      • Dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA)의 생식에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        DHEA가털의 생식에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 D겨료A를 사료에 혼합하여 0, 0.06, 0.3, 0.6% 함유사료를 제조하여 꾸컷 흰쥐에 9주간 투여하고 체중,사료섭취량.수태능 평가, 자 장기의 중량 츠정 정자수 츠정 정자 운동성 및 성호르몬 생성에 미치는 영향을 평가하여 수컷 흰쥐에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 또한 대조군과 DHEA 0.6% 투여군에 대해서는 9주간의 회복기간을 설정하여 실험하였다. 본 실험 결과 체중은 DHEA 0.06%에서는 대조군과 유사하였으나 D보EA 0.3% 밀 0.0%군에서는 투여 하루 후부터 현저한 체중 감소가 31fL되었으며 회ft기간동안 에는 체중이 점차 회복되는 경향을 보였다. 사료섭취량에 있어서는 0.6%군에서만 투여기간동안 유의성있는 사료섭취량 감소를 나타냈으며, 촉복기에는 사료섭취량이 대조군의 수준으로 회복되었다. 수태능에 있어서 oL컷 흰쥐와 교배시 대조군과 투여군 사이에 평균 precoital time의 유의성있는 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 또한 회복기간 후 평균 precoltal time에도 차이가 없었다. 생식관련 장기 및 그 부속기관의 절대중량은 0.6%투여군에선 부고찬, 전립선 및 정낭이 대조군에 비해 유의성 있게 감소하였으며, 상대중량은 전립선 및 정낭에서 유의성 있게 감소하엿다. 정자의 운동성은 D펴EA투여군과 대조군사이에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으며 (대조군 . 71.2%,0.6%투여군:73.7%), 회복군에서도 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 그러나 고찬에서 총 정자수는 D보EA 0.6%투여군(1.75±0.49×10^b/testis)에서 대조군(2.56츠0.49f10"/testis)에 비해 유의성 있는 감소를 나타내었으나 9주간의 호복기간에서는 대조군과 거의 유사하였다(대조군 : 2.64±0.45, 0.6% : 3.03츠0.84). 생식기관 및 그 부속기관에 대한 조직병리학적 소견에서는 대조군자 차이가 없었고, 간장에서 용량의존적으로 peroxisome의 증식출 윤발하였다 DHEA가 성호르몬 생성에 미치는 영향에서 혈중 testosteronle 농도는 DHEA투여에 의해 용량 의존적으로 유의성 있는 증가를 나타내었다(대조군 : 316.31±110.97ff/dL, 0.6% 투여군 : 743.33츠168-91fg/0L). 반띤에 혈중 DHEA-SO₄농도는 대조군 9.17±5.94fg/DL인 반면에 D틴EA 0.(16%,0.3% 및 0.6%투여에 의해서는 각각 80.59±44.03, 296.94±113.03, 431.29±245.59r9/4L로 용량 의존적인 증가를 라타내었다. 이상의 겪과에서 D린또A는 testosterone과 같은 성호르른의 증가를 보였으나 고용량 투여에 의해서는 현저한 체중 감소, 고환의 총 정자수 감소 및 생리 구속기관의 중량 감소를 일으켰으며, 이러한 현상은 투여 중지 훈에 회복되는 경을 나착내었다. 따라서 DHEA는 수컷 됐쥐에 대하여 생식능 영향인자로서 작용하지는 않는 것으로 사료된다. Potential effects of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA ), the predominant circulating adrenal sex hormone in human, on reproductive toxicity parameters were investigated in male Wistarrats. Male rats were dietary administered DHEA at doses of 0%, 0.05%, 0.3% and 0.6ft for 9 weeks. Intreatment period. 20 males per group were paired with untreated females. After 9-week treatment ofDHEA, the remainiBg 20 males from the 0% and 0.6% DHBA treatnlent groups were allowed another 9weeks recovery period, and then paired with untreated females. After 9 weeks treatme31t, OHEA-50,and testosteroBe levels in scrum were significantly increased up to 47 and 2.4 times, respectively. Bodyweight gain and food consumption were decreased significantly in dose-dependent manner. DHEA sig-uificantly decreased absolute andjor relative weights of accessorlr sex organs such as epididynlides, sem-inal vesicles and prostate. fro treatment-related effects on sperrA motility, sperm morphology. and thenumber of sperm were observed at any doses of DHEA, but sperm head counts in testis were significant-ly decreased in 0.6% DHEf. treatmeat group. The mean precoital time, fertility index and caesareanfindings in=ffams mated with DHEA treated mates were not different from those of control. There wasno histopathllogical change in DHEA treated rats except a dose-,dependent proliferation of peroxisoraesin liver. In conclusion, DHEA treatment significantly increased serum levels of DHEA-50, and testoster-one, however, it caused adverse effects to male rats such as decrease of accessorf sex organ weights andbody weight gain. Atl the effects of DHEA were reversible upon cessation of the treatment.

