Silymarin과 작약감초탕 병용투여의 C57BL/6 마우스 간조직 지질축적 및 염증 억제효과

Objective : The aim of the present study is to examine hepatic lipid-lowering and anti-inflammatory effects of silymarin combined with Jakyakgamcho-tang on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in a high fat diet-induced obese mice model. Methods : C57BL/6 mice were divided into four dietary groups: (1) Normal, (2) Control (60% high-fat diet), (3) Control + silymarin 50 mg/kg/day (Silymarin), (4) Control + Silymarin 50 mg/kg/day + Jakyakgamcho-tang 100 mg/kg/day (SPG). After 12 weeks administration, mice were sacrificed and lipids and inflammation-related biomarkers were analyzed liver and plasma. Results : Silymarin and SPG treatments significantly lowered body and liver weights compared to the Control. Serumlipids (triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol) and pro-inflammatory cytokines (tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin 1𝛽, and IL-6) concentrations were significantly lowered in the Silymarin and SPG groups than the Control group. Silymarin and SPG treatments suppressed hepatic TG level and hepatic lipid droplets compared to the Control. Theses two treatments significantly increased hepatic kinase B1 and AMP-activated protein kinase protein levels, and significantly decreased hepatic key lipogenic enzymes (acetyl-CoA carboxylase, fatty acid synthase and stearyl coenzyme A desaturase 1) protein levels than the Control. SPG also significantly increased hepatic fatty acid oxidation-related protein (peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha and uncoupling protein 2) levels than the Control. Conclusions: Silymarin and SPG suppressed hepatic lipid accumulation by regulating hepatic protein expression, and lowered blood pro-inflammatory cytokines concentrations though the synergic effect of silymarin and Jakyakgamchotang was not clear.

We describe two unusual cases of diffuse leptomeningeal seeding as the initial manifestation of a subtle brain mass lesion. At first, they were misdiagnosed as tuberculous encephalitis because there was no obvious mass lesion in magnetic resonance(MR) images of the brain and the cerebrospinal fluid profile was highly suggestive of an infective process. The MR images showed only ill-defined lesions in the basal ganglia. Anaplastic astrocytomas were finally diagnosed following stereotactic brain biopsies. Whole-spine MR images from these two patients revealed diffuse leptomeningeal enhancing lesions that affected the whole spine. We planned aggressive multimodal treatment including concurrent chemoradiation therapy using temozolomide. One patient died from disease progression eight months after the initial diagnosis. The second patient was treated more aggressively. She survived for more than thirteen months after diagnosis. Biopsy and aggressive treatment must be considered in cases of ill-defined lesions with clinical manifestation indicating unusual encephalitis.

장애인 임금근로자의 자기효능감, 행복, 직무만족도 사이의 매개효과와 장애로 인한 업무 지장의 조절된 매개효과

The purposes of this study were to examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction and the moderated mediating effect of work interference due to disabilities on the relationship between self-efficacy and happiness among workers with disabilities. For the study, the data of 1,622 workers with disabilities who participated in the 3rd survey of 2nd wave in the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED) was analyzed using Mediation analysis and Moderated-Mediation analysis with SPSS Process Macro. The results can be summarized as follows. First, job satisfaction mediated the relationship between self-efficacy and happiness. Second, the indirect effect of self-efficacy through job satisfaction on happiness was moderated by work interference due to disabilities. This study is meaningful in that it provided theoretical foundation regarding the intervention and policy of workers with disabilities. 본 연구는 장애인 임금근로자의 자기효능감이 행복에 미치는 영향에서 직무만족도의 매개효과를 검증하고, 자기효능감, 직무만족도, 행복의 관계에서 장애로 인한 업무 지장의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브의 3차 조사 자료를 활용하였으며, SPSS Process Macro로 매개효과와 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인 임금근로자의 자기효능감이 행복에 유의한 영향을 미치고 이 관계를 직무만족도가 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기효능감이 직무만족도를 통해 행복에 미치는 간접효과는 장애로 인한 업무 지장에 의해 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 장애인 임금근로자의 자기효능감과 행복의 관계 사이에서 직무만족도의 역할을 확인함으로써 장애인 고용을 복지의 측면에서 분석했다는 점에서 의미가 있고, 장애인 고용의 질을 높이기 위해 장애인이 일하는 과정에서 장애로 인해 겪을 수 있는 환경적, 업무 내용적 어려움을 중심으로 접근할 필요성을 제시함으로써 정책 개입을 위한 이론적 토대를 마련했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

산업진흥교육 : 공적 사회복지 전달체계에 나타난 조직운영 상의 실태분석을 통한 극복요인 연구

본 연구는 사회복지의 발전추세에 따라 향후 공적 사회복지 전달체계가 더욱 중요함을 인식하고 여기에 나타난 조직운영 상의 실태분석을 통해 극복요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 극복요인으로는, 첫째, 전달체계의 속성에 대한 극복이다. 둘째, 업무의 비효율성에 대한 극복이다. 셋째, 전달체계 및 인력상의 부조화에 대한 극복이다. 넷째, 사회복지통합관리망의 관리부실에 대한 극복이다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 위와 같은 극복요인이 해결될 때 비로소공적 사회복지 전달체계가 원활히 이루어질 수 있음을 알 수 있다. This study recognized public social welfare delivery system will be more important in the future according to the developing trend of social welfare that and intended to find overcome factors by analyzing actual status of operating organization. The study results showed that characteristics of delivery system, ineffectiveness of task, delivery system and inconcinnity of personnel are the overcome factors of social welfare. Consequently, this study revealed that public social welfare delivery system will go on smoothly at last when the problems of the overcome factors get solved.

