본 연구에서는 항만하역장비인 스프레더용 충격흡수기의 개발을 위해 스프링과 오일댐퍼로 구성된 세 가지 형태의 모델에 대한 동적응답을 유한요소해석에 의해 수행하였다. 또한, 세 가지 모델의 충격흡수기에서 피스톤의 제한된 행정을 정적변수로 하고 목적함수인 충격에 대한 반력이 최소가 되도록 최적설계를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과로는 직렬식 2자유도계 모델의 반력이 가장 작게 나타났으며 그 다음으로는 1자유도계 모델, 병렬식 2자유도계 모델의 순으로 나타났다. 스프링상수와 감쇠계수의 변화가 반력에 미치는 영향을 확인하였으며, 최적설계 결과 각 모델에 대한 반력이 최소가 되는 스프링상수와 감쇠계수를 구하였다. On this study, to develop the impact absorbing system for spreader, we operated the dynamic response for models three types consisting of spring and oil damper by the finite element analysis. Also, in the three types of impact absorbing system, we set the restricted stroke of piston to the static variables and the optimum design was operated to have the minimum value of the reaction force for the impact. As the result, the direct model of two degree of freedom system has lowest value, the model of one degree of freedom system has higher value than that and the parallel model of two degree of freedom system has the highest value. And we studied the effect that the change of spring constant and damping coefficient affect to the reaction force and as the result of the optimum design, we found that reaction force has the lowest value in the each of models.

This paper deals with the stability estimation of centrifuge compared the natural frequency of cylinder and screw with the gear tooth passing frequency of three step planetary gear using finite element analysis. Also, this paper performed the analysis of strength for rotating speed and centrifugal force of cylinder and screw. This study expressed the campbell diagram using the tooth passing frequency and the natural frequency of cylinder by transmission error which is one of the exciting cause.

This paper deals with the buckling and vibration analysis of plate with a hole. As aspect ratio rises in design parameter, the buckling strength and the natural frequency of laminated composite plate decrease and as diameter of hole for width of plate rises, the buckling strength decrease but the natural frequency increase. Also this paper tried to realize the optimum ply-angle with maximum buckling strength and natural frequency of laminated composite plate.
