        주요간선 도로에 설치된 가로등의 현장실태조사를 통한 정성적 분석

        도로에 설치된 가로등설비는 감전위험성에 노출된 취약한 구조로 급격한 호우로 인한 침수발생으로 매년 감전사고자가 다수 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 가로등설비에서의 감전사고를 방지하기 위해, 실제 주요간선 도로 현장에서의 조사가 수행되었다. 가로등 분전함의 회로구성, 배선방법, 접지도체, 등주 등에 대해 실태조사가 실시되었고 관련 규정의 분석 및 문제점이 제시되었다. 또한 국내${\cdot}$외 가로등설비의 실태조사를 통해 비교 및 분석되었고, 이를 토대로 관련 규격이 개정되었다. 현장실태조사 및 관련규정의 분석을 통해, 주요간선 도로에 설치된 가로등설비에서의 감전사고에 대한 효과적인 예방대책을 확립하는데 실질적 자료를 제시하고자 한다. 향후 분석 자료는 가로등설비 뿐만 아니라 도로상의 다른 전기설비의 안정화 및 전기재해를 감소시키는데 활용될 수 있다. When a heavy rain occurs, many electrical shock victims are produced every year because lamp poles are under water. In order to prevent electrical shock accidents at a street lamp, the investigation was carried out at real field conditions. The investigation was performed about the circuit configuration of a panel board, a wiring method, a grounding conductor, a lamp pole and so on. The related regulation was analyzed and the problems were presented. Also, the domestic and foreign things were compared and analyzed by the investigation of the field conditions, and the related standard was already revised. Through investigating the field conditions and analyzing the related regulation, it is intended to present the real data to establish more effective preventive measures against electrical shock accidents at a street lamp to be installed on the road. In the future, the analytical data can be applied to stabilize other electrical facilities on the road as well as a street lamp, and to reduce the electrical disasters.

        옥내용 비닐코드 및 고무코드의 화재확산특성 분석

        The electrical fire frequently happens through careless use such as poor contact, mechanical stress on power cord sets. In this paper, we simulated a wall-model in order to investigate the patterns of fire dispersion on power cord sets which consists of vinyl cord and rubber cord, etc. The fire progress and dispersive patterns were measured by a high speed imaging system(HG-100K, REDLAKE, USA). From the results, the fire pattern of power cord sets was progressed in order of flashover, scattering and disconnection. The short-circuit of the vinyl cords happened easier than the rubber cords by the external flame. In case vinyl cord is disconnected. the fire progress is not observed because the ignition energy decreases. Whereas, the fire progressed continuously in case of the rubber cord. 일체형 코드에서는 접촉 불량, 기계적 충격 등의 부주의한 사용에 의해 전기화재가 자주발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비닐코드 및 고무코드 등의 일체형 코드의 화재확산 패턴을 조사하기 위해 벽면모델을 모의하였다. 화재진행과 확산패턴은 고속카메라를 이용하여 측정하였다. 실험결과로부터, 일체형 코드의 화재패턴은 섬광, 비산 그리고 완전이탈 순으로 진행하였다. 외부화염에 의해 비닐코드가 고무코드보다 단락이 쉽게 발생하였다. 일체형 코드가 완전 이탈이 된 경우, 비닐코드는 착화에너지가 감소함에 따라 더 이상의 화재 진전은 이루어지지 않았지만, 고무코드는 연속적으로 화재가 진행하는 것을 알 수 있었다.

        This study evaluated the contact resistance, temperature properties, fire pattern and overcurrent, etc., of the wire tap used inside an integrated LITE WAY lighting fixture developed for efficient installation. Support of wire tap was confirmed that incombustibility does not exist. Temperature that is measured in temperature-rise test of wire tap that is maximum 11.6 K, and is less most by 9.1 K confirm. Therefore, the temperature characteristics was suitable in criterion. We can judge that did not pass whether electric current passed according as analyze section of chared electric wire.

        직렬 아크에 따른 도체의 산화물 증식 및 전압 파형 분석

        In order to analyze the characteristics of series arcs that could happen in poor connections of electrical facilities, we made an apparatus which is similar to actual situation. series arcs are generated between copper and copper, copper and bronze, copper and brass, bronze and bronze, and then oxidation growth and voltage waveform were measured. A very small vibration with constant movement is needed to grow oxidation initially, whereas oxidation growth proceeded without a vibration after a certain amount of time. At first, blue white flame was generated initially between copper and copper, and then yellow flame was generated. In case of contact between copper and copper, the length of oxidation growth was about 7.1[㎜] in 90[min). In case of contact between copper and brass, the length of oxidation growth was about 4.3[㎜] in 90[min], When bronze is contacted with copper, the lengths of oxidation growth were about 1.4[㎜] in 20[min] and 2.7[㎜] in 40[min] respectively, and no more oxidation growth was shown after that. In case of contact between brass and brass, the length of oxidation growth was about 1.2[㎜] in 90[min], so it was the smallest compared to other cases. When copper is contacted with copper, the current through the load was about 1.6[A] and the power dissipation increased from 19[W] to 31[W]. In case of oxidation growth between copper and brass, the voltage changed from 8.4[V] to 11[V]. However, the voltage drop and the power dissipation between copper and brass were small compared to oxidation growth between copper and copper. When series arcs were generated between bronze and copper, a peak was shown at the beginning of voltage increase, and 40[min] later, oxidation material was not grown any longer. When oxidation growth occurred, voltage waveform showed irregular waveforms with tiny ripples.

