        검도 머리치기 유형 간 상지 근전도 및 시간 요인 분석

        This study is based on the primary data obtained by comparing and analyzing the muscle activity of the upper limb muscles and the time required to perform between the types of head strokes (large movements, small movements) of junior high school Kendo athletes. It is in contributing to providing. To this end, the experiment was conducted on six middle school students. This study"s primary purpose was to attach EMG sensors to both the left and right sides of the brachioradialis, biceps brachii, biceps brachii, anterior deltoid, and pectoralis major. Based on the maximal voluntary isometric contraction for each muscle part, the head stroke"s muscle activity was analyzed in detail. The viewpoint was also divided into the basic posture, the backswing top posture, and the impact posture, and the section was set as the preparation section and the hitting section to find out the time required to perform between head stroke types. The results show that in the prepared posture, the upper limb muscle activity was similar among the head stroke types, and the backswing top and impact posture showed a difference between the types. The difference between sections was small in the large motion in the time factor, but the difference was immense in the small motion. In this study, some player and training variation to reduce the variation between players is considered most important in Kendo.

        투포환 수행 시 구간 별 하지 근활성도 패턴 분석(사례 연구) : 이수정 선수를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to measure the activity of the lower limb muscles when performing ten successful and ten failed shot put movements of athletes who have won the national sports competition, and then divided them into three sections (glide, delivery, and release). The purpose of this study is to statistically analyze the difference in the results of the action to find out detailed muscle use patterns in the successful shot put movement and the failed action. As a result of the study, the roles of the right biceps femoris and lateral gastrocnemius were important in the gliding section, and it was determined that the external rotation of the biceps femoris was necessary for connection to the delivery section. In the delivery section, the left biceps femoris" roles, right tibialis anterior, and left gastrocnemius(lateral, medial) were significant. For effective release, external rotation of the biceps femoris and lateral rotation of the tibialis anterior, dorsiflexion of the gastrocnemius for a higher projection height, and knee It was judged that curvature would be necessary. Furthermore, in the release section, if the previous smooth connection is preceded by the lower extremity"s muscle activity, maintaining about 70%RVC of the right rectus femoris can produce an excellent shot put throwing motion. Future studies would be desirable to establish a practical basis for improving skills by comparing and analyzing the muscle use patterns of a more significant number of excellent shot put athletes and athletes whose skills are improving.

        공부하는 학생선수 만들기

        This study is an in-depth exploration of the process in which student-athletes can improve their academic skills together by enhancing the operation of the school athletic department to combine study and exercise. The purpose is to explore and analyze the experiences and changes of student-athletes through a year-long practice process to create student-athletes who study and exercise at the same time. The researchers in the study are the archery team’s supervisor, vice-principal, and athletic teacher who work at C Middle School in Changdong, Seoul. Autoethnography method and the qualitative research methods were used for as follows. First, through the making of student-athletes to study process, essential vocabulary or sentences were found based on frequently mentioned and comparable and contrastable content among multiple sources of information such as self-recovery, introspection, in-depth interview, critical event techniques, competition records, field notes, and related documents. Second, the subject was set and listed based on essential vocabulary or sentences. Third, an interim classification subject encompassing the listed issues was found. Fourth, during the data collection process, data was continuously modified and supplemented. As part of making student-athletes to study, the teaching assistant in the class through the teacher’s homework program, which is a school deficit program, is effectively, and it is useful to run the college student mentoring program, the self-study program, which is an educational promotion program. Continuing to maintain the student-athletes program in the future is expected to improve students’ primary education and improve their academic performance.

