정부 R&D 투자의 성장잠재력 확대효과에 관한 연구: 기업의 설비투자를 중심으로

본 연구는 기업에 대한 정부의 R&D 투자가 기업의 성장잠재력 확충에 유의미한 영향을 가지는지 성향점수매칭 방법을 이용하여 실증 분석하였다. 기업의 설비투자를 성장잠재력의 대용변수로 활용하고, 정부의 R&D 투자는 기업의 국가연구개발사업 참여 여부로 정의하였다. 그리고, 사업에 참여한 기업과 참여하지 않은 기업에서 설비투자의 차이가 유의미하게 나타나는지 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 전체기업을 기준에서, 참여기업과 미참여기업의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 반면, 기업의 특성을 대기업과 중소기업으로 구분했을 때, 대기업 간의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으나, 중소기업 간의 차이는 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기업에 대한 정부의 R&D 지원정책이 정책목표와 기업의 특성에 따라 전략적으로 구성될 필요가 있다는 점을 보여준다. Major countries are contemplating the scale and strategy of investments to enhance corporate growth potential through research and development (R&D) funding and rebuild the national economy. Nevertheless, little attention has been paid to the relationship between government R&D and corporate growth potential. This study empirically analyzed how government R&D investment affected corporate growth potential using propensity score matching (PSM). Corporate facility investment was used as a proxy for growth potential, and whether companies participated in national R&D projects was assessed. Then, whether there was a difference in facility investment between the companies that participated in national R&D projects and those that did not was examined. Our research findings suggested that there was no statistical significance in the total sample. When the sample was classified by size, there was no significant difference between the participating and non-participating groups in large companies. However, for small-and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the difference in facility investment was statistically significant between the two groups. These results imply that government R&D support policies for companies need to be strategically structured based on national policy goals and corporate characteristics. For large corporations, it is necessary to utilize various measures such as taxation and restriction rather than direct R&D investment.

On April 7th, 1896, the Independent Association published its first edition of The Independent, and started to present their own programs of political and social reforms to the public, and also let the public be aware of the modern philosophies that the Independent Association members have embraced. The vision of modernity and also a modernized society, introduced to the public by the editors of The Independent, was depicted with concepts such as independence and liberation, self determined achievements, and the act of establishing a wealthy and strong(in military terms) country. Renownεd figures such as Washington, Napoleon, and Bismark were delivered as the embodiments of such modern qualities and modernization. The interesting similarity shared by all these figures was the fact that they were all war heroes. At the time, the Joseon dynasty needed to independently thwart the military threats of invasion launched by the imperial Japan, and in order to do that the country had to achieve strength in military terms through certain modernization efforts. In essence, they needed war heroes to applaud and sing the heroics, and The Independent answered to that need and recalled such historic wat heroes out of the textbooks and depicted such characters as characters of whose the kind of strength should be needed in the Koreans’ efforts to lead the country themselves and win the war as well in a drastic period of time. The Independent was essentially delivering the cases of foreign heroes and also the modern qualities that they were supposedly projecting, as examples which the Koreans would have to consult and aim for in their efforts to achieve such a modernized status. And such notion was very much based upon a dichotomy that was essentially suggesting and rationalizing the conflict between civilization and barbarians over the issue of modernization. The modern societies of the Western worlds were depicted with absolute positivity, and were established as the ultimate goal of the Korean(Joseon) people. So, in order to see to it, The Independent editorials argued that the Koreans must consult the success of the Japanese as effective models, must learn a few things from the failed attempts of the Chinese Qing dynasty, and must continue their own efforts toward modern reforms. We can see what kind of independent liberation and modernization was being pursued by the Koreans, by reviewing the characters of foreign historical figures described by tThe Independent columns at the time. The position of The Independent, which suggested the characters and efforts of certain foreign renowned figures in the past as prime examples of how one should behave in his or her attempts to garner similar achievements, was certainly showing dual and possibly self-conflicting natures: the consciousness of thwarting the imperialistic invasions to achieve independence and liberation, and also the consciousness of achieving modernization by consulting the cases of Western worlds which had already turned into imperialistic states.

