        바이오필릭 디자인 기반 교실 디자인 설계

        This study aims to suggest a Biophilic classroom design of high school to obtain attention restoration for students. The learning space for youth in the modern society is composed of dry artificial structures. This space is considered to be a space that can not relieve stress caused by learning. "The Attention Restoration Theory" is divided into "Directed Attention" of humans, which is the cause of fatigue and stress, and "Involuntary Attention" as a solution to it. "Involuntary Attention" takes place in a rest state and helps the brain recover when exposed to nature. And the core of "Biophilic-Design Theory" is that humans can recover physical and mental conditions when exposed to nature. The purpose of this study is to apply "The Biophilic-Design Theory" that emphasizes the importance of exposure to nature to the educational space and plan the space where the 'Attention Restoration' can be achieved. The research method is as follows. First, we review previous studies related to "The Biophilic-Design Theory" and "The Attention Restoration Theory". Second, we analyze the application examples of "The Biophilic-Design Theory" and "The Attention Restoration Theory" in domestic and foreign educational spaces. Third, the concept of educational space is set up based on the elements derived from previous studies. Finally, we propose the planning direction of classroom design based on Biophilic-Design. The following conclusions were drawn. First, The creation of the education space to restore the learner's attention requires a visual space plan that utilizes natural elements such as natural light, artificial light, plants, and natural materials that can directly experience nature. Second, the direction in which students in the classroom can be "The Attention Restoration Theory" should consider the use of indirect natural elements that bring the surrounding natural landscape into the interior. This study will be used as the baseline data for the spatial design and planning of education facilities based on Biophilic-Design.

        쥐의 간 시토졸 Aldehyde dehydrogenase 의 정제 및 특성에 관한 연구

        Cytosolic ALDH of rat liver was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-Sephacel, CM-cellulose ion exchange chromatography, Sephacryl S-300 gel filtration, and 5`-AMP Sepharose 4B affinity chromatography. The molecular weight was determined by Sephacryl S-300 gel filtration and found to be 217,000 dalton. SDS-PAGE showed that it was homotetramer consisting of four identical subunits whose molecular weight was 53,000 dalton. Optimal pH of this enzyme was 9.5 and pI value was 6.75. K_m value of rat liver cytosolic ALDH for acetaldehyde was 1.06×10^(-3) M, but those of indole-3-acetaldeghyde($lt;10^(-6) M) and benzaldehyde (1.59×10^(-5) M) were extremely low. These results suggested that rat liver cytosolic ALDH might be primarily involved in the oxidation of aromatic aldehyde including biogenic aldehyde.

        실물옵션 기반의 LCC분석을 통한 태양열난방시스템의 운영유연성 반영 방안

        With the rise of the interest in a renewable system, the importance of the Life Cycle Cost Analysis(LCCA), an economic evaluation tool, has been increasing. However, there is an inevitable gap between a real cost and an estimation from LCCA because of the uncertainty of the external environment in real world. As the input variables in an analysis, such as a real discount rate and an energy cost, ares subject to change as time goes by, strategic decision on the current operating system is made depending on the real cost. Current economic evaluation approaches have treated only the fluctuation of input variables without consideration of the flexibility in operation, which has consequently led to the impairment on the reliability of LCCA. Therefore, new approach needs to be proposed to consider both the uncertainty of input variables and operational flexibility. To address this issue, the application of the Real Option to LCCA is presented in this study. Through a case analysis of LCCA of a solar heating system, the limits and current status of LCCA are identified. As a result, quantitative presentation of strategic decisions has been added in the new approach to implement the traditional approach. 신재생에너지 시스템에 대한 관심이 집중되면서 생애주기비용 분석의 중요성 또한 대두되고 있다. 하지만 LCC분석은 변화하는 환경을 반영하기 힘들며, 특히 분석시점에서의 입력변수(할인율, 인플레이션, 에너지비 등)를 하나의 고정된 값으로 가정하거나 또는 입력변수에 대한 민감도 분석만을 수행함에 따라 변화하는 환경에서 실시간으로 사용자의 의사결정을 지원하기에는 한계가 있다. 이를 위해서는 LCC분석에서의 입력변수의 불확실성뿐만 아니라 운영 유연성을 통합적으로 고려한 새로운 경제성 분석방법론이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 신재생에너지 중 태영열난방시스템을 대상으로 미래의 불확실성과 운영상의 유연성을 확보하고 사용자의 전략적 의사결정을 지원하기 위하여 실물옵션을 활용한 LCC분석 개선방안을 제시하였다. 신재생에너지 시스템 중 태양열난방시스템에 대한 LCC 사례분석을 통하여 확정/확률론적 LCC분석 현황과 한계점을 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 실물옵션 기반 생애주기비용 분석방법을 제안하였으며, 분석결과 기존 LCC분석 결과와 달리 유가상승을 전제하에 태양열난방시스템이 기름보일러보다 경제성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 최종적으로 본 연구에서 제시한 실물옵션 기반 생애주기비용은 불확실한 상황과 그에 따른 운영 유연성을 동시에 고려함으로써, 신재생에너지 시스템뿐만 아니라 다양한 대안평가에서도 합리적인 의사결정을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        쥐의 간 미토콘드리아 Aldehyde Dehydrogenase 의 분포와 특성에 관한 연구

        Separation of inner membrane, outer membrane and matrix were accomplished by treating rat liver mitochondria preparation with digitonin followed by differential centrifugation. Mitochondrial ALDH isozymes were founded to be located in outer membrane as well as matrix fraction. Soluble low K_m ALDH in matrix had a very low K_m ($lt;10^(-6)M) for acetaldehyde, but the K_m of soluble high K_m ALDH in the matrix was 9.8 × 10^(-4) M, outer membrane bound ALDH showed a relatively high K_m, 1.4 × 10^(-2)M. The outer membrane bound ALDH was purified and characterized. Optimal pH was 9.5 and pI was 6.1. Subunit molecular weight was determined by SDS-PAGE and found to be 55,000. These results suggest that the soluble low K_m ALDH might be primarily response for the oxidation of acetaldehyde in rat liver, but the outer membrane bound ALDH will serve as barrier when the concentration of acetaldehyde in cytosol is high.

