        치위생(학)과 학생의 셀프 리더십이 임상실습 스트레스와 스트레스 대처방식에 미치는 영향 -대구 경북 중심으로-

        Objectives: This study aims to investigate the relationship between the self-leadership and stress of students majoring in dental hygiene in clinical practice. This study will be helpful to cope with clinical practice effectively. Methods: Subjects were 221 dental hygiene students from 4 universities in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. Data were abalyzed by independent t-test and multiple regression analysis. Results: Stress-response was 60.36 points in high self-leadership group and 57.20 points in kow self-leadership group. It was statistically significant. Clinical practice-induced stress was made by self-expectation, rehearsal, and self-criticism. Stress was able to be overcome by self-reward and positive mind. Conclusions: It is necessary to take the curriculum into consideration which can improve the self-leadership before the clinical practice or at the early phase of clinical practice in order to ensure that the students majoring in dental hygiene are exposed to less stress arising from clinical practice and better cope with such stress.

        핵심역량 기반 관점에서의 치위생(학)과 교육목표 분석

        Objectives: It will be necessary to make statement about the competence targeted in the dental hygienic education that adopts the competence-based curriculum from the standpoint of core competence which the students need to be equipped with in the society. Methods: To achieve the education objective of Dental Hygienics, the information available on the website of the Korean Dental Association, universities and graduate schools were used, and the education objectives of the concerned universities which were posted in the websites of 82 universities from July to August, 2011 were analyzed. Results: C7 and C1 accounted for 21.1%, the highest percentage, in the core capability, while HP1 comprised 79.6% in the health improvement and disease prevention. CM1 stood at 73.7%, the highest percentage, in the community involvement(CM) area, and PC4 accounted for 90.8%, the highest percentage, in the patient care(PC) area. In the professional growth and development(PGD) area, PGD1 was the highest, followed by PGD3. In relation to the comments on the occupational types after graduation, 63.1% of respondents mentioned the dental hygienists at the school, while 33.3% did not make any comment on the dental hygienists. Conclusions It was necessary to re-establish the essential objectives of the graduates based on the competence as the accomplishments of studying and learning in the department of dental hygiene. It may be a useful method to set the competency-based education objective on the basis of the implementation ability and the level of graduates.

        신교육목표분류학의 틀에서 본 구강보건교육학 목표 분석

        This study examined in what category that the knowledge dimension and the cognitive processes dimension are described based on ``A revision o Bloom``s taxonomy of educational objectives`` in oral health education textbooks. Oral health education and practice from Educational Objectives of Dental Hygiene Department(Korea dental hygienist Prof Council, 2009) were selected to analyze a textbook, the body contents was analyzed in the knowledge dimension, and the activity was analyzed in cognitive processes dimension. Three experts were selected as a corder for reliable analysis. As a result of this study, the knowledge dimension in oral health education textbook was focused on the categories of factual knowledge and conceptual knowledge in textbook analysis based on ``A revision of Bloom``s taxonomy of educational objectives``, and the category dimension of ``understand`` showed to be the most for the cognitive processes dimension. Moreover, there was no ``meta cognitive knowledge`` that conforms to a higher-order thinking and the category dimensions of ``analyze``, ``evaluate``, and ``create`` took very low proportion or did not exist. Conclusion, Oral health education textbooks were analyzed to fragmentary and Memorizing the level knowledge. Thus we have to develop oral health education textbooks reflected a variety of cognitive and knowledge dimension.