        육상 트랙 주로 형태에 따른 근대5종 선수와 육상 선수의 하지 근전도 분석 사례 연구

        The purpose of present study was to compare the specific lower limb muscle activity of modern pentathlon and track and field running athlete’s during running on a straight track and a curved track on the running track. For this way, we measured kinematic patterns the muscle activity of modern pentathlon and track and field running athletes to find out more efficient lower limb use patterns and to incorporate them into running training. Therefore, we investigated the leg muscle activity and foot pressure on in advanced 3 modern pentathlon players, 5 modern pentathlon players, and age- and sex-matched 3 track players. The results showed that the use of the vastus lateralis muscle is the most important to obtain the driving force of running on a straight track, and the core to move the trunk to the center point while reducing the use rate of the left vastus medialis and right rectus femoris on a curved track. The running curves of athletes exhibited a the highest muscle activity in all lower limb muscles except the quadriceps muscle, and the muscle activity of the quadriceps muscles was more stable than that of the modern pentathlon athletes (advanced) group. Future studies in the activity of the lower limb muscles by dividing the curve running phase in detail, be able to find out the basic data for efficient curve running. Also, it is thought that more effective basic data can be obtained by examining the muscle activity of the core muscles and examining the coordination between the use of the feet and the lower limb muscles through the foot pressure analysis.

        스마트 체육활동에 따른 학생들의 건강체력 조사 연구

        This study aims to verify the effect of indoor physical education class model using smart devices on learner"s health and class satisfaction as an alternative to solving school physical problems that are deteriorating due to environmental effects such as fine dust. We conducted 15 classes at 45 minutes, 2 hours a week, for 106 students in 1st grade at Y Junior High School in Seoul, using the Student Health Fitness Assessment Manual as a tool for measuring PAPs. To examine the sufficient progress and effectiveness, we compared and analyzed the measurement records by the pre- and post-questionnaire and the middle school physical fitness assessment table. As a result of examining health and fitness changes according to the teaching and learning method timing of the experimental group, compared to the pre-test, the post-test round-trip running, sitting forward bending, and grip strength increased significantly. The teaching satisfaction, according to the teaching and learning method As a result of examining the difference, the experimental group was significantly higher than the comparative group. Also, studying the differences in the areas of class satisfaction according to the teaching and learning methods, the experimental group showed significantly higher in the psychological satisfaction, physical satisfaction, and educational satisfaction of the class satisfaction than the comparative group. As we confirmed the necessity to increase muscle strength and endurance, we found that smart physical education was an effective mechanism to increase students" strength and endurance by using devices such as bicycles, sports climbing, sit-ups, and squats improved class satisfaction. As an alternative to overcome the increasingly difficult physical education class environment, smart sports activities could be confirmed.

        센터/사이드 라인 테니스 플랫서브 동작분석 연구

        This study was to quantitatively investigate the ball’s impact position and the ball-to-body tilt angle according to success (center and sideline) and failure in the tennis serve motion. For five tennis players of the Jeju Tennis Association, the flat serve motion was continuously attempted at the centerline (T-line) and the sideline (W-line) five times, respectively, super-high-speed video of 240 fps was taken. Variables (ball impact height, front and rear distance, whole body inclination angle, incidence angle) were calculated for this image using the Dartfish analyzer program. As a result of the study, it was found that there was no significant difference in all variables according to the success and failure of serving five tennis players. However, in the results, according to the characteristics of each individual, it was found that the higher the impact height of the ball, the higher the serve success rate. Also, it can be seen that the probability of success is higher when the ball is placed in front. This explains that athletes who show a statistically significant level in each variable during serving are more likely to need or improve their posture. Therefore, this study data suggests that tennis players, coaches, and related researchers can easily create serve models that can successfully serve and apply them in the field. Also, research on players with high skill in serve-skills can be more reliable data, and it is thought that it is necessary to verify various variables through three-dimensional analysis rather than two-dimensional analysis.

        투포환 글라이드와 로테이션 기술 간 하지 근활성도 비교 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the lower limb muscle activity of each section (phase 1 to 5) for athletes using glide technique and athletes using rotation technique and to compare muscle activity of the two movements by dividing the differences in characteristics into as similar as possible. The subjects are currently shot put athletes who use glide techniques and rotation techniques. The intervals were divided into five sections (phases 1 to 5) for the equality of the intervals. Section 1 is the double support phase, section 2 is the first single support phase, section 3 is the second single support phase, section 4 is the second double support phase, and section 5 is the release phase. The analysis showed that gastrocnemius muscle activity from phase 1 to 3 was noticeable in player B, and in phase 4, there was no difference between the two players in overall muscle. Overall, the rotation technique showed that the left lower limb was more used to rotate, and phase 4, just before the release, showed no difference between the two players, suggesting that the use of upper limbs is more important than lower limbs.

