상수관망 시스템의 골격화 기법 평가

대규모 상수관망 시스템의 운영비용 절감을 위한 펌프장 운영 최적화 연구가 최근 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 상수관망 시스템 운영 최적화에 대한 연구를 수행하기 위해서는 짧게는 24시간, 길게는 1주일 이상의 시간모의가 필수적이며, 최적화 알고리즘과의 연계를 통한 시뮬레이션이 요구된다. 대규모 상수관망의 경우 관로 및 절점의 수가 수 천 혹은 수 만개에 달해 수리해석 및 최적화에 많은 시간이 소요되며 실시간 운영을 목적으로 하는 경우 모형의 적용에 한계가 발생한다. 이처럼 모의시간에 대한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 해당 상수관망 시스템의 수리 거동, 수질 해석 결과를 변화시키지 않는 범위에서 관망을 간소화 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 실제로 운영되고 있는 송, 배수 시스템의 일부를 대상으로 시스템 간소화, 즉 골격화(Skeletonization) 연구를 진행하였으며, 모두 네 가지의 골격화 기법을 비교, 평가하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 골격화 기법을 통해 대규모 상수관망의 해석에 소요되는 시간을 단축함으로써, 실제 상수관망의 실시간 운영 모듈 개발에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. Studies of optimizing pump operation in water distribution networks (WDN) are receiving spotlight in recent days. However, the water networks are quite complex including thousands of or even tens of thousands of nodes and pipes, thus simulation time is an issue. In some cases, implementing a computer model for pump operation decisions is restrictive due to intensive computation time. To that end, it is necessary to reduce the simulation time of water networks by simplifying the network layout. In this study, WDN skeletonization approaches were suggested and applied to a real water transmission network in South Korea. In skeletonizing the original network, it was constrained to match the water pressure and water age in the same junction locations to maintain the hydraulic and water quality characteristics in the skeletonized network. Using the skeletonization approaches suggested in this study, it is expected to reduce the simulation time of WDN and apply for developing a computer module of WDN real-time optimal operation.

약침과 추나로 호전된 교통사고 편타성 손상으로 인한 경추 증후군 1례

Objectives This report was designed to suggest the effectiveness of Korean medical treatment for cervical syndrome caused by whiplash in-jury in traffic accident. Methods We reviewed a case of 35-year-old female with post neck pain and both arm numbness after traffic accident. Once the patient s first arrival, the pain was focused on the left area of post neck. Only spurling test showed positive sign on left side, and other physical screening tests did negative sign. X-ray revealed the malposition of C3 cervical spine(left lateral flexion & right rotation) at AP view, and loss of normal lordotic curvature of cervical spine at lateral view without the bone fracture. Therefore, we have treated the patient with Korean medicine including chuna therapy and hwang-ryeon herbal acupuncture for 7 times in 3 weeks to cure the cervical syndrome. The estimating criteria for this study were visual analogue sacle and numeric rating scale. Result As the result of the Korean medical clinic for 3 weeks, the patient s post neck pain has decreased as 1/7, neck ROM has re-covered, and numbness of both arm has disappeared. Conclusions As a method to treat the neurotic and muscular symptoms of whiplash injury, chuna therapy and hwang-ryeon herbal acu-puncture might be effective and valuable for further research.

In this study, we clearly the change of trend of career women and on this base, we suggest new business wear.<br/> In this study the purpose in detail is following.<br/> We will research the style of business wear to find out the trend and difficuties of business wear and we will enlighten the business wear style that career women prefer and leisure type and behavior of buying custume.<br/> The results of research are following.<br/> The first, semi-casual style is ranked as the most popular one in business wear style of career women.<br/> The second, over-half of career women respond that business wear is uncomfortable and it is also uncomfortable to wear the business wear.<br/> The third, the style that career women prefer is semi-casual and T-shirts and Jean-pants in leisure time.<br/> so, in this study we can find that the trend of preference on business wear is changed from formal wear to casual wear and we conclude that it is better to design semi-casual style rather than formal suit (tailored-suit).

