        주요간선 도로에 설치된 가로등의 현장실태조사를 통한 정성적 분석

        도로에 설치된 가로등설비는 감전위험성에 노출된 취약한 구조로 급격한 호우로 인한 침수발생으로 매년 감전사고자가 다수 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 가로등설비에서의 감전사고를 방지하기 위해, 실제 주요간선 도로 현장에서의 조사가 수행되었다. 가로등 분전함의 회로구성, 배선방법, 접지도체, 등주 등에 대해 실태조사가 실시되었고 관련 규정의 분석 및 문제점이 제시되었다. 또한 국내${\cdot}$외 가로등설비의 실태조사를 통해 비교 및 분석되었고, 이를 토대로 관련 규격이 개정되었다. 현장실태조사 및 관련규정의 분석을 통해, 주요간선 도로에 설치된 가로등설비에서의 감전사고에 대한 효과적인 예방대책을 확립하는데 실질적 자료를 제시하고자 한다. 향후 분석 자료는 가로등설비 뿐만 아니라 도로상의 다른 전기설비의 안정화 및 전기재해를 감소시키는데 활용될 수 있다. When a heavy rain occurs, many electrical shock victims are produced every year because lamp poles are under water. In order to prevent electrical shock accidents at a street lamp, the investigation was carried out at real field conditions. The investigation was performed about the circuit configuration of a panel board, a wiring method, a grounding conductor, a lamp pole and so on. The related regulation was analyzed and the problems were presented. Also, the domestic and foreign things were compared and analyzed by the investigation of the field conditions, and the related standard was already revised. Through investigating the field conditions and analyzing the related regulation, it is intended to present the real data to establish more effective preventive measures against electrical shock accidents at a street lamp to be installed on the road. In the future, the analytical data can be applied to stabilize other electrical facilities on the road as well as a street lamp, and to reduce the electrical disasters.

        옥내용 비닐코드 및 고무코드의 화재확산특성 분석

        The electrical fire frequently happens through careless use such as poor contact, mechanical stress on power cord sets. In this paper, we simulated a wall-model in order to investigate the patterns of fire dispersion on power cord sets which consists of vinyl cord and rubber cord, etc. The fire progress and dispersive patterns were measured by a high speed imaging system(HG-100K, REDLAKE, USA). From the results, the fire pattern of power cord sets was progressed in order of flashover, scattering and disconnection. The short-circuit of the vinyl cords happened easier than the rubber cords by the external flame. In case vinyl cord is disconnected. the fire progress is not observed because the ignition energy decreases. Whereas, the fire progressed continuously in case of the rubber cord. 일체형 코드에서는 접촉 불량, 기계적 충격 등의 부주의한 사용에 의해 전기화재가 자주발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비닐코드 및 고무코드 등의 일체형 코드의 화재확산 패턴을 조사하기 위해 벽면모델을 모의하였다. 화재진행과 확산패턴은 고속카메라를 이용하여 측정하였다. 실험결과로부터, 일체형 코드의 화재패턴은 섬광, 비산 그리고 완전이탈 순으로 진행하였다. 외부화염에 의해 비닐코드가 고무코드보다 단락이 쉽게 발생하였다. 일체형 코드가 완전 이탈이 된 경우, 비닐코드는 착화에너지가 감소함에 따라 더 이상의 화재 진전은 이루어지지 않았지만, 고무코드는 연속적으로 화재가 진행하는 것을 알 수 있었다.

      • 인위적으로 착화시킨 정수기의 연소 확산 패턴에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 정수기 화재의 원인 판정을 위한 지식기반을 구축하기 위해서 인위적 착화가 발생했을 때의 연소 확산 패턴을 해석하였다. 실험이 재현되는 동안 외부에서 인위적인 에너지의 공급은 없었으며, 정수기는 정상 작동 상태를 유지시켰다. 인위적 화염으로 착화되어 50[sec] 경과하였을 때까지 불꽃은 외부에서 관측되지 않았다. 그러나 120[sec] 정도 경과되었을 때 일순간 화염은 확산되기 시작하였으며, 부분적인 소락이 발생되는 것이 관측된다. 화염이 180[sec] 동안 진행되었을 때 강제로 진압된 후 연소패턴 분석에서 최초의 착화점을 기준으로 정확한 브이패턴(V-pattern)이 형성되었으며, 외부에서 화염이 공격되었을 때와 확연한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 정수기 후면에 설치된 방열판의 열화 특성 분석에서 화열의 공격방향 판정이 가능한 것을 알 수 있었다.

