        여자 양궁선수들의 슛 성공유무에 따른 균형능력 비교

        The purpose of this study was to comparison analysis of balance ability in female archery athletes according to the success and failure of shoot. In this study, the subject were 6 female archery athletes. The center of pressure (COP) and total force (TF) of both feet was evaluated with wireless foot pressure equipment (Moticon, Germany). The result of this study, there was no statistically significant difference between the success and failure of shoot; COP of anterior-posterior (AP) in the both feet, COP of medial-lateral (ML) in both feet, TF of both feet, (p>.05). In the all phase, failure score was lower total force of left foot then the success score. And also, success score was lower total force of right foot then the failure score. In conclusion, female archery athletes was no difference COP, and total force according to the success and failure of shoot.

        공기소총 사격선수들의 성별에 따른 균형능력 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare balance ability in air rifle athletes according to the gender. In this study, the subject were consisted of the 8 female and 8 male air rifle athletes. The displacement of center of pressure (COP ) and total force (TF) was measured with wireless foot pressure equipment (Moticon, Germany). The results revealed no significant difference between the gender; COP of medial-lateral (ML) in the left and right foot, COP of anterior-posterior (AP) in the left and right foot, TF of left and right foot, (p>.05). In the all phase, male athletes was lower total force of left and right foot then the female athletes. In conclusion, air rifle athletes was no difference COP, and total force according to the gender.

        발목관절 보조기 착용이 뇌졸중 편마비 환자의 균형에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of postural control and the effect of ankle foot orthosis (AFO) on the static balance in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia. Fourteen hemiplegic stroke patients with independent ambulation more than 10 m were included. The movement of center of gravity (COG) during static postural control was measured with Biodex Balance System SD<SUP>®</SUP> (Biodex Medical System, New York, USA) at three different conditions (barefoot, shoes and AFO) randomly for three times on same condition. Percent (%) time in quadrant(anterior, posterior, left and right), overall, anterior-posterior and medio-lateral movement index were measured. COG were distributed to the right and posterior quadrant during static standing for maintaining postural stability in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia, and this patterns were not changed with shoes or AFO application. There was tendency of weight shift to the sound side for maintaining postural stability in hemiplegic patients, but not statistically significant. Application of AFO displayed lower overall (p<0.002), anterior-posterior (p<0.008) and medio-lateral instability index scores (p<0.008) than barefoot. The impaired static postural control in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia was improved with AFO application.

