In order to find active ingradients having an agonistic activity to benzodiazepine receptor from Gastrodia elata Blume (Orchidaceae) which has been used as an anticonvulsant in oriental medicine, one component and some fractions were separated from the butanol extract of the rhizomes of this plant and evaluated for their activities on GABA/benzodiazepine receptor in vitro. As a result, one crude mixture (F4f) obtained from the most active fraction (F4) inhibited significantly the binding of $[^3H]Ro15-1788$, a selective benzodiazepine receptor antagonist, to benzodiazepine receptor of rat cortices. GABA significantly enhanced the inhibition of $[^3H]flunitrazepam$ binding by F4f, and this positive GABA shift supported the strong possibility of the agonistic activity of F4f to benzodiazepine receptor.

일제강점기 조선의 스키장에 관한 연구

이 연구는 일제강점기 조선의 스키장을 알아보기 위해 조선의 스키도입, 각 지역에 만들어진 스키장의 현황과 특징에 초점을 맞추어 그 실태를 검토한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 조선에는 일제강점기 이전부터 오늘날의 스키와 같은 조선고유의 설마나 썰매가 있었으며 이는 주로 사냥을 위해 사용되었다. 조선에서 근대적 스키는 1921년 일본의 이야마중학교 체육교사인 나카무라가 원산중학교에 전근 오면서 지참한 오스트리아식 스키를 학생들에게 가르치면서 시작되었다. 그 후 스키는 나카무라의 헌신적인 노력으로 학교의 틀을 넘어 일반인에게 보급되고 스키대회의 개최를 통해 서서히 근대스포츠로서 자리매김하였다. 조선의 스키장은 동해안의 한정된 지역이지만 원산의 신풍리스키장을 비롯하여 각종 스키장의 대부분이 함경남도에 만들어졌다. 그 이유는 지리적으로 적설량이나 설질 등이 좋아 스키장을 조성하는데 최적의 조건을 갖추었기 때문이다. 그리고 당시에 부설된 경원선이나 함경선 등의 철도 고객유치를 위한 일환으로 동북지역에 스키장을 건설했던 것으로 생각된다. This study had a research focusing on the introduction of ski in Choseon and the condition and feature of ski resort built in each region to examine the ski resort of Choseon during Japanese occupation. And the conclusion is following. Choseon had their own sled, which is similar to ski these days, even before the Japanese occupation. And it was mostly used for hunting. Modern ski in Choseon was introduced in 1921 by Nakamura, the Japanese physical education teacher in Iiyama middle school. He taught Austrian ski to students that ha had brought when he got transferred to Wonsan middle school. Owing to Nakamura``s hard work, ski came in to wide use and achieved recognition through the hold of ski competition. Most of Choseon``s ski resort was located in Hamgyungnamdo such as Sinpungri ski resort in Wonsan. Because of the excellent amount of snowfall and good quality of snow, Hamgyungnamdowas the best region to build a ski resort. The other reason that most of ski resort was built in Hamgyungnamdo was to attact customer of railway because at that time, the rail road was built such as Gyungwon line and Hamgyung line.

