'self-world,' reveals the cracks hidden by the narrator and confesses his past in order to fix it. The narrator discovers that Professor Han, whom he admires, is also of a similar person to himself and realizes that it is a human existence. By restoring the hidden past, he tries to explain himself in the present and form his 'self-world.' In other words, the narrator and Professor Han discover each other as others and reconfirm their potential as 'Being-initself'-' Being-for-itself' through the narrative as performance.

This study is aimed to examine the wearing, the clothing satisfaction and the actual purchase conditions of dance sportswear for females in their 20s~50s in order to provide a basic resource for the development of motion functionality and emotionally suitable dance sportswear. As a result, females in their 50s are considered with higher percentages of participation and more than half of them participated in the Latin American sports dance. As for the frequency of activities per week, 1~2 times per week is the largest portion with the main purpose of health and diet for all age levels. Participants with more than 3 years of experience have more proper clothing as compared with those less than 1year of experience. The most inconvenient point is the rolling up of the upper clothes in the case for two pieces of clothing. The purchase frequency of dance sportswear is once or twice per year which shows no differences for all age levels and the repurchase period is considered to be long. As for price, items less than 50,000 won hold the highest portion which meant that they preferred low priced clothing. When they purchase dance sportswear, more than 80% of the participants consider design and materials as the most important factors.

This study had researched purchase trend and preference of jacket design in order to develop a prototype of an outdoor wear jacket that can be worn for a light outdoor activity targeting middle-aged men and women. An outdoor wear was purchased mostly in a permanent discount store and functionality such as activity and material was considered as important in addition to design. There was difference in ages for the jacket style, but in general, people preferred a wind protection jacket and men preferred black colors and women preferred red colors. For the design of jacket, both men and women had preferred a jacket that has moderate fitness with detachable hat and a zipper, and it was applied to the prototype. The jacket had applied different color in the armhole line that is connected to sleeve in order to make waist look slimmer and stretchable material was used to improve functionality in the armpit part.

The subjects were individually presented with the Maxi-doll task to examine false belief and with the flower-star (Stroop-like day-night) test to examine inhibitory control skill. In the 1^(st) session, the subjects were tested with both the Maxi tesk and the flower-star test. Three days later, subjects were retested with the Maxi task, including an inhibitory cue. Data were analyzed by 3-way ANOVA, age(2) × inhibitory level(2) × task type(Maxi-task or Maxi-including cue). All the main effects were significant and the interaction effect between inhibitory level and task type was also significant. Thus, their understanding of the mind and inhibitory control skill both influence children`s performance on a typical false belief task.

공공언어에서 ‘K-’* 접두사 기능과 어휘로서의 비유 의미

이 글은 ‘K-복합어’의 공공언어에서의 사용 양상에 대해 알아보려 한다. 공공언어에서 ‘신어’는 사회 현상이나 변화에 따라 언어도 함께 변화를 겪으며 나타나는 현상이다. 세계인들은 몇 해 동안 코로나-19와 같은 전염병의 확산을 경험하였다. 우리 국민은 정치의 변화 등에 따른 사회의 변화도 겪었다. 이러한 변화의 경험은 새로운 용어를 만드는 데 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 당연한 일일 수 있다. 새로운 언어의 탄생 중에서 ‘K-복합어’의 사용은 많은 곳에서 눈에 띈다. 공공언어에서 「국어기본법」은 한글을 우선하여 쓰도록 한다. 그러나 ‘K-복합어’의 경우는 알파벳 ‘K-’를 밝혀 적고 있으며, 국어기본법의 ‘한글’ 쓰기를 자연스럽게 피하여 쓰고 있는 것을 쉽게 볼 수 있다. 이처럼 공공언어에서 「국어기본법」에 어긋나는 표기는 신어 생산에 영향을 주고 있다. 또한 접사 ‘K-’의 생산성도 많음을 알 수 있는데, ‘K-복합어’는 접사로서 역할을 충분히 수행하는지를 보려한다. 이에 따라 어휘 의미론에 따른 ‘K- ’ 접사의 유사성과 인접성을 파악하며 개념적 은유와 방향적 은유를 살펴보았다. ‘K-복합어’는 공공언어에서 긍정적 의미를 지니며 정책 용어나 사업 용어 등에 사용하고 있다. K-’ 접사는 [대표성을 띠는], [이상적인], [좋은 제품의(신뢰도가 있는)]의 의미를 내포하고 있는 은유적 기능을 하고 있으며, 공공언어에서는 상향의 긍정적 의미로 사용하며 신조어 생산성에 기여하고 있음을 살필 수 있었다. 반면에 어휘 의미론적으로 분석해 보면 부정적 의미를 지니는 것은 사용하지 않는다. 일상의 언어에서는 ‘K-복합어’ 사용에 ‘K-장녀, K-며느리’와 같이 부정적 의미를 쓰고 있는 것도 또 다른 특성으로 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. In the public language, ‘new coinage’ also undergoes changes in the language according to social phenomena or changes. People around the world have experienced the spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19 for several years. Our people have also undergone changes in society due to changes in politics, etc. It can be natural that the experience of these changes has a great influence on the creation of new terms. Among the births of new languages, the use of ‘K-complex’ stands out in many places. In the case of public languages, the Framework Act on the Korean language requires that Hangeul(Korean) be written first. However, in the case of ‘K-complex’, the alphabet ‘K-’ is clearly written, and it is easy to see that it was written naturally avoiding ‘the only writing of Hangul’ in Framework Act on the National Language. In this way, I will check the meaning of notation that violates the Framework Act on the National Language to create a new language. Also, I will see whether the ‘K-complex’ plays a sufficient role as an affix. Accordingly, I will examine the conceptual metaphor and orientational metaphor by grasping the similarity and contiguity of the ‘K-’ affix according to the lexical semantic theory. ‘K-complex’ has a positive meaning in public language and is used as a policy language. ‘K-complex’ has a positive meaning in public language and used in policy terms. On the other hand, when analyzing lexical semantics, negative meanings are not used. In ordinary language, it was found that the use of negative meanings such as ‘K-Jangnyeo, K-Myeoneuri’ in the use of ‘K-complex’ appeared as another characteristic.

This paper aims to investigate about the design of outdoor finish materials reflecting a thin film gathering solar energy to apply urban aesthetics and environment-friendly design. A thin film of solar energy can be highly utilized for architectural design owing to its attribute of materiality that can be flexible and easily bended for a straight and curved line of architecture. Accordingly, it can be freely applied for landscape design regardless of construction and reconstruction. This panel can be an innovative material for creative architectural design in this era when the environmental issue is getting more significant. Thus, the development of the design of outdoor finish materials with a thin film gathering solar energy can contribute to expanding the possibility of architectural design in terms of aesthetics and urban environment.

결혼이주여성의 건강정보 탐색과 인구사회학적 영향요인

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify socio-demographic factors related to health information seeking behavior among Asian immigrant women in Korea. Methods: Data were drawn from 144 immigrant women who came from China, Vietnam, the Philippines, and other countries using structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program for descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and multiple regression. Results: 91.7% of women sought the health information about child birth, child care, health promotion, and disease control. Original nationality, monthly income, and subjective health status significantly predicted health information seeking behavior in Asian immigrant women (adjusted R square= .256, p< .001). Conclusion: To improve self-care ability and health care services accessibility in Asian immigrant women, health care professionals should consider factors related to health information seeking behavior.