        남북한(WT-ITF) 태권도 합동시범의 발전방안 탐색

        목적 본 연구는 국가적 차원에서 추진된 남북한 합동 태권도시범의 추진배경과 결실에 나타난 의미를 규명하여 향후 남북한 태권도시범단이 추구해야할 발전방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 논제에 따라 연구계획을 수립한 후 문헌고찰방법을 통해 연구 자료를 수집, 분석하였고, 보다 더 실증적인 연구결과 도출을 위해 남북한 태권도시범에 참여한 WT직원, 감독, 코치 및 대표 단원 등과 심층면담을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, WT-ITF 교류협력의정서(2014)는 다수의 국제무대에서 남북 합동 태권도시범이라는 역사적인 현장을 구현하게 했으며, 남북 상호협력을 위해 체결한 WT-ITF 평양합의서(2018)는 올림픽의 정신이 깃든 스위스 로잔에서 남북 합동시범을 성사시킴으로써 하나 된 태권도 올림픽 평화정신을 대외로 알리는 기회가 됐다. 둘째, 남북한 합동시범 교류는 두 조직의 태권도 기술 이질화를 개선·통합하고자 하는 의지를 다지고, 두 조직간 협력 관계를 구축할 뿐 아니라 올림픽 정신인 전 세계의 평화를 선도하는 데 기여했다. 셋째, 남북한 합동시범교류가 유지되기 위해서는 월드투어시범 공동추진위원회 및 단일 시범단의 결성, 전용훈련장의 건립 등과 같은 정부차원의 지원체계가 구축되어야 한다. 결론 향후 남북한은 원칙을 바탕으로 이데올로기적 관계를 탈피하고 태권도 양대 단체 간 협력관계를 유지하여 남북 태권도가 진정으로 통합 되며, 전 세계의 평화에 이바지할 수 있는 대표적인 무도 스포츠종목으로 자리매김해야 한다. Purpose To analyze the promotional backgrounds and result of WT-ITF that were promoted from national dimensions, thoroughly establish the meaning of Taekwondo joint demonstrations deduced through this, and development planes for future WT-ITF demonstration teams. Method Research data was collected and analyzed through the literature review method and conducted in-depth interviews who participated in the joint demonstration. Results First, The WT-ITF cooperation agreement(2014) and Pyongyang agreement(2018) singed for fullfledged mutual cooperation, provided an opportunity to promote the value of martial arts Taekwondo to the world and to imprint the spirit of peace in the Olympics by achieving joint Taekwondo demonstrations in Europe. Second, WT-ITF Taekwondo exchange strengthened integrability of Taekwondo skills and peace around the world. Thrid, The government should form a promotion committee and a demonstration team to promote the world special project and provide support for the establishment of a joint training center. Conclusion Two Koreas should break away from idealogical relations based on principle, practicality and maintain a smooth cooperative relationship between the two organizations, establishing themselves as sports events that truly unite and contribute the world peace.

        국민 건강체조 등펴기 동작 시 몸통 근육의 근활성도 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nation health workout and three different barbell weight lifting(1/8, 1/6 and 1/4 of Body weight) on the erector spinae, external oblique and rectus abdominis during the trunk extension. Six pairs of surface electrodes were attached to the participants` left and right erector spinae, external oblique and rectus abdominis. Average and peak EMG values in the trunk extension of nation health workout were no significant than the corresponding values for the trunk extension using three different barbell weights(1/8, 1/6 and 1/4 of BW) during flexion phase. Average and peak EMG values in the trunk extension of nation health workout were significantly low than the corresponding values for the trunk extension using three different barbell weights(1/8, 1/6 and 1/4 of BW) during extension phase for the erector spinae muscles. During extension phase average and peak EMG values in the trunk extension of nation health workout were about the same as those found in the trunk extension using barbell weight(1/6 of BW) except for the external oblique. Average and peak EMG values at the erector spinae were significantly greater than the corresponding values for other muscles. The trunk extension of nation health workout should be used carefully for children and old person who have musculoskeletal disorder because of possibility of injury.

