        간호대학생의 자아상과 간호사 이미지 지각과의 관계에서 자기조절 효능감의 조절효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine how the self-image of nursing students can affect the perception of the nurse and to verify the moderating effect of self-regulatory efficacy on perception of the nurse and self image of nursing students. Methods: This study was carried out by 768 nursing students of 10 Universities from all parts of the country from June 18, 2012 to July 13, 2012. Data was analyzed by the SPSS (frequency, ANOVA, and hierarchial multiple regression analysis) program. The moderating effect of self-regulatory efficacy in the relationship between self-image and the nurses perception of nursing students was measured. Results: The result of male students shows that self-regulatory efficacy affects the perception of the nurse. In the case of female students, their self-image and self-regulatory efficacy were statistically significant. In addition, the moderating effect of self-regulatory efficacy was statistically significant. Conclusions: Colleges of nursing are in need of providing chances to students to attend a class related to understanding how to encourage a positive self image. In addition, a positive self image can effect a nurse’s identity. As the moderating effect of self-regulatory efficacy is proved to be effective, nursing students should request a way to achieve recognition with professionalism during nurse’s training.

      • 감수성 프로그램이 성인의 안녕감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 한국인의 의식과 정서, 문화에 적합하게 개발된 한국형 감수성 훈련 집단 상담 프로그램을 적용하고, 집단 상담의 성과와 감수성프로그램의 주된 목적에 해당되는 '대인관계', 의사소통 '자기평가' 의 변화로 주관적인 평가와 함께 삶에 대한 전반적인 평가에 해당하는 심리적 안녕감 정도를 함께 알아보고자하였다. 본 연구의 결과에서 감수성프로그램을 받은 성인들은 주관적, 심리적 안녕감 정도가 향상되었다. 주관적 안녕감의 세부항목에서도 긍정적 정서와 삶의 만족은 유의하게 점수가 증가하였고, 부정적 정서는 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 심리적 안녕감의 6개 세부항목에서도 자아수용, 긍정적 대인관계, 자율성, 환경 통제력, 삶의 목적, 개인적 성장 등 모든 항목에서 유의하게 증가하였다. 이상의 결과와 같이 감수성프로그램은 성인들의 주관적, 심리적 안녕에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타난 바 주관적, 심리적 안녕에 향상에 기여하는 대안으로 조직의 활성화를 위해 적용해 볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 개발된 프로그램은 각 기관이나 관리자가 감수성프로그램에 대한 올바른 시각을 가질 수 있도록 감수성 프로그램에 관한 전문 인력 양성 및 교육에 관한 연구가 필요하며, 반복연구를 통하여 성인을 위한 감수성프로그램으로 널리 활용되기를 제언한다. This research is to investigate the effect of Sensitivity Training program transformed to fit with Koreans and applied 3 days from Feb 1st 2010 for 98 subjects in C city. The research tools used are subjective and psychological well-being tool developed by Kim(2003) which is organized with 63 questions. The data collected is analyzed with frequency test for general characteristics and paired t-test for comparing before and after of program executed by SPSS. The subjective and psychological well-being index of subjects who has performed the Sensitivity Training program increased significantly. In conclusion, the Sensitivity Training program transformed to fit with Koreans is effective positively for subjective and psychological well-being of middle aged adults and it is considered as an alternative plan in normal life for contributing to increase well-beings.

      • 중소병원 구성원의 직무만족과 셀프리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중소병원 구성원의 직무만족과 셀프리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 G광역시 소재 중소병원 구성원을 대상으로 병원에 연구의 목적과 취지를 설명한 뒤, 각 부서의 팀장을 통하여 2011년 10월 1일부터 10월 10일까지 자료수집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 16.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, ANOVA, Scheffe test, 단순회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 중소병원 구성원의 직무만족과 셀프리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석결과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 정도는 직무만족과 셀프리더십에서 62.5%(p=.000)의 설명력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족이(β=.630), 셀프리더십이(β=.259)로 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 중소병원 구성원의 직무만족과 셀프리더십은 조직몰입에 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 조직몰입의 향상을 위해 구성원 리더십강화를 위한 보다 적극적이고 체계적인 전략을 수립해야 한다. 구성원의 셀프리더십을 강화하기 위해 교육기회와 정보를 제공하고 구성원이 셀프리더십을 발휘할 수 있도록 자율권이 확대되는 방향으로 병원문화를 개선하는 변화전략이 필요하다. 구성원간의 효과적인 상호관계를 바탕으로 병원문화 개선을 위해 노력할때 조직의 유효성을 증진시켜 병원경영의 효율성을 가져올 것이다. Great effort on changing in cultural aspects of hospital would, based on effective interrelationship with members, improve efficacies of organization and efficiency of management.

