이기종 보안 제품들을 통합관리하기 위한 통합보안관리시스템은 보안관리를 위한 불필요한 보안정책의 중복을 피하고 보안 제품들을 효율적으로 상호운용하기 위해 제안된 보안관리 구조이다. 본 논문에서는 보안 제품들에 대한 다양한 보안정책 관리 구조들을 통합된 형태로 보안적으로 무결한 보안정책을 설정할 수 있는 보안정책 일반화 관리 구조를 제안한다. 보안정책 일반화의 목적은 네트워크 상에서 존재하는 모든 보안 시스템들에 대한 보안관리의 효율성, 편의성 보장과 보안성 향상에 있으며, 이질적인 보안 정책제어 구조를 수용할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 보안정책 일반화 과정은 관리자의 보안목표와 보안요구사항 설정, 각 보안제품과 보안 에이전트들에 의해 수집된 정보들에 대한 분석을 통하여 보안상태를 확인하며, 위험요소에 대한 보안정책 적용 방법들을 보안목표와 보안요구사항, 보안정책목록 정보를 기준으로 적절성을 판별하는 일련의 과정으로 정의할 수 있다. 보안정책 설정과정의 일반화는 이기종 보안정책에 대한 통합관리가 가능하게 하며, 보안 정책간의 충돌 및 중복 설정과 같은 일관성 문제를 해결함으로써 보안정책의 무결성을 보장하고, 네트워크 상에서 존재하는 보안제품의 제어에 편의성을 제공한다. Enterprise security management system proposed to properly manage heterogeneous security products is the security management infrastructure designed to avoid needless duplications of management tasks and inter-operate those security products effectively. In this paper, we propose the model of generalized security policies. It is designed to help security management build invulnerable security policies that can unify various existing management infrastructures of security policies. Its goal is not only to improve security strength and increase the management efficiency and convenience but also to make it possible to include different security management infrastructures while building security policies. In the generalization process of security policies. we first diagnose the security status of monitored networks by analyzing security goals, requirements, and security-related information that security agents collect. Next, we decide the security mechanisms and objects for security policies, and then evaluate the properness of them on the basis of security goals, requirements and a policy list. With the generalization process, it is possible to integrate heterogeneous security policies and guarantee the integrity of them by avoiding conflicts or duplications among security policies. And further, it provides convenience to manage many security products existing in large networks.
당뇨발과 동반된 중증 허혈성 하지에서의 다각적 접근 방법의 치료

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate treatment results of multidisciplinary approach of critical ischemic limb with diabetic foot. Materials and Methods: From March 2005 to March 2012, 674 diabetic foot patients were analyzed. Among them, 85 patients were neuroarthropathic type, 383 patients were infectious type, and 206 patients were ischemic type. The subjects were 206 patients who had critical ischemic limbs and major or minor amputations were done. Various single or combined treatment method before amputation was performed. We investigated their ABI, HbA1c, main occlusion lesion, limb salvage and hospitalization period by various treatment method. Results: Major amputation was 27 cases, minor amputation was 179 cases. Mean HbA1c was 8.2%, and mean ABI was 0.66. Main occlusion lesion was 6 cases at common iliac artery, 13 cases at external iliac artery, 9 cases at internal iliac artery, 11 cases at common femoral artery, 23 cases at deep femoral artery, 52 cases at superficial femoral artery, 35 cases at popliteal artery, 40 cases at posterior tibia artery, 35 cases at anterior tibial artery, 28 cases at peroneal artery, and 13 cases at dorsalis pedis artery. Major amputations were decreased, minor amputations were increased, and hospitalization period was reduced by treatment of multidisciplinary approach. Conclusion: Treatment of multidisciplinary approach, which include preoperation percutaneus transluminal angioplasty, vascular surgery, and amputation, of critical ischemic limb with diabetic foot had advantages of limb salvage and hospitalization period reduction.