        치위생과 학생의 2×2 성취목표지향성이 자기조절학습에 미치는 영향

        This research will target the Dental Hygienics students to identify the level and type of the 2×2 achievement target orientation, and will study how this achievement target orientation is related to the Self-Regulated Learning, as well as the effect on the each sub elements of the Self-Regulated Learning (SRL). Among the 2×2 achievement target orientation of all the female university students, the skillful approach was found to be highest. In case of the adjustment of the motivation following grade, intrinsic value of the 1st grader was higher than the intrinsic value of the 2nd and 3rd graders. As for the behavior adjustment, the 3rd grader`s time and studying adjustment were found to be higher. Mean while, pursuit of the cooperation was found to be high compared to the time and studying adjustment of the1st and 2nd graders. Second, intrinsic value, overt goal orientation, and studying environment adjustment among the SRL`s subelements, manifested significant correlation with all the sub elements of the 2×2 achievement target orientation. As for the elements that affected cognition adjustment, grade and skillful approach were found to exert significant effect on the performance adjustment. As for the element that affects behavior adjustment, grade and skillful approach exerted significant effect on the sub elements of the behavior adjustment. Analysis on the effect of the achievement target orientation and SRL implies that the direction of the students` learning goal can be modified and that they can learn effectively by using the SRL appropriately. When the two elements are factored in carefully, the key findings could serve as a base data that can motivate the students, inducing effective learning process.

        다문화 가정 여성의 한국 사회 적응도가 의료기관 이용과정 만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 연구목적은 다문화가정 여성들이 우리사회에 적응하는 과정에서 겪는 많은 문제들을 한국적응도 와 관련하여 의료기관이용과정과 만족에 관련된 요인을 파악함으로써 보다 나은 양질의 의료서비스를 다문화가정여 성들에게 제공할 수 있는 자료로 사용하는 것이다. 연구대상은 다문화가정 여성 188명을 대상으로 설문지를 조사하 여 빈도분석 및 기술통계, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석 연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 국가별에 따른 각급 의 료기관의 만족도 중 보건소는 베트남이 가장 높은 만족도를 나타내고 있으며, 다음으로 필리핀, 중국 순이었고 일본 이 가장 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 한방병원의 경우 보건소와는 반대로 일본이 가장 만족도가 높았고, 필리핀, 중국 순이었고 베트남이 가장 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ‘국적, 학력, 소득, 적응도와 의료기관 교통접근 도 만족도’에서는 한국사회 적응도가 영향력 있는 변수로 나타났는데, 한국사회에 대한 적응도가 높을수록 의료기관 교통 접근도에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, ‘국적, 학력, 소득, 적응도와 병원행정수준 만족도’는 소득 면에서는 먼저 100만원-150만원 보다 150만원-200만원이 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났고, 한국사회에 대한 적응도가 높을수록 의료기관 병원행정수준에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따른 연구 결론은 국적, 학력, 소득, 한국사회의 적응도는 의료기관의 만족도에 영향을 미치고 있다. 의료기관의 만족요인을 높이기 위해서는 국적별, 학 력별, 소득별로 다각적 접근이 요구되고 특히 기본적인 한국적응도를 높이는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. Research objectives: This research is focused on the multicultural families based on the existing studies. The problems that the women of the multicultural families experience in this society were studied, in relation to the adaptability to Korea by identifying the elements related to the use of and satisfaction level towards medical institutions. As such, this research is expected to be used as a data that can help to provide quality medical service to the women of the multicultural families. Research method: 188 women of the multicultural families were targeted to carry out research by conducting interview and by leveraging translated survey questionnaire. Then, SPSS 18.0 program was used to conduct statistical analysis. As for the analysis methods, frequency analysis, technical statistics, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis method were used. The results of the research were as follows. First, for the satisfaction level towards medical institutions for each class following each nation, Vietnam manifested highest satisfaction level when it comes to the public sanitation clinic, followed by the Philippines and China in the order listed. Meanwhile, Japan manifested the lowest satisfaction level. In case of the Asian medicine hospital, Japan manifested the highest satisfaction level contrary to the public sanitation clinic, followed by Philippines and China in the order listed. Meanwhile, Vietnam manifested the lowest satisfaction level. Second, ‘satisfaction level towards nationality, education level, income, degree of adaptation and access to the medical institutions via transportation,’ degree of adaptation towards the Korean society was manifested as an influential variable. As the degree of adaptation towards the Korean society increased, satisfaction level towards the degree of access to the medical institutions via transportation was proven to be high. Third, 'Nationality, education, income, hospital administration to help adapt the level of satisfaction' income if the first 1,5 million to 2,0 million won that low satisfaction than from 1 million to 1,5 million won and Higher of Korean society to adapt was higher Hospital Administrationon the level of satisfaction Conclusion: Nationality, education level, income, degree of adaptation towards the Korean society affect satisfaction level towards medical institutions. To increase the elements that increase the satisfaction level towards the medical institutions, multi-dimensional approach by each nationality, education level and income is required. In particular, it would be considered necessary to increase the level of adaptability to Korea.

