본 연구는 AHP 기법을 이용하여 기술혁신 실행요인별 중요도 및 우선순위를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기술혁신과 관련된 선행연구들을 바탕으로 실행요인을 도출 및 정리했으며, 도출된 기술혁신 실행요인으로 AHP 계층모형을 설계하였다. 상위계층으로는 조직내부, 외부환경, 핵심역량으로 제시하였다. 각각의 하위계층으로는 조직내부는 최고경영자 리더십, 조직체계, 조직문화, 지원체계이며, 외부환경은 정부지원여부, 기술변화, 수요변화, 경쟁환경변화, 핵심역량으로는 기술지식경영, 기술경쟁전략, 기술연구개발로 제시하였다. 분석결과 상위계층 요인의 경우 핵심역량(0.404)이 가장 높았으며, 조직내부(0.359), 외부환경(0.236)의순으로 나타났다. 또한 추가적으로 기술혁신 실행요인에 대한 규모별, 업종별 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위를 분석하여 어떤 차이가 있는지 조사하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 기업이 기술혁신을 실행할 때 고려할 상대적 중요도와 우선순위에 따라 시행한다면, 시행착오를 최소화하고 경영성과를 극대화하는 데 도움을 줄 것이다. This study designed the stratification model for the implementation factors in technological innovation in order to assess the implementation factors and priorities in order by applying for the AHP. The stratification model is classified as upper clas-ses into the internal organization, theexternal environment, and the core competence. As lower classes, the internal organiza-tion is emerged as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) leadership, the organizational structure, the organizational culture, and the management supporting system. The external environmental is emerged as the holding governmental support, the tech-nical change, the demand-oriented, and the competition-oriented. The core competence is emerged as the technical knowledge management, the technical competition strategy, and the technical research development. The research is analyzed based on the companies which are the conglomerates, the small and medium companies, and the manufacturing and the non-manufacturing companies. The most of the analysis result showed that the technical research development is one of the most important factors.

블렌디드 러닝 환경에서 학습몰입 및 성과의 영향요인에 관한 연구-경영학 교과목을 중심으로-

본 연구는 블렌디드 러닝으로 진행되는 대학의 경영학 교과목에서 온･오프라인의 교수자 특성 변수와 학습자특성 변수들이 학습성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 교수자 특성을 온라인과 오프라인 영역으로 구분하여 학습성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 블렌디드 강좌 설계와 운영시 온라인과 오프라인 영역중 어떤 부분에 더 주안점을 두는 것이 효과적인가를 제안하고 자 한다. 실증적 분석을 위해 블렌디드 러닝으로 운영되는 교과목 수강생 중 377명의 표본을 수집하여 분석을 실시했으며, 분석방법으로는 PLS분석을 사용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 온라인 교수자 특성 변수는 학습몰입과 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 학습자특성과 오프라인 교수자 특성변수들 중, 활용능력과 사용편의성, 교수자 변수는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 블렌디드 러닝을 대학강좌에 도입할 경우, 학생들의 몰입과 성과를 높이기 위해서는 온라인수업 의 교수자와 콘텐츠에 보다 집중하여야 하며, 오프라인수업의 경우 학습과정에 대한 통제변수들이 학생들의 교육성과에 보다 더 영향력이 있는 요인임을 발견하였다. This study was an empirical study on the various characteristics of the blendedlearning in management education. The purpose of this study was to find what factors are influencing effective blended-learning of management education. The independent variables were characteristics of on-line instructor, off-line instructors and learners. On-line instructor characteristics were instructor and contents variables in on-line classes. The learner characteristics were prior experience, literacy skill, usability. Also off-line instructor characteristics were instructor, contents and learning process control in off-line classes. We conducted a survey for analysis, and test of hypothesis was performed using the PLS analysis. The samples were 377 college students on blended learning classes. On-line instructors variables had a significant effect on the learning flow and learning performance. Literacy skill, usability on learners variables, off-line contents variable had no significant effects on the learning flow. This result indicated that blanded learning in management education shoud focus instructor, contents in on-line classes. The Off-line classes needed focus on contents, learning process.
