Anemarrhrna asphodeloides BUNGE is one of important medicinal crops, which has been collected or/and cultivated for its rhizomes. The main medicinal ingredient of the A. asphodeloides Bunge rhizomes is a saponin, which is Known to have medical values for diaphoresis, sedatives and biuresis. However, studies on cultural methods and breeding works on this plant have not been made in detail. To increase productivity and to improve quality of crops, it is important to collect cultivated and wild lines, to classify them based on morphological and genetic characteristics, and to select superior pure lines at first. Therefore, total 20 A. asphodeloides lines collected were cultivated at the fieldof Chungnam Provincial Administration of Rural Developrment in 1995 to study the agronomic characteristics and to classify them based on morphological characteristics. Characteristics related with reproductive organ such as the number of spikes per plant and peduncle length showed greater variations than vegetative organ-related characteristics such as leaf length and rhizome length based on the coefficient of variation. Vigorous shoot growth resulted in better development of reproductive organs such as peduncle length and number of spikes per plant. However, the development of spikes was negatively correlated with chlorophyll content. Characteristics of underground parts were more significantly correlated with spike characteristics than aerial part characteristics. A asphodeloides tested in this study were classified into 2 groups (group A and group B) based on centroid linkage cluster analysis. Group A showed more vigorous shoot growth with more leaves and spikes per plant, longer peduncle length, thicker peduncle diameter and highter shoot dry weight than group B. Group A could be further classified into 2 sub-groups based on leaf size, spike length and peduncle diameter, while group B also could be classified based on number of leaves. 외식업 소상공인에 대한 정부지원서비스가 경영성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 소상공인에 대한 지원서비스가 경영성과에 미치는 영향과 지원서비스와 경영성과의 관계에서 지원서비스 만족의 매개효과를 밝혀내기 위해 대구·경북에 거주 중인 소상공인 및 자영업자를 대상으로 실증분석을 시행하였다. 소상공인 전담지원기관의 서비스를 받아본 경험이 있는 대구·경북에 거주하는 소상공인 및 자영업자를 대상으로 2015년 4월 22일부터 5월 15일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 210부의 설문지를 배포하여 196부가 분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과 외식업 소상공인에 대한 지원서비스는 지원서비스 만족과 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지원서비스 만족 또한 지원서비스와 경영성과의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 소상공인의 경영성과를 체계적으로 평가하고 효율적인 지원정책을 개발하기 위해서는 소상공인 경영성과의 결정요인에 관한 연구가 절실히 요구되며 특히, 기존의 소상공인 창업단계에 중점을 두고 이루어진 정책적 관심과 연구는 소상공인의 실질적인 경영활동과 성과창출 과정을 반영하는 방향으로 확대될 필요가 있다고 하겠다. This study was conducted to investigate the effect on the management performance of supporting service for small business people in food service industry through prior literature reviews for small business people and tradespeople living in Taegu and Kyungbuk. The results of the study are like these. The supporting service for small business people in Food Service Business has a meaningful positive effect. The satisfaction of supporting service also has a partial meditating effect on the relation between supporting service and management performance.

Cushing's syndrome is produced by the hypersecretion of adrenal glucocorticoids and is characterized by moon face, central obesity, disappearance of diurnal variation of plasma cortisol and unsuppressibility of plasma cortisol by low-dose dexamethasone. On the other hand, hyperaldosteronism is produced by the hypersecretion of aldosterone and is characterized by hypertension and hypokalemia. We report a rare case of adrenal adenoma with concurrent hypercortisolism and hyperaldosteronism manifestated with hypertension, cushingoid appearance, left adrenal mass with low-normal plasma potassium. Laparoscopic unilateral tumor excision was performed and hypertension disappeared after the operation.(Korean J Med 61:270-275, 2001)