        축구 인스텝 킥과 아웃프론트 키의 운동학적 특성 및 지면반력 비교 분석

        이 연구의 목적은 축구 인스텝 킥과 아웃프론트 킥을 수행 할 시 하지관절에서 나타나는 움직임의 운동학적 특성과 지면반력을 비교하는 것이다. 이를 위해 8명의 남자 대학생 축구 선수들을 대상자로 선정하였다. 실험 시 각 대상자들은 무작위로 인스텝 킥과 아웃프론트 킥을 수행하였으며, 결과 제시를 위해 3개의 성공된 데이터의 평균이 사용되었다. 3차원 데이터는 모든 킥의 수행 시 측정되었으며, Vicon system을 사용하여 동작을 캡쳐 하였다. 운동학적 변인 분석으로 공과 지지발의 전-후 및 좌-우 거리, 지지발의 방향각, 공의 최고 속도, 하지관절의 움직임 각도와 최대 각속도 등을 살펴보았으며, 지지발의 전-후, 좌-우, 수직 지면반력을 살펴보았다, 연구 결과, 인스텝 킥에 비해 아웃프론트 킥은 지지발과 공의 전-후 거리는 더 멀고, 좌-우 거리는 더 가까운 지점에서 공 임팩트가 이루어졌다. 지지발의 방향각에서 인스텝 킥은 공의 방향과 지지발의 방향각이 일치 한 반면, 아웃프론트 킥은 일치하지 않았다. 공의 최고 속도는 두 킥 간 비슷하게 나타났다. 하지관절의 움직임 각도에서 인스텝 킥 보다 아웃프론트 킥은 더 작은 엉덩관절 내전, 발목관절 족저굴곡을 나타내었고, 더 큰 무릎관절 굴곡과 내회전, 발목관절의 내번과 내회전 동작이 나타났다. 그리고 지지발의 최대 지면 반력과 임팩트 시 지면반력에서 인스텝 킥이 아웃프론트 킥 보다 더 큰 외측 지면반력 값이 나타났다. 결론적으로 아웃프론트 킥을 수행 할 시 공이 뜨지 않도록 주의를 기울여야 한다. 아웃프론트 킥은 골키퍼가 예측하기에 어려운 킥이었다. 한편, 인스텝 킥은 공에 강한 임팩트를 줄 수 있는 킥이었다. 따라서 아웃프론트 킥을 잘 구사하기 위해서는 인스텝 킥과는 다른 훈련방법이 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to compare three-dimensional kinematics and Ground Reaction Force (GRF) of the lower extremities between the instep (ISK) and out-front (OFK) kick in collegiate soccer players. Eight male collegiate soccer players (age: 20.38±0.74 years, height: 183.13±6.12cm, weight: 74.99±4.41kg) randomly performed the ISK and OFK. Three-dimensional data were measured during all kicking trials. The motions of both kicks were captured using a three-dimensional motion analysis system (Vicon MX-F20, Oxford Metric Ltd, Oxford, UK). Distance of between ball and support foot, direction angle of support foot, velocity of ball, angle of segment, maximal angular velocity, and GRF were calculated for each trial. Paired t-tests indicated no significant (p> .05) differences in peak ISK ball velocity compared to OFK ball velocity. The OFK was found to have a greater anterior-posterior distance (mid-foot center of support foot to ball center) and closer medial-lateral distance (mid-foot center of support foot to ball center) from the ball in comparison to the ISK (p<.05). Angle direction of the support foot during the OFK was not in agreement with the ball direction. Analysis of variance indicated that the OFKs displayed higher knee flexion and internal rotation, ankle inversion and adduction in the kicking leg than the ISK (p<.05). Also, the OFK displayed lower hip adduction, and ankle plantar-flexion in the kicking leg than the ISK (p<.05). Also, Analysis of variance indicated that the ISKs displayed higher lateral GRF than the OKF. Our results suggest it to be difficult for goalkeepers to predict the direction of the ball when soccer players perform the OFK. In addition, ISK is more powerful than the OFK and that different types of kicks require different types of method training.

        엘리트 축구선수들의 성별에 따른 등속성 무릎관절 근기능 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study is to compare isokinetic muscle function of knee joint in elite soccer player according to the gender. The subjects of this study were 35 men and 27 women. They were performed on the isokinetic muscular function of the knee joint to angular velocity both 60 °/sec and 180 °/sec. Isokinetic muscular function were measured by Cybex (Humac NORM, USA). The main results obtained from the study are as follows. First, this study was significantly lower the women than the men at the extensor function of the left (p<.01) and the right (p<.01) knee joint in the 60 °/sec. Second, this study was significantly lower the women than the men at the flexor function of the left (p<.001) and the right knee joint(p<.001). Also, it was showed that H/Q ratio lower the women than the men in the left side (p<.01). The finding revealed that strength training based on the characteristics depending on gender is required and women soccer player needs to be improved the mucular fucntion of knee joint.