코어운동 참여가 지적장애 학생의 자세 및 건강 체력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 코어운동이 지적장애 학생의 자세교정 및 체력 향상에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 지역 중학교 및 고등학교에서 사전 선정된 14명의 학생들은 무작위 표집방법에 의해 실험집단(n=9), 통제집단(n=5)으로 각각 분류되었다. 통제집단 사전·사후 실험설계에 의해 실험집단의 학생들은 주 5회, 매 50분의 코어운동 프로그램에 총 12주 동안 참여하였다. 자세평가를 위해 흉추와 요추의 콥스각을 계측한 반면, 건강 체력은 PAPS-D의 검사 항목 중 지적장애 학생에게 적합한 왕복달리기(심폐지구력), 앉아윗몸앞으로굽히기(유연성), 악력(근력), 체지방률/BMI/근골격계량(신체조성), 제자리멀리뛰기 등에 의해 평가되었다. 대응표본 t-검정 결과에 의하면, 실험집단의 지적장애 학생들 대부분은 흉추와 요추 모든 부위에서 콥스각이 감소하는 긍정 적인 효과가 있었지만, 통계적 유의성은 흉추 콥스각에서만 나타났다. 또한, 실험집단의 건강 체력의 경우, 왕 복달리기, 제자리멀리뛰기, 근골격계량 등에서만 통계적 유의성이 나타났지만, 나머지 검사항목들의 평균값에 서도 긍정적인 변화가 일어났다. 결론적으로, 지적장애 학생은 코어운동을 통해 자세교정과 체력 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of core exercise on posture and health-related physical fitness in students with intellectual disabilities. Total of 14 middle and high school students were selected and randomly divided into either experimental group (EG, n=9) or control group (CG, n=5). A control group pre- and post-test experimental design was implemented with a core exercise as intervention. The variables of posture were Cobb angles on thoracic and lumbar; whereas, those of health-related physical fitness included PAPS-D. Results of paired t-tests revealed that both thoracic and lumbar Cobb angles in EG were decreased even though statistical differences existed only in thoracic. Results also indicated that the asns of PACER, standing jumping, and amount of musculoskeletal were statistically significant changes after the program. Despite no statistical significance, positive changes were found in the rest of test items. Meanwhile, no meaningful changes were found in control group. Based on these results, it can be concluded that students with intellectual disabilities may benefit in posture and health-related physical fitness by participating in core exercise.

홍화인 추출물이 골 형성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험실적 연구

The ultimate goal of periodontal therapy is the regeneration of periodontal tissue and the repair of function. For more than a decade there have been many efforts to develop materials and methods of treatment to promote periodontal tissue regeneration. Recently many efforts are concentrated on the regeneration potential of material used in traditional medicine. Safflower(Carthamus tinctorius L.) seed extract(SSE) have long clinically used in Korea to promote bone formation and prevent osteoporosis. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of SSE on bone formation in human osteoblastic cell line. Human fetal osteoblastic cell line(hFOB 1.19) was cultured with DMEM and SSE($1{\mu}g/ml$, $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, $1mg/ml$) at $34^{\cdot}C$ with 5% $CO_2$ in 100% humidity. The proliferation, differentiation of the cell was evaluated by several experiments. Cell proliferation was significantly increased at $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, 1mg/ml of SSE after 3 and 7 days incubation(p<0.05). Cell spreading assay was significantly increased at $100{\mu}g/ml$ of SSE after 3 days and $1{\mu}g/ml$, $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, 1mg/ml of SSE after 7 days(p<0.05). Alkaline Phosphatase(ALP) level was significantly increased in $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, 1mg/ml of SSE(p<0.05). Collagen synthesis was significantly increased at $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, 1mg/ml of SSE(p<0.05). A quantified calcium accumulation was significantly increased at $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$ of SSE(p<0.05). ALP and osteocalcin mRNA was expressed in $100{\mu}g/ml$ of SSE by RT-PCR. These results indicate that SSE are capable of increasing osteoblasts mineralization and may play an important role in bone formation.

본 논문은 일반적인 이동 로봇의 위치인식 방법 중 인체에 무해하며 국지적이지 않은 넓은 범위의 정보를 제공하는 비전을 이용하여 로봇이 실내를 이동하는 가운데 자기위치인식을 위한 기본적인 움직임을 결정하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 이동 중에 실시간으로 촬영되는 영상 데이터의 분석된 결과를 근거로, 가장 최근의 로봇의 움직임을 결정하여, 그 로봇의 현재 정확한 위치를 계산하는 기술이다. 이는 이동 로봇의 위치인식에 필수적인 기술이다.

본 논문은 실외환경에서 발견되는 텍스처 영역 분석에 관한 연구 내용이다. 최근 고성능의 디지털 카메라의 해상도 기능은 촬영된 이미지 상에 나타나는 상세한 오브젝트 정보를 제공하며, 이러한 상세한 정보의 효과적인 활용 기술은 매우 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 한 특정 오브젝트의 상세 정보인 다중 해상도 이미지들의 텍스처 기반 차별정보들을 추출할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하며, 실생활에서 흔히 발견되는 오브젝트 텍스처 정보들을 포함하는 데이터를 통한 실험의 결과를 통해 그 방법론을 검증하였다.
