Objective: We investigated the effect of Saururus chinensis (Lour.) Baill aquacupuncture (SCB) on anaphylaxis in mice. Methods: We conformed compound 48/80-induced mesenteric mast cell degranulation, active systemic anaphylatic shock and histamine release. Also observed acetic acid-induced vascular permeability and anti-dinitrophenyl (DNP) IgE-mediated passive cutaneous anaphylaxis. Results: SCB inhibited mesenteric mast cell degranulation and active systemic anaphylatic shock induced by compound 48/80 dose-dependently. When SCB was pretreated by intra-peritoneal injection, the serum histamine levels were reduced. SCB also significantly inhibited acetic acid-induced vascular permeability. In addition, SCB showed a significant inhibitory effect on anti-dinitrophenyl (DNP) IgE-mediated passive cutaneous anaphylaxis. Conclusion: These results indicated that SCB inhibits anaphylatic reaction.

In English there are various kinds of complements as the objective clause of transitive verbs. Among these complements this paper deals especially the complement clauses with that (CP) and the complement clauses without that (IP) that have the tense. CP and IP. The basic conception of this paper is that the that-less complement is not formed by omitting the complementizer that but that both "I think he is dead" and "I think that he is dead" are formed by paratactically putting together two independent sentences: "I think : he is dead" and "I think that: he is dead". The purpose of this paper is to study the elements that have influences on choosing the CP or IP as the complement of transitive verbs and obtain the aid in making accurate use of the CP and IP.
가막만에서 살포식 및 수하식 양식에 따른 피조개(Scapharca broughtonii)의 성장과 생존율

A hanging and bottom culture experiment of ark shells, Scapharca broughtonii, one of the edible clams, was carried out in Kamark Bay of southern of Korea to find the state of growth and any problems which influence them from May to December 1999. At sampling station, water temperature, specific gravity, pH, DO, PO₄-P, DIN and COD were 10.2~25.8℃, 1.0200~1.0262, 7.71~8.94㎎/ℓ, 0.001~0.015㎎/ℓ, 0.006~0.074㎎/ℓ and 0.40~2.03㎎/ℓ, respectively. And the habitat sediment was composed of mud. Seed shells at an average length of 2.2mm(1.4~3.1mm), height of 1.2mm(0.7~1.3mm) were planted on bottom and hanging May 1999. The growth rate of seeds in bottom was batter then in hanging. For seven months, an average shell length, shell height, shell breadth, total weight of ark shells cultured in hanging attained to 41.9mm, 32.2mm, 24.5mm and 18.9g, respectively. And an average shell length, shell height, shell breadth, total weight of ark shells cultured in bottom were gained to 63.6mm, 49.6mm, 40.3mm and 67.5g, respectively. It showed that the state of growth was favorable. But the survival rate of seeds in hanging(61.5%) was batter then in bottom(83.7%).
거푸집 공사 품질관리 요인에 대한 공사 참여 주체별 인식 비교

본 연구에서는 거푸집 공사의 품질 관리와 관련한 주요 요인을 도출하고, 요인별 중요도와 관리도에 대한 시공관리자, 사업 관리자 및 현장 작업자의 인식 차이를 확인하고자 한다. 거푸집 공사와 관련한 18개의 요인 중 현장 작업자는 거푸집 공사의 작업 세부 과정에 영향을 주는 요인들의 개선을 요구하는 반면, 시공 관리자는 공사의 진행 및 완료여부의 판단할 수 있는 요인들을, 사업 관리자는 건축물의 품질에 영향을 주는 요인들의 개선을 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 시공 관리자는 공사의 진행 및 완료 여부의 판단을 위해 거푸집 외관 등 유관으로 식별 가능한 요인을 중요하게 생각하고, 사업 관리자는 거푸집 작업 공사 후 실시되는 콘크리트 타설과 연계된 건축물 골조의 품질에 영향을 주는 요인을 중요시 하는 반면, 현장작업자는 작업장 상황, 자재의 연결 및 간격 등과 같이 거푸집 작업 세부 과정에 영향을 주는 요인에 대해 관심을 가지기 때문으로 사료된다. 본 연구의 결과가 참여 주체의 다양한 입장과 의견을 포괄적으로 수용한 거푸집 공사의 품질관리계획 수립에 기여하기를 기대한다. In this study, we attempted to derive major management factors related to the quality control of formwork and identified differences in the perceptions of construction engineers, construction managers, and field workers about the importance and performance of the derived factors. As a result of the study, 18 management factors related to the formwork were derived. Among the derived factors, the field workers placed importance on the factors that influence the detailed process of the formwork, while construction engineers placed importance on the factors related to the judgment of the progress and completion of the construction. The construction managers placed importance on the factors that affect the quality of the building frame. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that a plan to improve the quality of formwork that accepts the various opinions of each participant will be established.

