대형소매점의 옥외광고가 커뮤니케이션 효과에 미치는 연구

대형소매점의 옥외광고는 영업장소, 브랜드와 서비스내용을 알리는 기능으로 고객유치에 매우 중요한 커뮤니케이션 매체라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 그동안의 대형소매점 관련하여 고객재방문 및 매출액에 영향을 미치는 마케팅전략에 있어 옥외광고와 관련한 연구는 미약하였던 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대형 소매점의 옥외광고 커뮤니케이션 효과에 대하여 살펴봄으로써 대형소매점의 목외광고 전략개발의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적을 두고자 하였다. 연구결과 대형소매점 옥외광고가 소비자에 미치는 영향의 경우 광고노출상황이 주로 출퇴근시, 그리고 보행이동시에 영향도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 20대의 경우 옥외광고를 보고 광고의 특징을 구별하고 알아보며 다시 기억해 내는 능력이 다른 연령층보다 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대형소매점의 옥외 광고 마케팅 전략 수립시 이러한 사항을 고려하는 것을 검토하는 것이 필요할 것이다. 한편, 대형소매점 옥외광고의 다양한 유형을 조사하지 못하였으며, 관여도, 선호도, 개인적 성향 등에 대하여 알아보지 못한 한계를 갖는다. The outdoor advertisement of large retail store are very important marketing communication tools for informing the store location, store names, and store types and inducing customers to come to the large retail stores. But by this time, it is common knowledge that the sturdy of outdoor advertisement has weak in connection with the marketing strategy of large retail store. Accordingly this study was aimed to furnish drafting data in order to outdoor advertisement strategies by looking for communication effects of outdoor advertisements of large retail store. The results were as follows. In case of effects on customer's behavior of outdoor advertisements of large retail store, exposure situation of outdoor advertisement had much effect during go to and come from the office and walking. Therefore, it will need to consider such a this results in marketing strategies. It were nor considered various message types, involvement, preference and personality of outdoor advertisement of large retail store.