        원방우황청심원의 랫드 최기형성에 관한 연구

        A teratogenic study on Original Woo-Whang-Chung-Sim-Won was carried out in SpragueDawley rats. Original Woo-Whang-Chung-Sim-Won suspended in distilled water was administered to pregnant dams by oral gavage during organogenesis period (from 7th to 17th day of gestation) at daily doses of 1/9, 1/3 and I pill/kg. About two-thirds of dams were sacrificed at 20th day of gestation to scrutinize the pregnant performances and fetal development, and the remaining dams were allowed to deliver. The growth, reflex, behaviour and reproductive function of F1 offsprings were examined. There was no treatment-related difference in body weight, food consumption and necropy findings of dams. No gross, skeletal and visceral abnormalities was observed in F1 fetuses from dams treated with Original Woo-Whang-Chung-Sim-Won. F1 offsprings did not show any treatment-related difference in growth, reflex, behaviour and reproductive peuformance. At caesarean section of F1 dams, no growth retardation and gross abnormality was observed in F2 fetuses. In conclusion, Original Woo-Whang-Chung-Sim-Won did not show any potential teratogenic activity in rats.

        Fault Diagnosis of Planetary Gear Carrier Packs: A Class Imbalance and Multiclass Classification Problem

        Fault diagnosis plays a key role in monitoring manufactured products for the purpose of quality control. Among the several fault diagnosis approaches, knowledge-based fault diagnosis, which uses signals from sensors and machine learning algorithms instead of a priori information, is widely employed to diagnose the status of products. In this paper, we propose a knowledge-based procedure to establish a fault diagnosis model. The model is aimed to diagnose planetary gear carrier packs, which have many fault types and an unbalanced number of samples in the sample classes, using transmission error. In the procedure, the best feature subset that contains the most important features is selected using two different feature selection processes. Several ensemble algorithms are used during the model training process. The imbalance ratio between classes of samples is addressed. The number of weak learners is automatically determined by a genetic algorithm. Finally, the performance of the proposed procedure is validated by comparison with other models trained without applying the proposed procedure. We observed that it is important to incorporate the class imbalance technique in the training process as it reduces the misclassification of faulty products as normal ones. This reduction is important in production quality control.

        효소유도제 및 glutathione이 전배자배양된 랫드태자에서 cyclophosphamide의 독성에 미치는 영향

        Cyclophosphamide (CP) must be enzymatically activated by cytochrome P450(CYP)-linked mixed-function oxidation pathway to be either mutagenic or teratogenic. Influences of alterations in hepatic mixed-function oxidase acitivity and glutathione (GSH) content on the embryotoxicity of CP were studied in rat whole embryo culture system. The embryotoxicity of CP was compared using rat S-9 fraction (S-9) pretreated with chemicals inducing different CYP isozymes, acetone (ACE), Aroclor 1254 (ARO), $\beta$-naphthoflavone (NAF) and phenobarbital (PHE). When 10.5 day embryos were cultured in the immediately centrifuged rat serum for 48 hrs using general gas char{ging schedule, CP$(40{\mu}g/ml)$ with S-9 induced by either NAF or PHE increased the incidence of realformations and significantly decreased embryonic growth compared with the non-induced S-9 group. ACE or ARO induced S-9 group showed no significant difference in embryonic growth. These data suggest that PB and/or NAF inducible CYP isoenzymes are mainly involved in the activation of CP. To examine the effect of GSH on the embryotoxicity of CP, 10.5 day embryos were exposed to CP and S-9 after preincubation with 10 mM of GSH for 3 hrs. In the GSH pretreated group the growth of embryos increased significantly compared with that of the untreated group, suggesting that GSH may protect embryos in culture from some toxic effects of CP.

        워라밸 현상에 따른 니트 디자인 활용에 관한 분석

        Now people have thought about their whole life beyond working everyday. It mean people want to get more valuable life – balance of work and spare time to enjoy leisures and hobbies. Korean society tells it as ‘Wor-Li-Bal’ which means work and life balance. In fashion fields, knit is the significant fabrics to reflect the trends so as to express comfortable and valuable lifestyle. Applicability of knit has been expanded by development of manufacturing technique with a various development of knit fabrics. The study is to analyze how to develope knit designs which are manipulated with the other various fabrics – woven, leather, fur, duck down, spandex and so on. Design applicability of knit is limited rather than woven fabrics because of the difficulties of technique, yarn production. So the study will develop the applicability of knit design rather than in the past. The range of the study will be S/S 2016 to S/S 2019 – Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Prada which are the highest luxury designer brands consumers conceded. The purpose of study is to look into the category of applicability of knit design and to know the relationship social trend ‘Wor-Li-Bal’ and the characteristics of change in knit design. As the result of study, the applicability has kept expanding more so that items will be diverse not only sweaters and cardigans but also dresses, blouses, jackets. Furthermore its applicability will be expanded to the accessories – creative mufflers, fringes and so on. It would look forward to making the way to develop how to apply knit design to clothes.

        By compariing cultural phenomenons of punk fashion images, background in each historical punk culture, cultural characteristics and fashion images were analyzed. And according as cultural phenomenon was studied in comparison, the study recognised the meaning of response and acceptance about punk culture. Subsequently, 1970’s punk culture tried to visual images to express resistance awareness of minority. In 2010’s, punk accepted as characteristic, creative and interesting concept to the public made new fashion mixed with other images. Such punk culture should seek the direction to develop keeping with cultural inherence.