        치위생과 학생의 전공만족도, 진로탐색효능감이 진로탐색 행동에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of Dental Hygienic students` level of satisfaction towards their major and sense of career exploration efficacy on their career exploration behavior so that the key findings of this research will help the university students to explore career related to their major and to assume rational attitude towards their career path. Methods: The study was conducted targeting 450 university students who are studying in the Department of Dental Hygienic at the four universities located in Daegu, Gyeongsangbuk-do and Chungcheongbuk-do. Data collection was carried out using the self-administered questions based on the use of structured survey questionnaire, and analysis was conducted using frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: 1. Total grade of the Dental Hygienic students` level of satisfaction towards their major was 3.36±.49 points, while total grade of the sense of career exploration efficacy was 3.06±.46 points. In case of the career exploration behavior, the total grade was 2.76±.53 points. 2. In case of the level of satisfaction towards their major, there was a significant difference depending on the class, grade and motivation for admission. As for the sense of career exploration efficacy and career exploration behavior, there was a significant difference depending on grade. 3. Sense of career exploration efficacy and career exploration behavior demonstrated level of satisfaction towards their major manifested positive correlation. Sense of career exploration efficacy manifested positive correlation career exploration behavior. 4. As for the elements that affect Dental Hygienic students` career exploration behavior, they were level of satisfaction towards their major and sense of career exploration efficacy, and the explanatory power was 19.0%. Conclusions: It should be necessary to study the elements that affect Dental Hygienic students`career exploration behavior in greater depth using diverse methods and information in order to increase sense of career exploration efficacy so that the individual Dental Hygienic students can engage in detailed career exploration behavior for the sake of their career path.

        일부지역 치위생(학)과 학생의 영어 관심도와 불안도에 대한 인식

        Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the influencing factors on English interest and anxiety in dental hygiene students. Methods : A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 1,040 dental hygiene students in six universities in Busan and Gyeongnam from April 1 to 30, 2013. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics, foreign language performance anxiety scale, and English interest. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regressions. Results : Those who travelled abroad tended to have a liking for English. English credits significantly influenced on English interest. and employment. The period of English study was proportional to interest and grade of English. Conclusions : The interest and anxiety for English was the major factor to improve the mastery of English. The dental hygienists must try to improve the mastery of language proficiency.

        결혼이주여성의 구강보건교육 후의 구강보건지식과 관리 및 태도변화에 대한 연구

        Objectives : TThe purpose of this study was to provide the oral health education program for marriage imimigrant women. This study focused on the pre and post education effects including knowledge and attitude of oral health. Methods : Subjects were 51 marriage immigrant women who participated in the 4 phases of oral health program for two weeks from March 26 to June 30, 2012. Results : Oral health education program had a significant influence on the level of oral health perception. The oral health education program enhanced the knowledge level of marriage immigrant women. Oral Hygiene Index (OHI-S) also showed a significant difference and suggested that the oral health education program increased the level of knowledge related to oral care. Conclusions : It is necessary to investigate motivation factors and influential factors changing the oral health behaviors, knowledge and attitude related to oral health. Further study will be necessary to analyze the characteristics by countries, social class and age.

