The purpose of this study was to measure the consciousness of residential environment improvement project for residents living in maintenance area. Based on this, I would like to help the data to clarify the contents to be considered in the future residential environment improvement project. For the analysis, we surveyed the residential environment satisfaction level and the residential environment satisfaction level by individual attribute for the residents in the current residential environment maintenance area. In addition, this study examined the interest in the maintenance business and the intention to resettle. In summary, the relationship between resettlement intention after completion of maintenance project and recognition of maintenance project was found to be resettlement as the overall understanding of the maintenance project and the general awareness of the project, such as whether to attend the information session or training. Thus, this study revealed that residential rearrangement projects in locations covering metropolitan areas and their suburb areas have positive impact on resolution of the doughnut effect and supply of houses based on the overall analysis of procedures implemented for areas in Daegu which were legally designated to be rearranged as part of the administrative effort to improve residential environment and secure houses and investigation of public awareness for residents living in such areas.

This research examines the effect of educational service quality of Taekwondo gym on parents-satisfaction, exercise adherence, and recommendation intention to provide basic date to come up with management strategy for Taekwondo. The study has obtained data by conducting survey 360 randomly chosen parents through convenience sampling especially who participating children in Taekwondo gym. In fact, 335 in this study. As a result of analysis: First, instructor, consulting, program of education service quality's sub factors showed significant effect on parents satisfaction. Second, consulting, instructor, program of education service quality's sub factors showed significant effect on exercise adherence. Third, instructor, price of education service quality's sub factors showed significant effect on recommendation intention. Forth, parents' satisfaction in Taekwondo gym had significant effect on exercise adherence and recommendation intention. Fifth, exercise adherence of parents in Taekwondo gym had significant effect on recommendation intention.

In this study, the telematics device was installed on the car (OBD-II) to collect the information on the operation conditions from each sample vehicle. Based on the information the domestic driving pattern was analysed and the ratio of cold start length was estimated. As a result of analysis for driving pattern, we found a difference in the frequency of driving on the hourly or seasonal basis. Then, the driving pattern of the rush hours, weekdays, and weekends could be derived. Also, from the study, an average of 2.22 times per day occurred in a single trip and average driving distance for the trip was 15.72 km. In addition, the proportion of cold start length was analyzed to be 16.11%. The seasonal cold start length has big difference from season to season (Winter 26.63%, Summer 8.22%, Intermediate 12.65%). There was an inverse relationship between the outside temperature and ratio of cold start length. In order to improve the accuracy of the cold emission estimation, it is necessary to apply domestic ratio of cold start length that driving pattern and temperature in Korea is reflected.

Yield of rice is generally determined by four components such as number of panicles, number of grains per panicle, grain weight, and ripening ratio. Remarkable increase in yield of recently developed “Indica × Japonica” rice varieties mainly depended on higher number of panicles per hill and higher number of grains per panicle as compared to those of “Japonica × Japonica” varieties. However, contribution of those factors to yield will reach to the limit at certain point of time. Grain weight is presumed to be another possible factor for sharp increase of yield. Diallel crosses were made to analyze the genetic characteristics of grain weight. This study was agreed with previous reports that grain weight is a kind of polygenic character. It was assume that breeding for large grain will be rather more difficult than for small grain judging from the fact that no transgressive segregation was found toward large direction.

태권도 도장의 서비스품질이 고객만족도 및 전환장벽에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 태권도장의 서비스품질이 고객만족도 및 전환장벽에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 태권도장의 서비스품질에 대한 중요성을 파악하고, 그 관계를 규명함으로서 태권도장의 마케팅전략 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상으로는 경기도 소재에 있는 26개 태권도장을 대상으로 모집단을 선정하여 총 600부의 설문지를 배포하였다. 이 중 회수된 설문지는 560부였으며, 응답이 불성실하다고 판단되는 140부를 제외한 420부의 설문자료가 실제 분석에 이용되었다. 자료처리를 위한 통계방법은 윈도우형 SPSS 12.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 태권도장의 서비스품질과 고객만족도 및 전환장벽의 모든 요인은 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도장의 서비스품질 중 유형성, 접근성, 안정성 순으로 고객만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도장의 서비스품질 중 유형성, 안전성, 접근성, 능력, 신뢰성 순으로 전환장벽에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 태권도장 고객만족도의 지도자만족, 프로그램만족 순으로 전환장벽에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This research is that examine the effect on the influence of Taekwondo-gym``s on customer``s satisfaction and switching barrier of service quality to provide basic data to come up with marketing strategy of Taekwondo-gym. The 26``s Taekwondo-gyms that are located on Gyonggi-do area were set and 600 questionnaire were givens as the target of this research. Out of 560 questionnaire that were collected and 140 questionnaire that were uncertain response about consumers. Only 420 questionnaire that were used to analyze the data. As for the statistical data analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, correlation relative analysis and multiple regression were carried out using SPSS 12.0. As the result of analysis first, service quality and customer``s satisfaction of Taekwondo-gym and switching barrier of all factors were statistically significant correlation. Second, the service quality of Taekwondo-gym significantly influenced in order of Tangibles, Access, Security. Third, the service quality of Taekwondo-gym Tangibles, Security, Access, Competence, Reliability switching barriers in order to affect significant. Forth, Taekwondo-gym meet the leaders of customer satisfaction, the program switches to satisfy the order affects the switching barrier.