This review provides the mechanism of transgenerational transmission of mental disorder (TTMD), the factors involved in them, and the psychosocial interventions in the Children of Parents with a Mental Illness (COPMI). The TTMD is a combination of biological risk factors and various psychological risk factors including parent-related factors, family condition, child-related factors and social-environmental factors. Interventions in the COPMI consist of peer support programs, parent education, family intervention, professional education, and community networking. Evidence on the effectiveness of intervention programs is accumulating. Policies and researches are needed to strengthen medical and social support in Korea to reduce social losses from TTMD.

생명과학기술 관련 교육 프로그램이 중학생의 과학기술에 대한 흥미, 태도 및 진로 인식에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to develop the educational program related to biological technology for middle school students, and to investigate their interests in scientific technology, scientific technology-related attitudes and career perception. Relating to biological technology, three themes were developed: Artificial intelligence(AI), emotional robot, and virus. To this end, learning contents of scientific technology and human civilization unit were reorganized to 3 theme(artificial intelligence, emotional robot, and virus) related to biological technology. The educational program related to biological technology consisted of totally 6 lesson hours. The program had 3 phases of drawing thoughts, connecting with me, and connecting with career. Subjects were 122 ninth graders(61 in control group, 61 in treatment group), who were middle school students in Chungnam province. In order to investigate the effects of the program, the post test of their interests in scientific technology, scientific technology-related attitudes and career perception were conducted. As a result of the educational program related to biological technology, the program effected positively on the interests in scientific technology, scientific technology-related attitudes and career perception of middle school students. It implied that the educational program related to biological technology need to be actively used for science education.

이 논문은 김은숙의 반세기 가까운 작품 활동 기간의 업적을 돌아보고 그동안 발표된 작품들을 관통하는 저자의 욕망은 무엇인지 살펴보는 것이 주목적이다. 김은숙은 환상적인 작품을 통해 主體로서의 자신을 자각하기 시작한 어린이들이 주체를 확립하는 모험을 떠나게 하고 자립적인 사람이 되도 록 이끌어주는 인도자이다. 그들이 同一視를 통해 만나는 주인공들은 상상계로의 진입을 가능하게 해 주는, 거울에 비친 완성된 자신의 모습, 대타자의 모습이다. 또 그 계기를 마련하는 소재로 꽃이 자주 등장하는데 그녀의 작품에서 나타나는 꽃은 등장인물들의 욕망의 대상이며 대타자이다. 김은숙은 바디우적 여성성의 작가이다. 그녀의 대표작들을 살펴보면 주인공들이 보다 가치 있는 무엇인가를 찾아 자신이 살던 곳을 떠난다. 이는 진리의 구도여행을 하는 바디우적 여성과 일치한다. 그들은 사건의 도래를 통해 진리를 찾아 여행을 떠나며 그들이 찾은 진리는 바디우가 주장한 하나, 둘, 무한이라는 사랑의 공식과도 일맥상통한다. 따라서 김은숙은 환타지, 우화 혹은 역사동화의 모습으로 어린이들의 눈앞에 사랑이라는 진리의 형상을 그려주려고 시도하는 바디우적 진리 전도사이다. 한 마디로 김은숙은 글쓰기를 통해 “사랑”이라는 인류의 팔루스, 바디우적 사랑을 찾아 환상의 세계로 떠나는 무한의 작가, 사랑의 작가이다. The purpose of this study is for considering Kim, Eunsooks achievements through her half-century career and her desire which holds its course. She is a pharos for children to realize themselves as a Subject and to be an independent ens by means of her works. The protagonist created by her is an ideal type for children, that is the Objet A by Lacan, which can help them to enter the imaginary. She takes use of flowers as a subject matter in her works, theysymbolize the object of Desire, namely Object A of Lacan for her Characters. Kim, Eunsook is an author faithful to the cultural theory of Badiou, that is, the one of the Feminine. Considering her works, we can find out that her protagonists wander for seeking for something eternal. They correspond to the concept, The Feminineof Badiou. After some Event arriving, they wander seeking for the truth and the truth they discover coincides that of Badiou, Love. Reading her works we find out her doctrine that we can get the state of Infinity when the One loves the One and succeeds to make the Two, as is insisted by Badiou. So, we can say that she is an evangelist of the truth, Love same as Badiou, by means of her own fantastic stories, fables or historical novels. In short, Kim, Eunsook is the author of infinity and love on a journey for the truth, as is love or infinity that Badiou has insiste d, as is the Phallus that the human race has desired.