일제강점기 황국신민체조의 보급에 관한 연구

본 연구는 일제강점기 황국신민체조를 재검토하기 위해 황국신민체조의 제정 내용 보급에 초점을 맞추어 알아본 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째 황국신민체조는 1937년 10월 8일 조선총독부의 통첩에 의해 조선인에게 일본무도의 정신을 배우게 해서 황국신민을 만들기 위한 목적으로 제정되었다. 둘째 황국신민체조의 내용은 기본자세와 오행자세 그리고 14개의 동작으로 되어 있는데 이것은 실제로 전시체제하에서 전쟁을 수행할 수 있는 검술의 기본동작으로 구성되어 있었다. 셋째 조선총독부는 황국신민체조를 전 조선에 널리 보급하기 위해 황국신민체조의 날을 정하고 전국 각지의 학교 청년단체 관청 공장 회사 광산 등을 대상으로 강습회를 개최했다 그리고 이를 위해 황국신 민체조정의라는 지도서도 발행했다 한편 황국신민체조는 일본에서 많은 관심을 보이며 각지에서 요청을 했는데 이것은 일본국내의 보급을 통해 자국민을 통제하기 위한 수단으로 이용했던 것이다. This study had a research focusing on establishment, contents and dissemination of Hwangguksinmin-Gymnastics(HSG) to reexamine it in Japanese occupation. And the conclusions are following. First, HSG is established in October 8th 1937 by the Governor-General of Korea to make Koreans learn Japanese knighthood so that they can become HSG. Second, contents of HSG is composed of basic posture, the five elements posture snd 14 movements and these were composed of basic posture of swordsmanship which can perform war under real war basis. Third, the Governor-General of Korea set HSG``s day and hold a class for school, youth organization, government office, factory, company, mine and etc, to disseminate HSG in all Choseon area. And they also published a manual called Hwanggukusinmin-Gymnastics Jeongei(황국신민체조정의). Meanwhile, Japan had interested in HSG so various parts of the country demanded it. It was used to control Korean through dissemination in Japan.

This Study examined Japanese documents, focusing on Berlin Olympic to World War Ⅱ, postwar to Barcelona Olympic and after the Barcelona Olympic to death of Shon Kee Chung, to know how Japanese documents cover Shon Kee Chung. And conclusions are following. First, in Japanese document, it says Shon Kee Chung won a marathon in Berlin Olympic, which fulfilled Japan"s wish in 24 year. Also, we could recognize its intention that they want to consider Shon Kee Chung, who won a first prize and the third each, as Japanese. Second, Japanese document described well how Shon Kee Chung won a marathon and said it fulfilled Japan"s 24 year long desire. Also it described Shon Kee Chung as a Japanese. Third, it mentioned Shon Kee Chung won a marathon, making a spurt, as a Japanese and introduced how Japanese media reported. But unlike before, it mentioned that Shon Kee Chung is a Korean and covered in detail about his life and work.

COVID-19와 어린이·청소년 신체활동 감소에 대한 글로벌 시각

이 연구는 COVID-19와 신체활동 감소 경향을 바탕으로 우리나라에서의 어린이·청소년 신체활동 가이드라인 보급과 활용, 어린이·청소년의 신체활동 수준과 글로벌 감시체계 현황, COVID-19 팬데믹 기간 중의 어린이·청소년 신체활동에 대한 현황 분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 제시한다. 첫째, 우리나라 국민건강증진 정책에서 어린이·청소년 신체활동 연관 지표가 우선적인 국가수준 관리지표로 다루어져야 한다. 둘째, 어린이·청소년 신체활동 좌식행동 글로벌 감시체계 네트워크 참여를 적극 지지하고 참여를 확대해야 한다. 셋째, 코로나와 같은 팬데믹은 향후에도 발생할 수 있는 만큼 신체활동을 통한 위험 감소에 노력하여야 하며, 특히 어린이·청소년들의 신체활동의 신체적 심리·정서적 건강 유익성에 대한 이해를 높여야 한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the global trend of decreased physical activity level in children and adolescents caused by COVID-19, and provide informational data to facilitate policies for promoting physical activity among children and adolescents in South Korea post COVID-19. Based on the findings, the study recommends the following: Firstly, assessment indicators related to physical activity among children and adolescents should be given priority as national assessment indicators in national health promotion policy. Secondly, there should be strong support for active participation and expansion of the global surveillance network for sedentary behavior in physical activity among children and adolescents. Thirdly, given that pandemics such as COVID-19 may occur in the future, it is imperative to focus on risks through physical inactivity, and in particular, increasing awareness of health benefits for children and adolescents.