        정수기용 압축기의 안전성 평가 및 소손 패턴 분석에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the safety assessment of a water purifier when water leaks due to inappropriate maintenance and the examination of the cause of accidents related to the leak. Due to its inspection and management by non-specialists, if a leak occurs in a water purifier with the water level controller being inclined, it may result in the failure of the compressor, power supply line, PCB, etc. The analysis of the thermal diffusion pattern of water purifier compressors using a thermal image camera shows that its maximum temperature was approximately 80oC. In addition, its operating current was a maximum of 13 A and the system`s operating current was approximately 1.7 A after the compressor was charged. It was found that the housing type power cable cover of the compressor had the effect of preventing electric shock but has poor flame resistance. Furthermore, the performance of the overload protector, PTC relays, etc., was excellent but they have potential for problems as metallic terminals were exposed, resulting in the potential of a safety related accident. The terminals and their surface damaged by the tracking showed a trace of carbonization and the resistance between terminals was measured to be approximately 8 Ω. In addition, while the tracking was proceeding, the fuse and circuit breaker installed for system protection did not operate.

        유효성분 동작형 누전차단기(Igc Free ELB)의 원리 및 동작 특성 해석

        This study compares the criteria of earth leakage breakers (ELB) and analyzes the characteristics of an Igc-free ELB operated by an active component which is not misoperated by capacitive current. Even for the same ELB, the earth leakage current flowing through the human body is estimated to be differ greatly depending on the power source, voltage, location and status of contact, contact time duration, etc. Earth leakage breakers are classified based on the rated voltage, rated sensing current, rated operating time etc. Mounting and demounting of the existing equipment can be performed easily since an Igc-free ELB is manufactured with the same structure as a conventional ELB. The rated operating current of a conventional and an Igc-free ELB is 30㎃, the sensing current is 25㎃ and the rated non-operating current is 15㎃. In the analysis of non-operating current characteristics, the rated non-operating current of 15㎃ was satisfied up to a 20㎃ charging current in the conventional ELB, but does not satisfy the rated non-operating current as it operates when the resistive leakage current is lower than 15㎃ for a charging current exceeding 20㎃. Also, the ELB is misoperated without a resistive leakage current when the charging current exceeded 25㎃. However, the newly developed Igc-free ELB satisfied the rated non-operating current even when the charging current was 60㎃. Also, in comparison to the interrupting characteristics, it was confirmed that the charging current satisfying the rated non-operating current of the Igc-free ELB was three times higher than that of the conventional ELB.

        누수가 발생한 정수기의 위험요소 발굴 및 소손패턴 해석에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to find dangerous factors of a water purifier when water leaks due to inappropriate use and analyze the patterns of damaged parts in order to provide data for the examination of the cause of the problem. If the water purifier is inspected and managed by a non-specialist, when the FLC(Float Level Controller) at the top is inclined, water leakage may occur to the water purifier. The leaked water flows onto the cables and hoses and enters the thermostat terminal, heater, PCB, power supply connection connector, etc., becoming a dangerous factor that may cause a system failure, fire, etc. Due to the water that entered the input terminal, low noise and white smoke were generated at first. However, the flame gradually propagated due to the continuous inflow of moisture. It was found that when moisture reached the PCB, a carbonized conductive path was formed at the varistor terminal, input terminal, semiconductor device terminal, etc., and the flame became larger, which might result in a fire. From the metal microscope analysis of a damaged condenser terminal, it was found that the amorphous structure unique to copper cable disappeared, and voids, boundary surface and disorderly fine particles occurred. Also, in the case of the connector into which moisture penetrated, fusion and deformation occurred at the cable connection clips. The result of analysis of the power supply cable connector using a thermal image camera showed that most of the heat was generated from the cable connection clips and the temperature at the connection center was normal