        중소병원 구성원의 직무만족과 셀프리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        The study was a descriptive research to investigate the effect of job satisfaction and self-leadership of members of small and middle-sized hospital on organizational commitment. Collection of data was conducted throughout members of small and middle-sized hospitals with explanation of purpose from 2011, Oct, 1st to 10th. Collected data was analyzed by T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and hierarchical regression analysis with utilizing SPSS Win 16.0. As a result of the expected effect, a degree of effect on organizational commitment has explanation 65.1%(F=183.804) on job satisfaction and self leadership. Also, it was job satisfaction that was found to be more effective, where explanation for it was β=.755 and self-leadership β=.264. With considering these facts, both factors are effective for organizational commitment. Therefore, to improve organizational commitment, it pays systemized strategies and ever more proactive efforts. To strengthen the self leadership, it needs changes in cultural aspects of hospitals to enlarge accessibility to information and opportunities for education and to expand freedom in their responsibility. Great effort on changing in cultural aspects of hospital would, based on effective interrelationship with members, improve efficacies of organization and efficiency of management.

        대학병원 간호사의 신뢰 및 조직몰입과 혁신행동과의 관계에서 공유가치의 조절효과

        This study investigated the controlling effect of shared value in the relationship between trust, commitment of an organization, innovative action. The participants were 347 nurses working for C university hospital in G city. Frequency distributions, Pearson`s correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression were conducted to analyze collected data using SPSS 21.0. The results of the correlation analysis showed a significant relationship between each of the three variables. First, the higher the trust of the nurses, the higher the commitment of an organization, and innovative action. Second, it was found that the level of recognition and action in conjunction significantly affect commitment of an organization, and innovative action. Third, it was also found that the level of recognition and action, and trust in combination were not significantly correlated to commitment of an organization and innovative action. Hence, the level of recognition and action could not control the relationship between the trust of an organization and superiors, and commitment of an organization. Fourth, the level of recognition of trust and shared value worked together to significantly and partially affect innovative action. Therefore, the study was able to verify that the group with a high level of trust in an organization and superiors, along with a recognition of the shared value and action has a higher commitment towards the organization and innovative action. It is recommended to establish an organizational culture for nurses to effectively manage human resources of a university hospital.

        국가감염병전담병원 간호사의 직무스트레스, 사회적지지, 회복탄력성이 소진에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 감염병 환자를 간호하는 국가감염병전담병원 간호사의 직무스트레스, 사회적지지, 회복탄력성과 소진 정도를 파악하고 소진에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여 국가감염병전담병원 간호사의 소진을 낮추기 위한 관리방안을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 상급종합병원 간호사 184명의 설문지를 SPSS/WIN 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 상관분석, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 국가감염병전담병원 간호사의 직무관련 특성, 사회적지지, 회복탄력성은 소진에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인이라는 점이 검증되었다. 이상의 결과를 근거로 국가감염병전담병원 간호사의 소진을 낮추기 위해서는 감염병 환자 간호업무 프로토콜 및 시뮬레이션 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용할 필요가 있다. 또한 사회적지지, 회복탄력성 향상에 중점을 두고 근무부서 등 직무 관련 특성을 고려한 차별화된 교육 및 훈련 프로그램이 도입될 필요가 있다. 이를 통해 감염병 환자 간호업무 수행과 질 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다. This study was to present basic data on the preparation of intervention measures for preventing and minimizing the occurrence of burnout in nurses who work at national infectious disease hospitals by elucidating the effects of job stress, social support, and resilience on burnout. The study conducted frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 26.0 program on questionnaires distributed 184 nurses working in tertiary hospitals. The results burnout of nurses in national infectious disease hospitals were job stress(β=.38, p<.001), resilience(β =-.27, p<.001), position(general nurse)(β=.21, p<.001), work department(general ward)(β=.18, p=.002), social support(β =-.16, p=.007), and gender(female)(β=.13, p=.030), the explanatory power was 44.0%. It is necessary to develop and implement infectious disease patient nursing protocols and simulation education programs to decrease burnout of nurses in national infectious disease hospitals.

