본 연구는 대학생의 감각 처리 유형과 스트레스 반응과의 관련성을 분석하였다. 경기도 및 충청도 지역의 대학생 99명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 내용은 청소년/성인 감각 프로파일과 스트레스 반응 척도로 구성하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 기술통계와 Pearson 상관분석을 하였다. 연구 결과 감각 처리 유형 중 저-등록과 감각 민감은 스트레스 반응의 공격성을 제외하고 모두 상관관계가 나타났으며, 감각 회피는 스트레스 반응의 모든 영역에서 상관관계가 나타났다. 감각 회피 유형은 스트레스 반응의 모든 영역과 관련이 없었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 감각 처리 유형과 스트레스의 관련성을 고려하여 대학생의 스트레스 대처를 위한 자기조절 전략 개발에 다른 치료와 융합을 할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. This study analyzed the correlation between sensory processing types and stress responses in university students. A survey was conducted on 99 university students in Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheong-do. The survey contents consisted of Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profile and Stress Response Inventory. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21.0 for descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation. As a result of the study, low-registration and sensory sensitivity were all correlated except for aggression of stress response, and sensory avoiding was all correlated of stress response. Sensory seeking was net related to any domain of stress response. Based on the results of this study, taking into account the correlation between sensory processing types and stress responses, it is recommended for convergence with other treatments to develop self-regulation strategies for coping with stress in university students.

The purpose of this study is to explore structural relationship between cognitive factors and emotional factors in predicting behavioral intention of duty-free users. This study conducted questionnaire survey on 246 users of duty-free shops and analyzed it by using structural equation. As the result of the study, attitude was significantly associated with both desire and behavioral intention. Subjective norm had a significant impact on desire, but had no significant imfact on behavioral intention. Whereas perceived behavioral control did not have a significant influence on desire and intention. Desire, which plays mediating role as a major variable in goal-directed behavioral model, turned out to not only have significant impact on behavioral intention but has the strongest effect as well. This study has its academic meaning in that it explored factors which have effect on decision-making process of duty-free users focusing on goal-oriented behavioral model, which is one of integrated psychological models. In practical terms, this study can be used as a basic material for corporations to establish goals in domestic duty-free shops.
서울의 대기 중 이산화질소(NO2) 저감 둔화 원인 분석 및 대응방안

NO2 concentration in Seoul has not been improved in spite of implementing various NOx emission control policies. In this study, the reasons for the slow reduction of NO2 concentration were investigated through comparing control measures of developed cities, both successfully managing NO2 and poorly managing NO2, with Seoul`s. Also, NO2 characteristics in Seoul was analyzed in prospective of primary NO2 emission issue, which has been actively discussed in Europe, The most effective policy for NO2 control in California and Tokyo, where NO2 has been improved consistently, was to introduce much stricter NOx emission standards for diesel vehicles than in London and Seoul. Introducing strict emission standards results in a low penetration rate of diesel vehicles known as larger NOx emitters than gasoline vehicles, which prevents fundamentally NOx emissions, In addition, Tokyo controlled both NOx and PM by implementing ``Vehicle NOx PM law`` in 2001, and a policy discouraging polluted diesel vehicles from being driven in Tokyo and surrounding area in 2003. Increasing proportion of primary NO2 emission, originating from modern diesel-technology vehicles with DPF and DOC for the purpose of reducing PM emissions, has been observed and considered an importance reason for the slower reduction of NO2 concentration in urban cities of Europe with high penetration rates of diesel vehicles. The result of primary NO2 emission analysis from 2000 to 2010 for Seoul shows that the proportion of primary NO2 in the vehicular NOx emission is in a range of 11~32% for monthly averages and 15~21% for yearly averages. This proportion of primary NO2 emission is high enough to be related to the slower reduction of NO2 concentration in Seoul as for many cities in Europe. Therefore, we conclude that one important reason for the slower reduction of NO2 concentration in Seoul is the increasing penetration of diesel vehicles with the primary NO2 emission issue due to the relaxed NOx emission standards for diesel vehicles. In order to control NO2 concentration in Seoul, it is necessary to decrease the primary NO2 emissions as well as total NOx emissions. Considering diesel vehicles major emission sources of both NOx and PM, policies reducing all of PM, NOx, and primary NO2 emissions should be preferentially implemented. With this principle in mind, several policy suggestions are made. Also, laws and regulations related to vehicle emission standard, vehicle emission inspection and DPF certification should be revised in advance.