        스피드 클라이밍 수행 시 구간별 족저압력 및 운동학적 분석 연구

        This study aimed to examine the kinematic characteristics of speed climbing on the magnitude of foot pressure when performing start climbing movement. The subjects of the experiment were seven athletes participating in domestic and international speed climbing competitions. In this explorative study, we divided five Events (i.e., 1-5) across the start until the left knee heigh was located to the ipsilateral hip joint. Each athlete’s foot pressure and Event 1 were analyzed using a foot pressure and motion capture system. We found the knee angle of as a result of the analysis, the athlete with the best performance showed the lowest plantar pressure overall, and it was found that the foot contact area was minimal. In addition, for fast acceleration movement, the knee height should be positioned quickly up to the hip joint, and at this time, the closer the knee angle is to 90 degrees for effective stepping in the next movement, the more effective it is. In future studies, if foot pressure and muscle activity are analyzed simultaneously using an EMG sensor, more reliable results will be obtained, and it is judged that it will be essential primary data for speed climbing research, which has almost no research on performance.

        3m 스프링보드 다이빙 109C형 기술의 점프 유형에 따른 근 활성도 및 운동학적 변인 분석

        [목적] 본 연구는 현재 우리나라 다이빙에서 가장 취약한 109C(Forward 4 ½ somersault) 기술(난이도 3.7)을 구사할 수 있는 국가대표 남자 대표선수 2명(KYN, YHR)을 대상으로 기술의 미흡한 부분을 보완하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 수행된 기술의 정성적 영상분석 측정을 위하여 고속카메라 3대를 이용하였고, 총 10부위에 EMG를 부착한 상태에서 두 선수에게 한발 점프와 두발 점프를 최소 세 번씩 실시하도록 지시하였다. [결과] 연구결과, YHR, KYN은 두발 점프 후 기술 성공 시 P5구간에서 시간이 다시 증가하거나 같은 시간대가 나타났고, 점프 후 최고점까지의 변위는 기술 성공 시 더 높게 나타났다. YHR, KYN은 E2에서 어깨각과 엉덩이각이 기술 성공 시 더 크게 나타났고, KYN은 E1에서 엉덩이각이 더 커지는 경향을 보였다. 한발 점프의 경우 마지막 P5 구간에서 전 구간의 수행 시간과 비슷하거나 감소하는 경향이 나타났다. YHR은 기술 성공 시 E1에서 엉덩이각만 더 크게 나타났고, KYN의 경우 엉덩이각이 더 작게 나타났다. 근 활성도에서는 두 선수 모두 대부분의 근육에서 기술 실패 시 성공할 때보다 더 크게 나타났다. [결론] 결론적으로 아직까지 두 선수 모두 기술 완성도가 부족하다고 판단되고, 효과적인 훈련 개선 방안을 통해 기술 및 체력 훈련의 보강이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to overcome the shortcomings of 109C(Forward 4 ½ somersault) skill(Level 3.7) for two members of the men’s national diving team(YHR, KYN). [Methods] For qualitative analysis of the performed skill, three high-speed cameras and water-attached EMGs consisting of a total of ten placements were used. We instructed the two players to perform single-leg jump and double-leg jumps a total of three times each. [Results] The results of this study indicate that YHR and KYN appeared to increase their time or maintain the same time compared to the previous phase and displacement appeared higher when skill success occurred after the double-leg jump. The Shoulder & hip joints of YHR, KYN appeared larger in E2 and the hip joint of KYN appeared to increase in E1. Single-leg jump appeared similar or decreased the performed time of the previous phase in the last P5. YHR appeared larger only at a hip joint angle and KYN appeared smaller at the hip joint. The muscle activity(iEMG) of the two players appeared greater during skill failure than most of the muscles. [Conclusions] When perfectly performing 109C skills, the acquisition of medals in international competitions is possible. Therefore, in the future, it is necessary to study all of the variables that pertain to 109C.
