        數種의 韓藥材가 毛髮成長에 미치는 影響

        To screen the effective materials for hair loss treatment, several natural extracts were tested using in vivo and in vitro test models. Firstly, all test materials were applicated onto the back skin of C57BL/6 mouse and then hair growth pormoting effect were measured using hair growth index As a result, Polygonum muitifiorum Thunb and Terrninalia chebula Retz. showed potent hair growth promoting effect, ranking as 1.5-2.0 of hair growth index. However, there were no plant extracts, which have remarkable potential of growth promotion of human hair dermal papilla cells cultured in vitro. In the experiments of 5${\alpha}$-reductase type Ⅱ inhibition assay, Morus alba L., Chaenomelis Fructus, Saussureae Radix, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Polygonum multifiorum Thunb, and Angelica dahurica (Fischer) Bentham et Hooker f. showed effective potential to inhibit the activity of 5${\alpha}$-reductase type Ⅱ. To investigate the possible involvement of effects of several plant extracts on the gene expression of growth factors in human hair dermal papilla cells, RT-PCR analyses were performed. As a consequences, Mentha haplocalyx Briq., Cimicifuga foetida L., Eclipta prostrata (L.) L., Pinus densiflora S. et. Z, and Polygonum muitifiorum Thunb revealed the regulatory roles on the expression of growth factors such as IGF-I, KGF, HGF and VEGF in the dermal papilla cells. Another test for inhibition of microbial such as P. acne and P. ovale were also carried out to find whether these plant extracts have anti-microbial activities. Morus alba L. and Chaenomelis Fructus showed anti-microbial effects on Propionibacterium acnes, which is believed as a pathogen of acne. Together, these results showed several plant extracts can be used for hair growth promotion.

        托裡消毒散이 抗腫瘍 및 免疫作用에 미치는 效果

        The purpose of this Study was to investigate effect of TakliSodokSan(TSS) on the anti-tumor, immunocytes and nitric oxide(NO) production from mice peritoneal macrophages. This Study estimated the proliferation of L1210 cell lines, A431 cell lines, Hep-G2 cell lines, K562 cell lines, 3T3 cell lines, mouse thymocytes and mouse splenocytes and NO production from pcritoneal macrophages in vitro, and estimated the proliferation of L1210 cells, thymocytes and splenocytcs, NO production from peritoneal macrophages and body weight in L1210 cells-transplanted mice in vivo. The results were obtained as follows; 1. TSS inhibited significantly the proliferation of L1210, A431, Hep-G2, K562 cell lines in vitro. 2. TSS accelerated the proliferation of mice thymocytes and splenocytes in vitro. 3. TSS was not increased the nitric oxide production from mice peritoneal macrophages in vitro. 4. TSS inhibited significantly the proliferation of L1210 cells in Ll210 cells∼transplanted mice. 5. TSS accelerated the proliferation of mice thymocytes and splenocytes In L1210 cells-transplanted mice. 6. TSS was increased significantly the nitric oxide production from mice peritoneal macrophages in L1210 cells-transplanted mice. 7. TSS was increased the body weight as comparing with control group in Ll210 cells-transplanted mice.

        상압소결에 의하여 제조된 SiC-AlN 세라믹스의 상 및 미세구조

        Changes in phase and microstructure were investigated in the SiC-AlN ceramics prepared by pressureless sintering using yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) as a sintering aid at 200$0^{\circ}C$ and 210$0^{\circ}C$. The SiC/AlN ratio made a remarkable difference in densification, phase relations and the morphology of grains. In the AlN-rich composition, major phase was 2H and microstructure was composed of the densified equiaxed grains irrespective of the sintering temperatures. While those sintered at 200$0^{\circ}C$ were porous with major phase being 3C, the rod-like and the equiaxed grains were coexisted when sintered at 210$0^{\circ}C$ in the SiC-rich composition.

