FCST의 턱관절 불균형 진단은 검사자 및 환자의 주관에 의존하여 이루어지기 때문에 객관적인 진단 방법에 대한 고찰이 필요하다. 본 증례에서는 FCST 진단 방법 중 경추회전제한 검사에 대한 객관적인 검증 방법으로 표면 근전도 측정이 가능성이 있음을 관찰하였다. We investigated the potential of electromyography (EMG) for diagnosing imbalance in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) to apply functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST). The electromyography signals were measured in the sternocleidomastoid muscle (SCM) in patients with temporomandibular disorder (TMD) while a FCST specialist conducted a restricted cervical rotation test. In addition, we also observed the changes in the electromyography signals according to pre-treatment or treatment with a TMJ balancing appliance (TBA), a customized TMJ balancing appliance (CBA), or a CBA with one paper bar. The right SCMs of the two patients with right TMJ imbalance had high EMG signals in the right cervical rotation test, while the left SCMs showed low EMG signals in the left rotation. In addition, the high EMG signals in the right SCMs decreased when using the TBA or the CBA, but the EMG signals of the left SCMs showed low EMG values during the treatments. Furthermore, the EMG signals of the right SCMs rose again after artificial imbalance of the right TMJ by the CBA with one paper bar. This case report demonstrated the potential of EMG as an objective diagnostic method for FCST.

본 연구 주제는 DC 모터 타입 S.B.W(시프트 바이 와이어) 엑츄에이터에(Fig.1) 관한 것으로 더욱 자세하게는 엑츄에이터의 출력을 향상시킬 수 있고 출력축의 작동 범위를 제어 할수 있는 S.B.W 엑추에이터에 관한 것이다. S.B.W 시스템에 구비되는 변속 구동부는 ECU를 통한 신호 인가 시 변속기의 변속단을 전환하는 역할을 하는 엑추에이터이다. 통상의 S.B.W의 엑추에이터는 하우징과 그 내부에 설치된 모터와 회전력을 증대시키는 감속기어와 회전력을 외부로 출력하는 출력축으로 구성된다. 하지만 DC 모터를 적용한 종래의 제품은 웜기기어 웜 휠을 사용함으로 출력을 증대시키는 구조적 한계와 일정구간의 왕복 회전작동 범위를 제어기하기 위한 별도의 제어 수단이 요구되어 지는 문제가 있다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 하우징과 하우징 내부의 DC 모터와 그에 따른 감속기어 구조의 최적화를 통하여 회전력의 효율과 작동 범위의 제약을 개선하는데 그 목적이 있다. 1차 감속부와 2차 감속부로 회전력을 감속함(Fig.2)과 동시에 회전력의 전달 방향을 전환할수 있는 기어 구조를 적용하고자 한다. 〈그림 본문 참조〉

본 연구에서는 수출중소기업이 어려움을 겪고 있는 수출대금 결제방식의 문제를 기존의 거래방식의 문제점을 분석하여 전자결제를 통해 대응방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 정보통신의 발달과 금융환경의 변화에 따라 무역환경은 빠른속도로 변화하고 있다. 기존 전자무역 결제방식은 B2B거래에 많이 사용되어가는 추세이지만, 중소기업에서 실질적으로 사용할 수 있는 시스템은 많지 않다. 또한 최근 무역결제방식의 추세 역시 무신용장방식으로 변화되면서 수출중소기업의 대금결제 사고비율도 늘어나고 있으며 이에 대한 대응책이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 수출중소기업의 현황과 기존 전자무역 결제방식의 장단점을 분석하고, 저비용, 거래당사자의 편의성을 확대할 수 있는 방법으로 B2C거래에 까지 활용할 수 있는 에스크로제도의 도입 필요성과 거래당사자의 활용방안에 대해 제시하였다. Under this study, it is intended to present responsive method through the electronic payment on issues of export proceeds payment method where small and medium-sized export enterprises encounter with significant difficulty by analyzing the issues of existing transaction method. Following the development of information communication and change of financial environment, the trade environment is swiftly changing. Existing e-commerce payment method is significantly used in the B2B transactions now, but there are not many systems to actually use for small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition, the recent trend of trade payment method frequently facilitate the non-letter of credit method that the ratio of proceeds payment troubles for those small and medium-sized export enterprises is on the rise. Under this study, the strengths and weaknesses of the status of small and medium-sized export enterprises and existing e-commerce payment method are analyzed and the need of introducing the escrow system that may be facilitated at low cost and for B2C transaction as well as its operation plan are proposed.
한국주변해역 살오징어(Todarodes pacificus)의 회유 및 분포특성