        저압용 방수 콘센트의 개발 및 평가에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we investigates accident actual conditions of electric outlet for low voltage that is used into interior and clear hazardous factor. Electric outlet for general can know that melting of socket-outlet and carbonization of support occur if a contaminant becomes burnout because is flowed in. Existent outlet consists of structure that special quality is good but inflow of a contaminant is easy when is dry. But, waterproof outlet passes silicon layer and have connected structure plug. As developed outlet covers whole surface and back side, interval was shut. Safety pin of developed outlet was established to operate to vertical direction. Therefore, we estimate that contribute on prevention of electrical disaster if use developed outlet to a restaurant, a laundry, a laboratory etc.

      • 소형 LED 투광등의 제작 및 전기적 특성 해석

        본 연구에서는 옥외에서 사용되는 소형 LED 투광등(red)의 제작 및 전기적 특성을 분석하는데 있다. 투광 조명용 LED 램프(red)는 12V의 전원을 공급되도록 되어 있다. LED의 배열은 LED(red) 2개를 먼저 직렬로 연결하고 다시 2개를 병렬 연결한 것에 1개의 안전 저항(safe resistance)을 직렬로 연결하여 1개의 유닛으로 구성하였다. 즉 LED 램프 유닛 4개를 기본으로 14개를 병렬 연결하여 제작되었다. 따라서 투광 조명용 LED 램프는 56개 LED 소자가 사용되며, 안전 저항은 13개가 회로의 전단에 설치되어 있다. SMPS를 이용하여 직류 전압 12V를 LED 램프에 공급하였을 때 광원이 고르게 분포되어 광색의 연색성이 우수하고, 직진성이 좋아 일정 거리가 떨어진 곳에서도 물체의 식별이 우수한 것으로 판단된다.

      • 전기설비의 저항성 누설전류 검출 및 특성 해석에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we study form of flowing leakage current in electrical installation. Leakage current is expressed by a resistivity leakage current(I<SUB>gr</SUB>), a capacitive leakage current(I<SUB>gc</SUB>), an inductivity leakage current(I<SUB>gl</SUB>). General Zero Phase Current Transformer (ZCT) detect a leakage current(I<SUB>g</SUB>) that are conjoined resistivity leakage current and capacitive leakage current. In case I<SUB>gr</SUB> is big than I<SUB>gc</SUB>, there is no singular problem in leakage current detection of system. But, in case I<SUB>gc</SUB> is big than I<SUB>gr</SUB>, earth leakage breaker can not prevent accident effectively. Can lower electric leakage perception current to 5 ㎃ if apply resistivity leakage current detecting circuit. We can achieve prevention of electricity disaster spontaneously.

        유효성분 동작형 누전차단기(Igc Free ELB)의 원리 및 동작 특성 해석

        This study compares the criteria of earth leakage breakers (ELB) and analyzes the characteristics of an Igc-free ELB operated by an active component which is not misoperated by capacitive current. Even for the same ELB, the earth leakage current flowing through the human body is estimated to be differ greatly depending on the power source, voltage, location and status of contact, contact time duration, etc. Earth leakage breakers are classified based on the rated voltage, rated sensing current, rated operating time etc. Mounting and demounting of the existing equipment can be performed easily since an Igc-free ELB is manufactured with the same structure as a conventional ELB. The rated operating current of a conventional and an Igc-free ELB is 30㎃, the sensing current is 25㎃ and the rated non-operating current is 15㎃. In the analysis of non-operating current characteristics, the rated non-operating current of 15㎃ was satisfied up to a 20㎃ charging current in the conventional ELB, but does not satisfy the rated non-operating current as it operates when the resistive leakage current is lower than 15㎃ for a charging current exceeding 20㎃. Also, the ELB is misoperated without a resistive leakage current when the charging current exceeded 25㎃. However, the newly developed Igc-free ELB satisfied the rated non-operating current even when the charging current was 60㎃. Also, in comparison to the interrupting characteristics, it was confirmed that the charging current satisfying the rated non-operating current of the Igc-free ELB was three times higher than that of the conventional ELB.

Also, flickering circuit presented separation, arrangement, mounting instruction. Incandescent lamp occurs much heat. Therefore, establishment of enough electric light interval is required. Voltage of discharge lamp does by below 300V, and provide so that a person is not can may touched.