        소스코드의 분석을 통한 알고리즘 레벨에서의 소프트웨어 복잡도 측정 방법

        프로그램은 실행파일 내의 각 명령어를 수행함으로써 전력을 소비한다. 소비 전력은 복잡도와 비례하기 때문에 프로그램의 복잡도를 측정함으로써 예측될 수 있다. 일반적으로 소프트웨어의 복잡도는 마이크로프로세서 시뮬레이터를 사용하여 측정한다. 그러나 시뮬레이터를 사용한 복잡도 측정방법은 하드웨어를 트랜지스터 레벨과 같은 낮은 레벨에서 모델링하기 때문에 수행시간이 오래 걸리고, 단순히 정량적 측정치만을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어의 최상위 레벨인 프로그램의 소스코드를 분석하고, 복잡도 매트릭을 생성하여 프로그램 전체에 대한 복잡도를 수식화하여 표현하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 복잡도 매트릭을 함수 단위로 생성함으로써 연산이 집중되는 모듈에 대한 세분화된 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 제안한 알고리즘의 성능분석은 게이트 레벨 마이크로프로세서 시뮬레이터인 SimpleScalar와의 비교를 통해서 수행하였다. 분석을 위해 사용된 소프트웨어는 최신 비디오코덱인 H.264/AVC에서 사용되는 4×4 정수변환, 화면 내 예측, 화면 간 예측 모듈이다. 각각의 소프트웨어에 대하여 정량적으로 측정된 성능 분석을 위하여 입력된 각 모듈에 대한 실행 명령어의 수를 비교하였으며, 정확도는 SimpleScalar를 통하여 측정된 시뮬레이션 결과 대비 약 11.6%, 9.6%, 3.5%의 오차를 보였다. A program consumes energy by executing its instructions. The amount of cosumed power is mainly proportional to algorithm complexity and it can be calculated by using complexity information. Generally, the complexity of a S/W is estimated by the microprocessor simulator. But, the simulation takes long time why the simulator is a software modeled the hardware and it only provides the information about computational complexity quantitatively. In this paper, we propose a complexity estimation method of analysis of S/W on source code level and produce the complexity metric mathematically. The function-wise complexity metrics give the detailed information about the calculation-concentrated location in function. The performance of the proposed method is compared with the result of the gate-level microprocessor simulator 'SimpleScalar'. The used softwares for performance test are 4×4 integer transform, intra-prediction and motion estimation in the latest video codec, H.264/AVC. The number of executed instructions are used to estimate quantitatively and it appears about 11.6%, 9.6% and 3.5% of error respectively in contradistinction to the result of SimpleScalar.

      • 관광호텔 숙박객의 유실물 관리 및 처리에 관한 제도적 연구

        Korean tourist hotel industry have had its great progresses for past 25 years. Foreign Tourist hotels have been more stressed on its need and importance in comprison with the general lodging business in establishing the national tourism policy in Korea. It is true that hotel facilities, technical and functional services in hotel are leveled up to that of an advanced nations. In fact, the hotel facilities involving its design, inter-deco, F.F. & E. and skillful services based on the education and training of the employees, are also tremendously enhanced. Nevertheless, fewer emphasis on the "Lost & Found" Service of all sort of hotel services was laid than the other phase of hotel services. And also it is very few that professional books mentioned about the "Lost & Found" service. In a certain book, the author had very simply referred about "Lost & Found" procedures. But it is very important to find out that there is a significant differences between the service followed by 'found & returned' and the service offered by 'not found & not returned' of a customer's belongings. In evaluation of the quality of hotel service furnished by the hotel, the reputation of the "Lost & Found" service shall be well spoken of, and decided the hotel's confidence in itself. Selecting the major eight hotel in Seoul, I try to confirm the regulations of each hotel. According to the result of this research, it is known that every regulations of each hotel are different from each other, and also the period of custody for the findings is not same in every hotels, and the method of reversion to the findings passed its custodial period has not this unity, and the hotel regulations on the "Lost & Found" are disputed with the positive law-"The Act of 'Lost & Found'". In the conclusion, it is necessary that there have to be set the uniformed regulation on the "Lost & Found" procedures, and, first of all, there must be settle the confliction between the hotel regulations on the "Lost & Found" and the Act of 'Lost & Found' which is presently the positive law in Korea. And "Lost & Found" service should be regarded as a practical service to the customers just like to the front service or catering service in the hotel. Therefore, this "Lost & Found" service have to be enhanced by the employee's spontaneous notices based on their conscience and honesty, so that have the hotel customer feel the hotel as a home away from home.

        암석의 탄성파속도 거동특성과 역학 parameter와의 상관성 해석

        이 연구에서는 퇴적암, 화성암, 변성암군의 10개 암종-1,417개의 시험자료를 이용하여 탄성파속도와 각종 역학적 parameter간의 상관성해석을 시행하였다. 해석 과정에서 나타나는 암종과 역학 parameter간의 거동특성이 상의함을 구명하였으며, 거동이 동일한 암종들을 모집단으로 상관성 해석을 하였다. 각종 시험자료는 표본의 규모 검정과 Chi-Square검정을 거친 후 해석에 임하였다. 도출된 추정식들은 95% 신뢰도가 확보됨을 확인할 수 있었다. Analysis of correlation and behavior characteristics at elastic wave velocity have studied on Korean rock data after checking population size and Chi-square method. Behavior characteristics are quite different from each rock and mechanical parameters at elastic wave velocity. This study shows it is necessary to analize correlation to rock behavior characteristics for correct answer from natural rock.