        임산부의 구강보건관리 실태와 구강보건 인지도에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 10개월의 임신기간을 통해 새로운 생명 탄생을 준비하는 임산부의 육체적, 정신적 부분에서의 변 화 중 신체에서의 구강은 태아의 건강까지 책임져야하는 영양분 섭취에서의 첫 관문이라는 의미에서 잘 관리되어져 야 한다. 이에 임산부의 구강보건관리 실태와 구강보건 인지도를 조사한 결과, 잇몸 출혈 시 칫솔질 여부는 ‘이행’ 54.4%였고, ‘불이행’ 45.6%로 나타나고 있다. 임신 중 치과치료 경험유무는 전체적으로 ‘아니오’의 응답이 164명 (91.1%)로 높게 나타났다. 보조구강위생용품 사용종류에 대한 다중응답으로 조사한 결과로 가장 많이 사용한 보조구 강위생용품은 ‘이쑤시개' 43.2%였고, 다음으로 2순위는 ‘치실' 26.2%였으며, 3순위는 ‘구강양치액' 12.6% 순이었다. 구강보건교육에 대한 경험유무는 전체적으로 구강보건교육을 받은 경험은 대다수가 ‘없다(92.8%)’였다. 구강보건교육 필요성은 전체적으로 ‘필요하다’의 응답이 92.8%로 나타났다. 임산부의 구강건강에서 가장 고민되는 부분에 대해서 자유형 개방형으로 조사한 결과로 가장 많은 고민은 ‘입덧으로 인한 칫솔질의 어려움'이었고, 다음으로 ‘잇몸출혈', ‘치은염과 구취’, ‘충치'의 순이었다. The purpose of this study is to emphasis the fact that the oral cavity should be well-managed as it is where the intake of the valuable nutrition for the baby is made, among many other important factors and changes that the pregnant women go through as they prepare for the birth of a human being for 10 months. For this, we surveyed the management of the oral hygiene and the awareness of oral health by the pregnant women. The result showed that the nauseating during the brushing of the teeth and the use of the oral hygienic products varied among different standard of lives with statistical significance. As for the standard of living, those in higher level showed also a higher level of the use, while the middle and low standard of living showed lower level of usage of the oral hygienic products. In case of the dental treatment during the pregnancy, most of the interviewees answered they do not receive dental treatment during pregnancy in the fear of bad influence on the baby and the potential risk of congenital anomaly. The perceived necessity of the education on the oral health was generally high. And, for the contents of such education, they preferred the timing of the dental treatment, the content of the treatment, and misunderstandings regarding the dental treatment.

        치위생과 학생의 전공 몰입 경험이 진로태도 성숙에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 치위생과 학생의 몰입 경험이 진로 태도 성숙에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴봄으로써 치위생과 학생들이 진로에 대한 합리적인 태도를 갖추게 하고 나아가 진로 결정이나 진로상담에서 활용할 수 있는 기초 자료를 마련하는데 있다. 대구, 경북, 충북지역에 소재하는 4개 대학 치위생과에 재학 중인 최종 425명을 대상으로 자기 기입식 질문지법으로 조사하였고 자료분석은 적률상관관계분석과 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 학업성적과 몰입경험도의 영역은 진로태도성숙도를 설명하기에 적절한 것으로 나타났으며, 몰입 경험도는 치위생과 학생들의 진로태도성숙도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 진로태도성숙도의 하부요인 중 준비성, 확신성, 결정성, 목적성, 독립성의 순으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. This study dental hygiene and immersive experience of students affects the career attitude maturity by looking at how dental hygienists and students about careers and further rational attitude equip career decisions and that can be used in career counseling was to establish baseline data. As a result, the area of academic experience and commitment to a career attitude maturity was found to be adequate to explain, immersive experience in the dental hygiene students and career attitude maturity was affected. Career attitude maturity of the readiness of the underlying factors, certainty, determinism, finality, independence was affected by the order. Thus, major classes of students in dental hygiene and can facilitate an immersive experience and take advantage of this by taking steps reasonably career exploration and career attitudes will need to make groups.