Politeness plays an important role in representing and setting social distance and intimacy among characters in novels. To reinforce or modify their relationships, characters in a novel use various politeness strategies through expressions representing varying levels of respect and appropriate social etiquette. The degree of politeness needs to be maintained in a translation since it represents the social relationship status among characters, which is a critical part in setting the stage for interpersonal interactions in literary works. The primary objective of this paper is to show whether the level of politeness and intimacy among characters is maintained in proper ways by analyzing politeness expressions in ST and TT with social, cultural, and linguistic considerations. In order to comprehend politeness equivalence, it is necessary to understand the social distance among characters and the context in which the conversations occur. This study is an empirical one based on the politeness theory and a qualitative one analyzing several texts along with their counterparts. By contrasting ST and TT, this research analyzes the degree of politeness present in the literature and suggests an appropriate level that corresponds to each instance. Additionally, this study contributes to the understanding of the aspects of politeness utilized in Korean and English and presents their equivalence in translation.
학습경로 생성을 위한 잠재된 학습 콘셉트의 선후관계 분석

비대면 학습을 활용하는 빈도가 높아지면서, 효율적인 학습을 위해 적응형 학습에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 학생들이 주어진 학습을 쉽게 하려면, 학생들의 학습 성과를 고려한 학습경로의 설정이 필요하다. 그러나, 현존하는 대부분의 학습경로는 학습 로그에 기반해서 만들어지기보다는 경험 많은 교사들이 사용해온 커리큘럼에 의존하여 만들어진다. 그러나, 현재의 학생들이 이러한 커리큘럼 체계를 통하여 효율적으로 학습할 수 있는가에 대한 답은 확실하지 않다. 본 연구는 기존에 발표된 데이터를 이용하여 학습경로를 생성했던 연구에 더해 구조방정식 모형을 이용하고 hidden Markov model(HMM)과 귀납 논증을 활용하여 한 단계 높은 수준의 잠재 요인간의 학습경로를 생성하는 데에 중심을 두고 있다. 2020년 D사의 수학 학습데이터를 이용하여, 세분된 학습 개념들의 학습경로가 아닌 세분된 개념들이 그룹화되어 생성된 상위 개념들의 학습경로를 생성하였고, 그룹화에 사용된 세분된 개념들의 신뢰성 및 타당성을 확인하였다. 세분된 개념들은 상위 개념에 대하여 신뢰성 있는 관측값을 보여주었으며 개념이 전달하려는 내용을 세분된 개념들이 타당성 있게 전달하는 것으로 확인되었다. As people use non-face-to-face learning frequently, interest in adaptive learning for efficient learning is increasing. In order for students to easily learn, it is necessary to set up a learning path that considers students' learning outcomes. However, as everyone recognizes, learning pathways are not created based on learning logs, but rather rely on the curriculum that experienced teachers have used. However, the answer to the question “Can today's students learn efficiently with the existing curriculum system?” is perhaps not certain. In addition to studies whose subjects were creating a learning path, this study uses a structural equation model, Hidden Markov Model (HMM) and inductive reasoning to create a hierarchical learning path between latent factors at a higher level. Using the mathematics learning data of company D in Korea, a learning path of concepts rather than a learning path of subdivided concepts was created. It was confirmed that the subdivided concepts showed reliable observation values for the upper concepts and that the subdivided concepts conveyed the contents whose concepts were conveyed with validity.
두 가지 유형의 트레드밀 걷기운동이 만성 편마비인의 보행능력에 미치는 영향

In the present study, the effects of a combination of modified speed-dependent treadmill walking exercise (MSTWE) and body weight support treadmill training (BWS) on the gait of ambulatory chronic hemiparetic stroke patients were investigated. Ambulatory chronic hemiparetic stroke patients in Seoul were examined over a period of 12 weeks (n=28) in a randomized, repeated-measure pilot study. Participants were divided into two group: the MSTWE group, and the MSTWE+BWS group. 13 subjects were enrolled in the MSTWE group and 15 subjects in the MSTWE+BWS group. Treatment outcome assessments were made based on the 10 m gait test. After 12 weeks of MSTWE or MSTWE+BWS 3 times/week, most of the subjects who participated in MSTWE and MSTWE+BWS showed significant restoration in gait speed and stride. Based on the results of the present study, it can be suggested that both of MSTWE and MSTWE+BWS can be used in functional rehabilitation and MSTWE+BWS can be more effective in restoration of stride in chronic hemiparetic stroke patients.
