목포항(木浦港)의 1956~1982년(年) 기간(期間)의 검조기록(檢潮記錄)에 대(對)한 철저(徹底)한 분석(分析)이 최초(最初)로 수행(遂行)되었다. 년별(年別) 조화분석(調和分析)이 확장조화분석기법(擴張調和分析技法)에 의(依)해 수행(遂行)되어 영산강(榮山江) 방조제건설(防潮堤建設)이 천문조(天文潮)에 미치는 영향(影響)이 평가(評價)되었다. 방조제건설(防潮堤建設)에 따른 해면변화(海面變化)를 조사(調査)하기 위(爲)한 1965~1980년(年) 기간(期間) 및 1981~1982년(年)의 해면통계(海面統計)의 분석(分析)이 역시(亦是) 수행(遂行)되었다. 초기결과(初期結果)가 제시(提示)되었으며 추후(追後) 연구세목(硏究細目)이 토의(討議)되었다. This study represents results of analysis of sea level record at Mokpo for the years 1956~1982. The results are believed to be the first detailed analysis for the Port of Mokpo. The tidal constants are obtained from separate yearly extended harmonic analysis. The variability of these yearly analysis gives estimates of effects on astronomical tide due to Youngsan Barrier. Multiple statistics of sea level record for the years 1965~1980 and 1981~1982 are presented separately to evaluate the distribution of sea level frequency due to the construction of Barrier. Some of preliminary results are presented and indication of further studies are discussed.
코로나19 환경에서 고용불안정성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze how employment instability affects turnover intentions in the COVID-19 environment for five star hotel employees located in Seoul and to provide research data for employees working in the hotel industry as well as providing evidence for efficient human resource management in the COVID-19 environment. 300 questionnaires are carried out, and 275 questionnaires are returned. After excluding 24 unusable cases which aren't fit for the purpose of this research, 251 cases are used for this analysis. As a result, it is found out that the employees think the turnover will be disappeared if the company communicates and contrives with its employees for the proper control over the internal and external environmental changes and appropriate measures for the future.
Improvement of Student Satisfaction of Theory-Based Online Class - Case of Solid Mechanics -

Due to the impact of COVID-19, many universities are offering most of their lectures online. Among the basic subjects in mechanical engineering, theoretical subjects such as solid mechanics have a number of advantages and disadvantages that are different from offline classes in online classes. In this paper, the problems observed during the lecture of the solid mechanics subject through the online class and some applied cases to solve them were reviewed. In addition, by reviewing the quantitative satisfaction surveys and qualitative comments of students on the online class, issues that may need improvements in the future were analyzed and discussed.

In this study, we showed that neurons could be generated from adult canine bone marrow stem cells by culturing with DMSO/BHA/FeCl2. These neurons differentiated from the bone marrow stem cells formed neurites, expressed neuron-specific markers. This differentiation was enhanced by FeCl2. These results suggest that iron can effectively initiate differentiation of adult bone marrow stem cells into neurons.