구한말 학교체육에 관한 연구

This study examined the actual condition of physical education activities of missionary school and private school founded in the Late Period of Chosun. And the result of the study is as follows. Most of the missionary school and private school in the Late Period of Chosun organized the physical education as a regular subject. Also. they played several modern sports(baseball, soccer) and hold sports day as an extracurricular activity. Especially, the sports day hold by private school is very meaningful in that it was not just a school event but also a patriotic enlightenment movement under the lost of the sovereignty of a nation.

완벽주의와 역기능적 인지가 학습자의 자기결정성 및 학업성취에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대학생 279명을 대상으로 하여 완벽주의와 역기능적 인지의 관련성을 살 펴보고, 완벽주의와 역기능적 인지가 자기결정성 및 학업성취에 미치는 경로를 살펴 보고, 이에 대한 구조모형을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 자기지향적 완벽주의는 역기능적 인지의 하위변인인 역기능적 불안 및 역기능적 공격성에만 부분적으로 부적 상관을 나타내는 반면에, 사회적으로 부과된 완벽주의는 역기능적 인지의 하위변인인 역기능 적 우울, 역기능적 불안, 역기능적 공격성 모두와 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 또한 경쟁 모형이 최종모형으로 선택되었는데, 이는 사회적으로 부과된 완벽주의 성향이 클수록 역기능적 인지 수준이 커지게 되고, 역기능적 인지 수준이 커질수록 자기결정성이 낮 아진다는 것이다. 한편, 학업성취는 사회적으로 부과된 완벽주의와 부적 상관을 나타 내었다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 학습자의 자기결정성에 영향을 주는 변인들의 특성 및 과정을 살펴볼 수 있었으며, 마지막으로 이 연구에 대한 교육적 의의와 후속연구에 대 한 제언을 하였다. This study investigated 279 college students to explore the relationship between perfectionism and dysfunctional cognition and the way how perfectionism and dysfunctional cognition affect self decision making and academic achievement, and finally examined the structural model on them. The results show that self oriented perfectionism has negative correlation partly only with dysfunctional anxiety and dysfunctional aggression, which are the sub-variables of dysfunctional cognition. On the other hand, socially-prescribed perfectionism shows positive correlation with all of the dysfunctional depression, dysfunctional anxiety, dysfunctional aggression which are the sub-variables of dysfunctional cognition. In this study, the competitive model was chosen as the final model. This means that dysfunctional cognition increases as socially-prescribed perfectionism increases, and self decision making decreases as dysfunctional cognition increases. Academic achievement shows negative correlation with socially-prescribed perfectionism. With these results, this study analyzes the features of the variables which affect students self decision making. At last educational implications of this study is presented and the further studies are suggested.

한국체육대학교와 조선체육대학의 스포츠교류 제안

This Study had a research to examine a new direction of sport exchange between south and north Korea. For the research, this study on the background and suggestion of the sport exchange between Korea National Sport University(KNSU) and Korea University of Physical Education(KUPE), and the character of both school. And the results are following. The sport exchange between KNSU and KUPE is meaningful compare to the past. Because university students are the main agent of this sport exchange and they are the heros of the future who have nation on their shoulder. Also, this university based sport exchange can be a good model after the past sport exchange between south and north Korea. This sport exchange is expected to enlarge its scale, such as hold an academic seminar or group project, so that it can be a guide which suggest a new direction of exchange between south and north Korea.

구한말 공수학회의 체육활동에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to understand sport activities of Gongsuhakhoei during Last Period Choseon Dynasty. As a result, the following can be concluded. Gongsuhakhoei is established by students studying abroad at government expense for the conduct of modernization plan in September 1906. The organization of Gongsuhakhoei was operated by directors and members in charge of practical work. The activities were publication of organization newspaper and holding of speech meeting. The budget required by membership fees, proceeds from the sale of organization newspaper, and donations from interested persons. The sports activities of Gongsuhakhoei was athletic meetings. It is considered that such activities were held to promote harmony and unity among Korean students studying abroad and to inspire students with the national consciousness.