This article discusses the major issues raised in the transfer pricing analysis for the multinational pharmaceutical companies in Korea. In this regard, the characteristics of the ethical pharmaceutical industry e.g., products, market, business operations, transfer pricing and medical insurance reimbursement pricing system, are briefly explained first and then analyzed in the context of a transfer pricing analysis. Based on the understanding of such industry characteristics, some of the major issues confronting practitioners in developing a transfer pricing analysis have been identified for more frequently applied transfer pricing methodologies, i.e., (i) the Comparable Uncontrolled Price (CUP) Method and (ii) Resale Price Method (RPM) or Transactional Net Margin Method (TNMM). First, with regard to the application of the CUP method, there are two major issues: (a) whether a generic product can be treated as comparable to its original product; and (b) if so, whether any differences between an original and its generic products can be reasonably adjusted. There are certainly some clear differences, but it appears practically difficult to quantify and reasonably adjust for the differences between an original and its generic products under the CUP method. Second, with regard to the application of the RPM or the TNMM, the following issues should be considered: (a) the available categories of comparable companies (pharmaceutical wholesalers vs. pharmaceutical manufacturers) and necessary considerations for product similarity (e.g., pharmaceutical drugs, medical supplies, medical devices, etc.); (b) the nature of secondary manufacturing and the adjustment for the differences in functions performed, customs duty, etc.; (c) accounting and/or structural differences in income statements between multinational and domestic pharmaceutical companies, caused by the medical insurance reimbursement pricing system for generic products, the differences between prescription drugs and OTC drugs, and the difference in product mix among prescription drugs; (d) the level or the nature of R&D activities, and (e) the selection of transfer pricing methodology between the RPM and the TNMM. After reviewing the relevant issues and based on such discussions, this article emphasizes the importance of industry analysis and concludes with certain suggestions for a reasonable transfer pricing analysis for multinational pharmaceutical companies in Korea.

냉동 고등어(Scomber japonicus)의 유통 온도 관리를 위한 Time-temperature Indicator 개발

We developed a time-temperature indicator (TTI) that rapidly determines whether frozen mackerel Scomber japonicus has thawed during its distribution. Our TTI was made from filter paper capable of absorbing mackerel exudate that was soaked in a 20% citric acid solution at pH 4.0 and then dried. The dried absorbent paper was cut and attached to blue litmus paper with a 2 mm overhang. The fixed litmus paper was covered with a polypropylene film and sealed. The indicator was placed inside a polyvinyl vacuum package containing the mackerel sample. The vacuum-sealed packaged was frozen at -20℃ for 24 h. After freezing, the color change and time dependence of the indicator were observed at room temperature (25℃) and demonstrated the utility of this TTI for rapidly determining whether frozen mackerel underwent thawing during distribution.

전자 상거래 환경하의 SCM의 발전 단계에 관한 연구

전통적인 공급 사슬 (SCM, Supply Chain Management)의 운영과 내용이 전자상거래의 출현에 의하여 변화하고 있다. 전자 상거래는 단순히 SCM을 효율적으로 운영하는데 그치지 않고 과거 SCM을 운영하던 전통적인 여러 가지 질서와 법칙을 파괴하면서 새로운 모습의 SCM을 발전시키는 커다란 동인 역할을 하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 SCM을 이루고 있는 공급 사슬의 가치의 성격과 내용, 단계, 영역 그리고 구조로 나누어서 SCM의 부가 가치를 창출하는 방식이 전자 상거래에 의하여 어떻게 변화하는지를 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 전체적인 발전을 3단계로 구분하여 각각의 단계별 특징과 발전 과정, 성격 등에 관하여 체계적으로 분석하며 이러한 발전을 이루게 하는 변화의 동인을 규명하고자 한다. 또한 이러한 발전의 형태는 어떻게 진행되는지를 여러 가지 형태로 구분하여 서술하고 분석하고자 한다. Supply chain management, an integrated approach to procuring, producing and delivering products and services to customers, has been studied by many researchers. However, the advent of the e-Commerce environment changes the traditional supply chain dramatically. The amount of e-Commerce being conducted on the supply chain not only improves the effectiveness of the supply chain, but also restructures the whole system This paper presents a framework for a new supply chain structure in an e-Business context. The framework states the impact of e-Commerce on several phases. It shows the development of three stages on supply chain evolution according to e-Commerce environment. The paper examines the essence, characteristics, and major features in each stage of the supply chain. Also, the driving forces of the evolution and the patterns of transition path are discussed in this paper. Finally, the paper suggests improvements and directions for successful supply chain management in this new era.
