Current transformers(CTs) whose rating is selected per a full load current of a feeder in high voltage system can be easily saturated due to high fault current that may be several hundred times of the full load current of the feeder. However, the protective relay shall operate properly at the fault without mis-operation under the CT saturation. So, in selecting the CT rating, it is necessary to consider the behaviour of CT and a performance of protection scheme in condition where CT can be saturated. In this paper, a performance of CT and a degree of saturation are studied and verified whether its ratings are proper for the operation of the protective relay.

This paper presents an investigation into the consumption behavior of aloners among college students according to the consumption trends of aloners recently on the rise. A survey was conducted with total 320 college students at universities in Cheongju for approximately three weeks from June 20 to July 12, 2016. The major findings were as follows: First, the study examined the overall consumption life of college students and found that they were more accustomed to consumption with their friends than consumption by themselves. The analysis results of their individualism/collectivism tendencies, however, showed that they preferred the individualism tendency, which indicates that their perceptions of being alone were less negative than before and changed to be daily and universal. Secondly, 42.8% of the entire college students belonged to aloners. Of them, 86.6% were voluntary aloner members, overwhelming their non-voluntary counterparts(13.4%). The reasons why they became aloners were divided into emotion and condition categories. Many of them became aloners voluntarily to avoid emotional losses. Thirdly, the study examined differences in consumption satisfaction between consumption by oneself and consumption with others and found that aloners had no big differences in satisfaction with consumption between them, whereas the non-myself aloners recorded considerably higher points in consumption behavior with others than consumption behavior by themselves. Finally, the study analyzed the effects of mental states regarding consumption by oneself on satisfaction and found that negative psychology had negative effects on satisfaction with consumption by oneself.
인공 체액 조건에서 임플랜트용 티타늄 소재의 부식 특성

The corrosion of pure titanium (CP-Ti Grade 2) and titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V ELI) were studied under various conditions of simulated body fluids. The static immersion test and the electrochemical test were performed in accordance with ISO 10271 : 2001. For the electrochemical test, the open circuit potential was monitored as a function of time, and the cyclic polarization curve was recorded. The corrosion resistance was evaluated from the values of corrosion potential, passivation current density, breakdown potential, and the shape of hysteresis etc. The effects of alloy type, surface condition, temperature, oxygen, and constituents in the fluids such as acid, chloride were estimated. Both specimens had extremely low dissolution rate in the static immersion test. They showed strong passivation characteristics in the electrochemical test. They maintained negligible current density throughout the wide anodic potential range. The passive layer was not broken up to 2.0 V (vs. SCE). The hysteresis and the shift of passivation potential toward the anodic direction was observed during the reversed scan. The passivation process appeared to be accelerated by oxygen in air or that dissolved in the fluids. The passivation also proceeded without oxygen by the reaction of constituents in the fluids. Acid or chloride in the fluids, specially later weakened the passive layer, and then induced higher passivation currrent density and less shift of passivation potential in the reversed scan. CP-Ti Grade 2 was more reactive than Ti6Al4V ELI in the fluids containing acid or chloride, but thicker layer produced on its surface provided higher corrosion resistance.