본 연구의 목적은 힐러파워업슈즈의 보행 기능성 및 생리적 효능검증을 평가하는데 있다. 연구대상자는 30∼40대의 건강한 여성으로서, 지나친 편평족이나 고궁족위의 발인 대상자는 제외한 정상족의 후족착지형으로 선정하였다. 대상자들은 힐러파워업슈즈와 시중에서 시판되고 있는 유명상품의 일반 운동화를 착용하고 동일한 운동조건에서 비교 분석되었다. 운동화의 기능성에 관한 평가는 영상분석을 통한 하지관절각과 후족각의 변화 등의 운동학적 요인과 충격력의 흡수 정도 그리고 압력분포 형태를 분석하였다. 또한, 생리적 효능 검증은 동일한 운동조건에서 호흡 가스분석에 의한 산소섭취량 및 에너지소비량 등 생리적 변인에 대한 평가를 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 단일보행주기에서 하지관절 각도는 힐러파워업슈즈가 일반화보다 무릎각과 고관절의 평균각의 크기가 크게 나타났고 현저하게 유의한 수준(p<.01)이 나타났다. 지면반력의 수직 충격력이나 부하율은 비교대상군의 조건에서 통계적 유의한 수준의 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 평균 추진력에서는 힐러파워업슈즈가 일반화보다 크게 나타났고, 통계적 유의한 차이(p<.05)도 나타났다. 힐러파워슈즈는 전족부위에 미치는 최대압력분포가 일반화와 유사하지만, 뒤꿈치 접지기 시 후족부위의 넓은 압력분포를 보였다(M6: p<.05, M7: p<.001). 생리적 효능검증에서 산소섭취량은 힐러파워업슈즈는 일반화에 비해 평균 2ml/kg/min 높게 나타났고 통계적으로도 유의한 차이(p<.05)가 나타났다. 또한, 소비칼로리에서도 힐러파워업슈즈가 일반화보다 약 7.1%의 소모량이 큰 것으로 나타났다. This study was to evaluate the functional and physiological effect of Healer Power-Up Shoes. The subjects of this study were the healthy and female rearfoot strikers aged 30~40 years except the extremely flat and high arch foot. Under same exercise condition, the well known bland sports shoes and Healer Power-Up Shoes were compared. To evaluate the function of shoes, the kinematic factors including the change of lower leg angle and rearfoot angle using cinematographic analysis, the absorbtion level of impact force, and the pattern of plantar pressure distribution were analyzed. Also to verify the physiological effect, the physiological factors including oxygen and metabolic consumption rate using the method of respiration gas analysis were analyzed under same exercise condition. As the results, the following conclusion were drawn. In single gait cycle, significant differences (p<.01) were found for lower leg angle between Healer Power-Up Shoes and sport shoes. Healer Power-Up Shoes were greater for knee and hip angle than sport shoes. No significant differences were found for vertical impact and load rate, but Healer Power-Up Shoes were greater for average propulsive force than sport shoes and statistical differences (p<.05) were observed. In region of forefoot pressure, the maximum plantar pressure distribution of Healer Power-Up Shoes were similar to sport shoes, however, at the moment of striking the rearfoot, Healer Power-Up Shoes indicated the wide pressure distribution in rearfoot region (M6:p<.05, M7:p<.001). In the verification of physiological effect, Healer Power-Up Shoes showed an average 2ml/kg/min higher for oxygen consumption rate than sport shoes, and significant statistical differences (p<.05) were observed. Also, Healer Power-Up Shoes was 7.1% higher for calorie consumption than sport shoes.
운전조건 변화가 CO₂ 자동차 에어컨 시스템의 냉방성능에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험적 연구