Catch data for the common squid (Todarodes pacificus), classified by squid-jigging fisheries per grid (size: 0.5° latitude × 0.5° longitude), and the water temperature values KODC (Korea Ocean Data Center) were collected for the 1980-2009 period to study the changes in squid distribution and migration with climate regimes (1980s, 1990s, and 2000s). The primary fishing period in the 1990s and 2000s was approximately 2-3 months earlier than that in the 1980s. Especially in the East Sea, the fishing grounds in the 1980s stayed longer at high latitudes than those in the other decades. Moreover, in the 1980s, centers of the fishing ground were located near the Yamato bank (central East Sea), whereas in the 1990s and 2000s, they were situated near the southeastern coast of the Korean peninsula.
기능적뇌척주요법의 단회 치료 효과에 대한 후향적 관찰 연구

Objectives: The aim of this study was to review main symptoms of outpatient in Lee young Jun clinics who developed the functional cerebrospinal therapy and to investigate the therapeutic effects on one time application of functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST). Methods: Patients who visited at least twice at an oriental medical clinic and treated with FCST were included. They were asked to write 216 numeric rating scale (NRS)-based questionnaire about degree of various symptoms at each visit. Prevalence and degree decrease of all reported symptoms were analyzed. Results: Total of 744 outpatients were included. There were fourteen symptoms of which more than half of all patients commonly complained. All symptoms were significantly reduced after one administration of FCST. About four to seven percent of patients reported at least five-point reduction on NRS in each symptom after FCST. Conclusions: FCST might have potential immediate effect on not only TMJ related symptoms, but also diverse kinds of pain, psychological symptoms, and fatigue-related symptoms.
탑승자 보호성능을 위한 교량용 방호울타리에 관한 실험적 연구

Bridge rails are usually installed on the curb with a specified height and width. The variance of the height and the width of the curd could affect the safety for the passengers and the behavior of the vehicles. In this study, the impact severities of passengers and the behaviors of vehicles are investigated according to the variable location of the bridge rails on the curb with the specified height and width. The full scale crash test results show that the impact severities such as the THIV and the maximum PHD are minimized in the case of the correspondence of the face of bridge rails and the curb. Also, the results show that the behaviors of the vehicles are stable.

Currently, the proportion of diesel vehicles in all automobile has grown significantly over the past few years. Air pollutant also grew up and became a social problem. In particular, the issue of NOx emissions caused by NOx high emission in real driving has become a global issue. Despite the fact that the regulatory and reduction project of the new vehicle is actively carried out, there are no existence regulations of In-use diesel vehicle's NOx emission. Therefore, the emission characteristics of the in-use diesel vehicles were investigated to seek ways to reduce NOx emissions in this study. The test targets were used in 237 close inspection of exhaust gases and model year varied from 1996 to 2011. However, the classification of emissions by emission standards differed considerably from NOx emissions. This means that the selection method for early retirement targets should be converted from model year to amount of emissions. If the current early retirement program was applied to the existing system, pre-Euro 3 was 22.530 g/km and Euro 4 was 21.810 g/km to NOx reduction. However, when the vehicle was changed to high emission target vehicle, NOx reduction increase maximum 84.705 kg/yr. According to the study results, an effective reduction in NOx emissions can be achieved if an earlier target in expanded to Euro 4 vehicles.

The distributions of demersal fish along the coast of the South Sea, Korea, were estimated from a hydroacoustic survey and bottom trawl catches in April of 2015. Acoustic data were collected at 38 kHz, and converted into the nautical area scattering coefficient (NASC, m2/n·mile2) for 0.1 n·mile along eight transects during day and nighttime. Various demersal fish species were collected and the dominant species comprised no more than half of the catch. The estimated acoustic density of demersal fish compared well with the cumulative catch weight from bottom trawl catches in daytime, but showed a low correlation at nighttime. The NASC of pelagic fish determined for anchovy was correlated with water temperature. The combined hydroacoustic and trawl method can be used to understand the spatial/temporal structure and estimate the density of demersal fish in coastal areas.
