우슈도장 수련생의 서비스공정성 지각이 고객참여행동과 고객시민행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of service fairness on customer participation behaviors and customer citizenship behaviors in Wu-shu participants. Toward this end, a total of 270 wu-shu participants in Gyeonggi-do area was selected using a convenient sampling method. 250 usable questionnaires were returned to the researchers. Data analyses were conducted for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, descriptive analysis, and multiple regression analyses with PASW 18.0. The results of this study indicated that (1) distributive and procedural fairness dimensions had significant effects on customer participant behaviors, (2) all the three sub-dimensions(distributive, procedural, and interactional) of service fairness had a significant impact on customer citizenship behavior, and (3) both communication and sympathy dimensions of customer citizenship behavior positively affected customer citizenship behavior. Additional implications and directions for future research were discussed.

증례 : 호산구성 복수와 방광염을 동반한 호산구성 장염 1예

호산구성 위장관염은 소화기 증상이 있으며, 기생충 감염 없이 소화관벽에 호산구의 침윤을 특징으로 하는 질환으로 장관벽내 호산구가 침윤하는 층에 따라서는 점막형, 근층형, 장막형 등의 세 가지 아형으로 구분할 수 있다. 알레르기성 원인이 제시되었지만 아직까지 원인과 병리기전은 정확히 밝혀지지 않았다. 임상 증상은 침범한 소화관의 부위와 소화관벽 층에 따라 다양한데 주요한 증상은 복통, 설사, 오심, 구토, 그리고 복수이다. 장막층의 침범은 환자의 약 10%에서 관찰되는데 대개는 점막층도 같이 침범하며 호산구성 복수를 동반한다. 호산구성 복수를 동반한 예는 그 보고가 적으며, 또한 소화관 이외 장기를 침범한 몇몇 증례도 보고되었지만 이 역시 매우 드문 실정이다. 저자들은 물 설사와 복통을 주소로 내원한 40세 남자에서 방광벽의 미만성 비후와 복수를 동반한 호산구성 장염 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Eosinophilic gastroenteritis (EG) is an uncommon disorder characterized by presence of gastrointestinal symptoms, eosinophilic infiltration of one or more divisions of the gastrointestinal tract without involvement of other organs, and absence of infestation by parasites. The etiology and the pathogenesis of EG are poorly understood. The clinical presentation depends on the gastrointestinal division affected and the wall layers infiltrated. The usual symptoms are abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, and recurrent ascites. Involvement of the serosa, observed in 10% of cases, typically results in the formation of eosinophilic ascites. It has been suggested that EG can be accompanied by extraintestinal involvement, although, it is very unusual. We experienced a case of eosinophilic enterocolitis involving small bowel and colon with eosinophilic ascites and cystitis in a 40-year-old male with abdominal pain and watery diarrhea. 교흔으로 인해 발생한 Eikenella corrodens 간농양 1예

E. corrodens는 면역저하 환자에서 주로 문제를 일으키며, 감염시 두경부, 폐, 복부 등에 위험을 초래할 수 있어 치료의 적절성에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있다. Eikenella corrodens는 균 동정을 위해 CO₂의 공급을 필요로 하며 서서히 자라는 특성상 까다로운 배양조건을 필요로 하는 균주이다. 혐기성 균주이지만 metronidazole이나 clindamycin과 같은 항균제에는 반응을 안하는 특이한 항생제 감수성에 의해 보편적인 구강내 상재균에 대한 경험적 치료에 실패할 수 있다. 치료에 있어 잘못된 초기 항생제 선택이나 외과적 시술이 적절히 시행되지 않은 경우에 치료실패의 요인이 될 수 있으므로 적절한 항생제 사용과 함께 외과적 처치가 동반되어야 한다. 저자들은 정상 면역력을 가진 성인에서 사람에게 물리고 난 후 발생한 E. corrodens에 의한 간농양의 적절한 치료의 결과를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Eikenella corrodens is a slow growing, facultatively anaerobic gram-negative rod that is part of the normal flora of the oral cavity and upper respiratory tracts. In most patients with E. corrodens infections, host defenses are compromised due to surgery, or chronic debilitating illness such as malignancies, or immunosuppressive therapy. This organism causes abscesses and infections that are at times fatal. We experienced a case of E. corrodens isolated from liver abscess in an immunocompetent patient. A 50-year-old man who is a dentist, was hospitalized because of fever and myalgia of 10 days' duration. Abdominal ultrasonography showed non-septated, 3.8×4.6 ㎝ sized abscess in the segment 6/7 of the liver. E. corrodens was isolated from aspiration of liver abscess. This organism was presumably acquired from his patient's oral cavity during dental procedure. We hope that increased awareness to E. corrodens will raise the index of suspicion, and contribute to optimal management of these infections, minimizing the significant morbidity associated with this organism.