        초등여학생 자녀를 둔 부모의 인유두종바이러스(HPV)백신 접종의도 영향요인

        Purpose: This descriptive research study aims to investigate influential factors on human papillomavirus vaccines, among parents who have elementary school daughters. Methods: This study was conducted with 210 parents whose children are elementary school girls, aged 9 to 12 years, in G Metropolitan City. Data were collected from August 17 to September 12, 2015 using structured questionnaires. A descriptive statistical analysis, a t-test, a χ²-test, a Fisher`s exact test, and a logistic regression using SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: The influential factors on the human papillomavirus vaccination intention were confirmed to be three variables: cervical cancer knowledge, perceived sensitivity, and perceived barriers. Conclusion: An intervention program, both to increase the sensitivity of vaccination and to decrease barriers, should be developed so as to improve parents’ health beliefs towards human papillomavirus vaccination.

        원예활동 프로그램이 여성장애인의 고독감과 생활만족도에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The research was done to investigate the effect of a horticultural activities program on loneliness and life satisfaction of women who have a disability. Methods: Participants were 50 disabled women from a welfare center of G district of G city. Data were collected from August 18 to October20, 2010. The program was provided for 8 weeks. The tool for life satisfaction was Choi`s scale (1986) and loneliness was measured with the UCLA Loneliness Scale developed by Russell and translated by Kim & Kim (1989). Data were analyzed using frequency, t-test, and paired t-test with SPSS/WIN 16.0.Results: As a result of the horticultural activities program, the first hypothesis was supported by significantly decreasing of loneliness in the experimental group than in the control one (t=-3.27, p=.002). The second hypothesis was verified by testing variable which was life satisfaction (t=3.39, p=.001). Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that this kind of program is effective in decreasing loneliness of women with a disability and in improving their life satisfaction. Horticultural activities programs can be unique interventions leading to a satisfactory life for disabled women.

        대학생의 인터넷중독과 성인아이 성향, 정신건강과의 관계

        본 연구는 대학생들의 인터넷중독과 성인아이 성향, 정신건강과의 관계를 파악하기 위해 시행하였다. 자료수 집은 2012년 11월 5일부터 11월 30일까지 G시에 있는 502명의 대학생들에게 실시하였고, SPSS/WIN 18.0을 이용하 여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 인터넷중독은 성인아이 성향(r=.395, p<.001)과 정신건강((r=.479, p<.001)에서 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈고, 성인아이 성향은 정신건강(r=.432, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또 한 일반적 특성, 인터넷중독과 성인아이 성향은 대학생들의 정신건강에 대해 42%의 설명력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생들의 인터넷중독을 감소시키고 정신건강을 향상시키기 위해서는 성인아이 성향을 함께 고려한 간호중 재 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다. This study was conducted to identify the relationship between internet addiction and adult children propensity, mental health in college students. Data were collected from 502 college students in G city, from November 5 to November 30, 2012 and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Internet addiction was a significantly positive correlation between adult children propensity(r=.395, p<.001) and mental health(r=.479, p<.001). Adult children propensity was a significantly positive correlation with mental health(r=.432, p<.001). Also, General characteristics, internet addiction and adult children propensity accounted for 42% of the variance in mental health among college students. The implication of the results is need to consider adult children propensity to reduce internet addiction and improve mental health in college students.
