The most important and primary endpoint in oncology research is overall survival. However, other endpoints such as time-to-progression, time-to-recurrence and response rate have their roles in oncology trials and these endpoints are assessed by the imaging evaluation of tumor burden. Recently published the revised version (version 1.1) of response evaluation criteria in solid tumors (RECIST) is now the standards for the tumor response evaluation after treatment, and especially for cytotoxic agents. However, the problems are more complicated for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). RECIST are mainly used for the response evaluation of chemotherapeutic agents. However, for the treatment of HCC, there are some locoregional treatments and molecular targeted agents, and after these treatments, tumor necrosis remains as non-enhanced tumor areas, whereas viable tumor parts can be noted by the enhanced areas. However, these necrotic areas should be included as being tumor when we adopt the pure anatomical criteria such as RECIST and this can distort the results of the response evaluation. For overcoming this problem, some new criteria were introduced and their principle is the measurement of enhancing portion of the tumor only. However, these new criteria still have limitations and functional imaging is thought to be the future problem-solving tool for the evaluation of response for molecular targeted agents.

스마트폰을 이용한 전자 출석 인증 시스템

컴퓨터 관련 기술의 발달 및 모바일 스마트 기기의 사용 증가 등으로 인해 일상 생활의 여러 부분에서 많은 변화가 초래되고 있다. 인터넷에 대한 접근성이 증가됨은 물론이고 다양한 스마트폰 어플리케이션의 등장으로 생활의 편리성과 정보의 다양성이 증가되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 기기를 활용한 생활 편의 증대의 한 방법으로 스마 트폰을 이용한 전자 출석 인증 시스템을 제안한다. 스마트 카드를 활용한 이전의 전자 출석 인증 시스템은 본인 확인 의 어려움 및 대리출석 가능 등의 단점을 갖는다. 본 논문에서 제안되는 시스템에서는 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 서 개별 소지가 일반화된 스마트폰을 활용하고 출석 확인을 위한 인증키를 실시간으로 생성하여 활용한다. 이를 통해 활용도가 보다 큰 출석 인증 기능을 제공한다. The development of computing technology and the increase of using mobile smart devices have brought about changes in our daily life. It makes accessing the internet more easy, and also increases the convenience of our daily life and the variety of information. In this paper, a system for marking the absence using a smart-phone is developed, which is one of the means to increase the convenience of our daily life. Usually the conventional system for the same purpose uses a smart card, so that there are some drawbacks in the system such as attendance by proxy. To compensate the drawbacks, the system proposed in this paper uses a smart-phone belonging to an individual and an instant authentication key to mark the absence that is generated at the time when it is required. It makes the proposed system being more effectively used in marking the absence.

시청률 제고를 위한 KBS의 2014 월드컵 중계방송 전략에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyse the strategy of KBS World Cup Broadcasting in 2014 pertaining to its commentator and sportscaster in leading its broadcasting to the best program with the highest audience ratings. It is also assessed as to how KBS World Cup commentator and sportscaster was selected and why they could have a magnetism to successfully attract the TV viewers In the run up to the 2014 World Cup, KBS have employed a new commentator with expertise and experience as former South Korean football international and choose a relatively young sportscaster who could fit in well with the commentator. This strategy carried forward by KBS struck a chord with the TV viewers: Young-Pyo Lee, the KBS commentator was praised for his expertise and ability to predict the outcomes of important World Cup matches, a style that was in stark contrast with more frivolous and entertaining broadcasting of MBC. Also KBS could put SBS with the established commentator into the shade by virtue of Lee’s exceptional capabilities in analysing World Cup games. It is safe to say that the success of KBS World Cup broadcasting greatly relied on the ability of its commentator as a football analyst. It is a reassurance that the expertise of commentator is the most important factors in dictating ratings of the World Cup broadcasting.