        쥐의 간 시토졸 aldehyde Dehydrogenase 의 면역학적 특성

        Specificity for cytosolic ALDH was investigated through ouchterlony double immunodiffusion and western blotting. The precipitin band formed by antigen-antibody was positive for protein staining as well as enzyme activity staining, indicating that an interaction of the antibody with antigenic determinants of the enzyme did not destroy a catalytic activity of this enzyme. It was realized that the immunological activity of rat liver cytosolic ALDH is quite specific and differs from those of other ALDH isozymes such as bovine liver cytosol ALDH and outer-membrane bound and matrix ALDH isozymes of rat liver. Results of activity staining of rat cytosol ALDH showed that antigenic determinant site is not active site.

        『상한론(傷寒論)』 변병진단체계(辨病診斷體系)에 근거하여 양명병(陽明病)으로 규정되는 과민성 방광과 류마티스 관절염을 동반한 환자에게 백호가인참탕(白虎加人參湯)을 투여한 증례 1례

        Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Bekhogainsam-tang on Overactive Bladder and Rheumatoid arthritis. The patient was diagnosed with Yangmyung-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Yangmyung-byng and has been unusual dietary habits. So she treated with Bekhogainsam-tang decoction for 75 days. We evaluated the results of treatment by Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OABSS), Modified Overactive Bladder Validated 8-question Screener(OAB-V8), and Rheumatoid Arthritis Pain Score(RAPS). Results : After taking Bekhogainsam-tang decoction for 75 days, the patient's symptoms and OABSS was decreased from 20 to 11, OAB-V8 was from 42 to 20, and RAPS was from 130 to 63. Conclusions : This case report showed an effectiveness of using Bekhogainsam-tang according to Diagnositic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on Overactive Bladder and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

        『상한론(傷寒論)』 변병진단체계(辨病診斷體系)에 근거하여 대황황련사심탕(大黃黃蓮瀉心湯)을 투여한 칸디다성 질염 치험 1례

        Objective : This case report show the effect of Dahuanghuanglianxiexin-tang on VulvoVaginal Candidiasis. Methods : According to disease pattern identification diagnostic system based on shanghanlun provisions, The author diagnosed Taeyang-byung kyeolhyung. The symptoms of VulvoVaginal Candidiasis were worsen when the patient had long sitting position and digestive problems. Therefore the patient treated with Dahuanghuanglianxiexin-tang for 3 months. The severity of Candida Vaginitis was evaluated by patient's subjective statements(Vaginal pruritus, Vaginal secretion, Burning sensation). Results : After the treatment, Level of syptoms decreased from Severe to Trace and Eliminated. Conclusions : Dahuanghuanglianxiexin-tang improved the symptoms of VulvoVaginal Candidiasis on this study. Although Dahuanghuanglianxiexin-tang is not an usual treatment for VulvoVaginal Candidiasis, the author could prescribe the medicine due to shanghanlun six meridian patterns diagnostic system.

        쥐의 간 시토졸 Aldehyde dehydrogenase(ALDH)를 황산 암모늄 처리, DEAE-Sephacel, CM-cellulose, Sephacryl S-300, 5'-AMP Sepharose 4B chromatography 순으로 정제 하고 TSK G3000SW column을 이용하여 HPLC로 분석한 결과 순수한 단일 peak를 얻었고, Sephacryl S-300 chromatography 방법으로 측정된 분자량은 217,000 dalton이었으며 SDS-PAGE를 행한 결과 분자량이 53,000인 subunit로 구성된 homotetramer임이 밝혀졌다. 이 효소의 pI값은 6.75, 최적 pH는 9.5이며 dehydrogenase활성 뿐 아니라 esterase활성도 나타내었다. Acetaldehyde에 대한 $K_m$값은 $1.06{\times}10^{-3}M$이지만 indole 3-acetaldehyde에 대한 $K_m$, 값은 $10^{-6}M$이하, benzaldehyde에 대한 $K_m$값이 $(1.59{\times}10^{-5}M)$로 낮은 값을 나타내는 것으로 보아 시토졸 ALDH는 주로 biogenic aldehyde나 aromatic aldehyde 대사에 관여하는 것으로 생각된다.         Chemical modification experiments suggested that cysteine, serine, glutamate residues might participate in the catalytic role and it was suggested that a probable reaction mechanism of ALDH through substrate activation, chloral hydrate inhibition and disulfiram inhibition behaviors towards ALDH activity.

        정제된 쥐의 간 시토졸 ALDH의 antiserum을 이용하여 Ouchterlony double diffusion 및 immunoblotting을 수행한 결과 쥐의 간 시토졸 ALDH는 매우 특이적이며 소의 간 시토졸 ALDH, 쥐의 간 미토콘드리아의 외막결합 ALDH와 간질분획에 존재하는 가용성 low $K_m$ ALDH와는 면역학적 상관관계가 없었고 활성 염색법으로 조사한 결과 antigenic determinant site가 활성부위가 아님을 알 수 있었다.