The fuel combustion for heating in residential, commercial and public buildings is the second largest emission source of NOx in Seoul. Also, the energy consumption in residential, commercial and public buildings is the largest in Seoul. Therefore, the management of heating appliances, boilers, is an important subject from not only the perspective of NOx emission reduction but also the perspective of energy saving. The main objective of this study is to find out environment-friendly management of boiler, considering both air pollutant emission such as NOx and energy consumption. This study is composed of three main parts. In the first part, we deduced the problems and issues on boiler management by investigating current regulations and polices for boilers. In the second part, we collected the information for the technical development of boiler and for what foreign countries have been doing to manage pollutant emission from boiler. In the third part, we suggested approaches to environment-friendly management of boiler.
삼출성 황반변성에서 이중 망막색소상피파열 및 출혈성 망막박리 후 발생한 급성폐쇄각발작

목적: 거대망막색소상피박리가 동반된 삼출성 황반변성에서 유리체강내 주사 후 이중 망막색소상피파열이 발생하였고 출혈성 망막박리와 급성폐쇄각발작을 치료하였기에 이를 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: 66세 여자가 1달 전부터 시작된 좌안의 시력저하를 주소로 내원하였다. 빛간섭단층촬영과 인도시아닌그린혈관조영술에서 거대망막색소상피박리를 동반한 삼출성 황반변성으로 진단하고 유리체강내 애플리버셉트주입술을 1차 시행하였다. 주사 2주 후 망막색소상피파열이 발생, 이후 2차 주사 4주 후 망막색소상피파열의 범위가 황반부를 포함하여 확대되었다. 3차 주입술 3개월 후 대량의 황반하출혈이 발생하여 4차 주사 시행, 3일 후 안압 60 mmHg 상승과 전방각 폐쇄, 수정체 후면에 접촉되는 출혈성 장액망막박리가 발생하였다. 공막절개술을 이용한 망막하출혈과 망막하액의 배액을 시행하였고, 이후 안압하강과 망막박리의 감소 소견이 보여 경과 관찰 중이다. 결론: 삼출성 황반변성에서 유리체강내 주사 후 이중 망막색소상피파열로 진행되는 경우는 매우 드물다. 이중 망막색소상피파열에서 출혈성 망막박리로 발생한 급성폐쇄각발작으로 안압상승을 경험하고 이를 치료하였기에 보고하고자 한다. Purpose: To report a case of acute angle-closure attack resulting from hemorrhagic retinal detachment after a double retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) tear in exudative age-related macular degeneration (AMD) with large pigment epithelial detachment (PED). Case summary: A 66-year-old female visited with a complaint of poor vision in left eye, which began 1 month prior. She was diagnosed with exudative AMD with a large PED using optical coherence tomography and indocyanine green angiography. Intravitreal aflibercept injection was performed. The RPE tear occurred at 2 weeks after the intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor injection for AMD, after which the range of the RPE tear expanded and included the macular area at 4 weeks after the second injection. At 3 months after the third injection, massive submacular hemorrhage occurred; aflibercept injection was repeated. At 3 days after the fourth injection, the patient’s intraocular pressure (IOP) was 60 mmHg, and massive hemorrhagic serous retinal detachment and anterior movement of the lens with total angle closure were observed. Therefore, we performed a sclerotomy; a large amount of dark blood and subretinal fluid was drained. The IOP decreased, and the retinal detachment improved somewhat. The patient was kept under observation for careful monitoring of her condition. Conclusions: It is very rare to experience a double RPE rupture after intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor injection in AMD. We report on our experience and treatment of acute angle-closure attack. The IOP increased due to hemorrhagic retinal detachment after a double RPE tear over the treatment course.