        카뎃부대표 양궁선수의 슛 거리에 따른 상지주요근육과 척추기립근의 근활성도 비교 분석: 사례연구

        The purpose of this study is to compare muscle activity of the upper limbs muscles and erector spine in cadet national athlete according to the shooting distance. In this study, participant of this study were selected one cadet national athlete to investigate the muscle activity. Draw arm extensor flexor digitorum superficialis (FDS), biceps brachii (BB), triceps brachii (TB), middle deltoid (MD), trapezius (TRA), erector spinae (ES) and Bow arm triceps brachii (TB), trapezius (TRA), erector spinae (ES) of muscle measured with surface electromyography (EMG). The results obtained from the study are as follows. The results of average muscle activity, 1. In the TRA of bow arm, 60 m was higher then the 30 m the drawing phase. 2. In the MD of bow arm, 30 m was higher then the 60 m the back-tension phase. 3. In the MD of draw arm, 30 m was higher then the 60 m the shooting phase. 4. In the FDS of draw arm, 60 m was higher then the 30 m the release phase. In addition, the results of maximum muscle activity, 1. In the MD of draw arm, 30 m was higher then the 60 m the drawing phase. 2. In the MD of bow arm, 30 m was higher then the 60 m the back-tension phase. 3. In the BB of draw arm, 30 m was higher then the 60 m the shooting phase. 4. In the TRA of draw arm, 60 m was higher then the 30 m the shooting phase. 5. In the FDS of draw arm, 60 m was higher then the 30 m the release phase. 6. In the BB of draw arm, 30 m was higher then the 60 m the release phase. 7. In the BB of bow arm, 30 m was higher then the 60 m the release phase. In conclusion, this study was suggested that the archery players should consider the shooting distance for improve archery performance.

        노인 근력 특성 및 체성분과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among isometric and isokinetic muscle strength, lean body mass(LBM) and bone mineral density(BMD) in the elderly. Eleven males(age, 70.27±5.78yr; height, 167.36±6.68 cm; weight, 68.34±8.23 kg) and thirteen female(age, 69.77±4.13yr; height, 152.80±4.45 cm; weight, 56.86±7.40 kg) participated in this study. In all subjects, LBM and BMD segments was measured by using Dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry(DEXA, Lunar DPS-DM, U.S.A.). Maximum isometric and isokinetic muscle strength of flexion and extension at the knee and elbow, ankle, trunk joints were measured by using an isokinetic dynamometer(CON-TREX(R) Multi Joint Testing Module, Switzerland). The results of this study showed that isometric and isokinetic muscle strength was significantly higher in extension than flexion. In the male and female, hamstring to quadriceps strength ratio(H:Q ratio) was increased as contraction velocity increased. BMD was correlated significantly with trunk extension in the male, but not in the female. LBM was correlated significantly in the male and female with knee extension strength. This study suggests that in the elderly muscle strength training program should put more weight on extensor muscles of the body.

        12주간의 코어운동프로그램이 여자 고등부 배구선수의 등속성 근기능, 평형성 및 기초체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study to investigate the effects of 12 week core exercise program on isokinetic muscular function, balance and basic physical fitness of female high school volleyball players. The subjects of this s tudy were 10 women. After 12 weeks of core exercise program, they were compared before and after. Isokinetic muscle function of the knee joint and balance were measured as various variables. Also, detailed variables of basic physical fitness were measured strength, muscle endurance, power, agility, flexibility, coordination, and anaerobic power. The main results obtained from the study are as follows. First, the program of this study was significantly increased in the flexor function of the right knee joint(p<.01). Second, the results of the dynamic balance measurement showed that the time spent on the left and the right was statistically significantly lower than before the exercise program (p<.05), the time to maintain the center was statistically significantly increased(p<.01). Third, the program of this study showed statistically significant increase in right hand grip (p<.05), repeated jump (p<.05) and side step (p<.001). Finally, In anaerobic power, average power (p<.01) and total energy (p<.01) were statistically significantly increased before exercise program, the peak drop was statistically significantly lower than before the exercise program(p<.01). The core program is most recommend to volleyball players exercise method which provide a positive effect on improvement of right knee flexor function, dynamic balance, basic physical fitness.