This paper deals with the research for the effects of the operating parameters that could be used for a transcritical CO₂ mobile air-conditioning system on the cooling performance. It presents experimental results for the performance characteristics of a CO₂ mobile air conditioning system with various operating conditions such as different gas cooler inlet pressures and frontal air velocities/temperatures passing through the evaporator and the gas cooler. Experimental results show that the cooling capacity was more than 5㎾ and coefficient of performance (COP) was more than 2.1, also. Therefore, we checked that the mobile air-conditioning system using CO₂ has good cooling performance compared to that using HFC-134a.

This paper deals with the development of optimum high pressure control algorithm for a transcritical CO₂ mobile air-conditioning system to achieve the maximum COP. The experiments were performed under idle and driving operating conditions. The experimental results demonstrated that the COP of the transcritical CO₂ system is a strong function of the gas cooling pressure. In other words, the COP was increased and then decreased with increase of the high pressure. Therefore the value of high pressure which has maximum COP could be selected. Furthermore, the strong(linear) relation between the optimum high pressure and the gas cooler outlet temperature was revealed, which suggests a simple controller of only one parameter for the transcritical CO₂ cycle.

1998년 11월 21일 여수시에 소재한 제3·4구 잠수기수협을 통해 구입한 한국산 개불을 여수대학교 양식학과 양식장환경(무척추동물학) 실험실로 옮겨 성숙한 개체를 해부아여 난과 정자를 채취하고, 인공수정을 시켜 5∼25℃실험구에서 배 발생과정을 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 개불, Urechis unicinctus 의 배 발생은 5℃와 10℃ 실험구에서 4세포기까지 진행되었고 더 이상의 발생은 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 20℃와 25℃ 실험구에서도 수정란은 기형과 사란으로 인하여 더 이상 발생이 되지 않았다. 그러나 15℃실험구에서 개불의 수정란으 s2시간 40분후에 2세포기, 4시간 10분 후에 4세포기, 5시간 30분 후에 8세포기, 6시간 20분 후에 16세포기, 7시간 후에 32세포기, 7시간 55분 이후에 64세포기로 발생하였다. 그리고 수던후 배 부유유생시기까지는 15시간 35분이 소요되었으며, 이때부터 섬모운동에 의하여 움직이기 시작하였다. In this study, Urechis unicinctus's eggs development process observed in different temperature condition. Mature adult of Urechis unicinctus were collected at the diving cooperation of Yosu in Korea. We carried out the artificial insemination in the laboratory on Nov. 20, 1998, and reared the embryos under different temperature. Treatment were carried out with different temperature(5, 10, 15, 20 and 25℃). Embryos in 5℃ and 10℃ tanks did not develope after four-cell stages, and in 20℃ and 25℃ tanks became deformed or dead. But embryos in 15℃ tank developed into sixty-four-cell stages. After fertilization, two-cell stage took 2 h and 40 min at 15℃ of water temperature, four-cell stage took 4 h and 10 min, eight-cell stage took 5 h and 30 min, sixteen-sell-stage took 6 h and 20 min, thirty-two-cell stage took 7h, and sixty-four-cell stage took 7 h and 55 min, respectively. And swimming embryo took 15 h 35 min.