전통춤 생활예술공동체의 지속가능성 : 을숙도무용단 사례를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 생활예술공동체로서 지역민의 향유와 참여 두 가지 역할을 동시에 가지고 있다고 고려되는 부산 을숙도무용단의 사례를 중심으로 생활예술공동체의 지속가능성을 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 연구문제는 첫째 을숙도무용단이 지속가능한 생활예술공동체로 어떠한 과정을 거치면서 성장하는가, 둘째 을숙도무용단원들에게 중요한 가치는 무엇인가, 셋째 을숙도무용단의 공진화 과정에서 나타나는 개인 가치는 공진화와 어떠한 상관관계가 있는가이다. 을숙도무용단원 18명을 심층 인터뷰하였으며, 가치관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 을숙도무용단의 지속가능성은 생활예술공동체 공진화 5단계의 반복과정 중에 나타난다. 둘째, 을숙도무용단의 가치를 카흘의 LOV로 살펴보면, 동기영역은 내부가치>외부가치>인간관계가치>사회가치 순으로 가치기능이 높았고 세부가치는 생활의 즐거움>자기만족>성취감·자기존중>생활의 자극 순이다. 셋째, 을숙도무용단의 공진화 과정에서 나타나는 개인 가치는 1~3단계에서 전체적으로 완만히 상승하다가 4단계 ‘예술적 생산하기’에서 모든 가치 수준이 급격히 올라가고, 이어 5단계에서 가치 수준이 대체로 유지되면서 2단계로 연결됨을 알 수 있다. 결론적으로 을숙도무용단은 생활예술공동체의 공진화 5단계 반복과정을 거치며, 생활의 즐거움과 내부가치가 높은 ‘자발적 참여로 이어지는 지속가능한 생활예술공동체’로 나아가고 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the sustainability of the living art community, focusing on the case of the Busan Eulsukdo Dance Company, which is considered to have both the roles of enjoyment and participation by local residents as a living art community. To this end, the research questions are: First, what process does Eulsukdo Dance Company grow through as a sustainable living art community, second what are important values for Eulsukdo Dance Company members, and third, what kind of correlation does the personal value appear in the process of co-evolution of Eulsukdo Dance Company with co-evolution? is there a relationship. In-depth interviews were conducted with 18 members of the Eulsukdo Dance Company, and the value relationship was analyzed. Research Results First, the sustainability of the Eulsukdo Dance Company appears during the iterative process of 5 stages of co-evolution of the living art community. Second, looking at the value of the Eulsukdo Dance Company through Kahl's LOV, the motivational domain had the highest value function in the order of internal value>external value>interpersonal value>social value, and the detailed value was the enjoyment of life>self-satisfaction>a sense of achievement/self-esteem>life in the order of stimulation. Third, the individual values appearing in the process of co-evolution of the Eulsukdo Dance Company gradually rise in steps 1 to 3, and then in step 4, ‘artistic production’, all values rise sharply, and then in step 5, the value levels are generally maintained and connected to the second stage can be known. In conclusion, the Eulsukdo Dance Company goes through a five-step iterative process of co-evolution of the living art community, and is moving toward a ‘sustainable living art community that leads to voluntary participation’ with high enjoyment of life and high internal value.

Staging systems of HCC are very complex and disunited because multiple variables, including residual liver function, performance of patients and treatment modalities, can have influence on the survival of the patients and therefore, there is no united and generalized staging system of HCC. Staging systems of HCC can be classified as two categories; Anatomical staging systems and clinical staging systems. In anatomical staging systems, tumor factors are main elements that determine the stage of the patients and LCSGJ systems and AJCC/UICC systems are included in this category. Practice guideline and General rules of HCC by the Korean Liver Cancer Study Group adopted LCSGJ system. In clinical staging systems, not only tumor factors but also clinical factors such as liver function, performance of the patients and treatment modalities are considered to determine the stage of the patients. The BCLC system is the only system that provides treatment recommendations for each of the assigned stages based on the best treatment options currently available. Criteria for liver transplantation are on the way of expansion because of the widespread of living donor liver transplantation and several researchers presented various expanded criteria over Milan`s criteria with comparable survival data to those of Milan`s criteria. Upcoming researches of molecular biology and imaging can help the establishment of more precise and united staging systems for the patients with HCC.

구조적 명세를 이용한 래피드 프로토 타이핑에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 구조적 명세서의 요구사항을 명세하기 위한 요구명세 언어를 설계하고, 구조적 명세로 부터 프로토타입을 생성하여 명세된 소프트웨어의 적합 여부를 사용자에게 인증(Validation) 받는 프로토타이핑 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 프로토타이핑 시스템은 요구 명세 편집기, 요구 명세 분석기, 요구 명세 변환기 프로토타입 실행기로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 이 프로토타이핑 시스템을 구현함에 있어서 논리 프로그래밍언어인 프롤로그를 사용하였다.
