복합훈련과 수영훈련이 Glucose, Insulin 농도와 CPK, LDH 활성도에 미치는 영향

        천병옥(Byung Ok Chun) 한국사회체육학회 2007 한국사회체육학회지 Vol.0 No.31

The purpose of this study was to investigated the effects of combined training and swim training on the glucose, insulin concentration and CPK, LDH activity. The subjects selected for this study were 21 male university students(combined training group 7, swim training group 7, control group 7). The blood sampled thought their antecubital vein at pre and post 12 weeks later at rest. The data of this study analyzed by 3×2 repeated measure ANOVA and paired t-test using SAS program. The glucose concentration was significant increase change in combined training group(p=0.0260), insulin concentration was non significant change in each group, but significant different in combined training group and control group at 12 weeks later. CPK was significant increase change in combined training group(p=0.0086), but non significant change in swim group and control group, LDH was significant increase change in combined training group(p=0.0004), and significant different in combined training group and control group at 12 weeks later. These results suggested that decrease insulin concentraion and increase levels CPK and LDH activity at 12 weeks later in combined training was a specific muscle injury marker such as physiological stress.

운동기간ㆍ빈도 및 시간에 따른 혈중지질에 대한 효과크기 분석

        천병옥(Chun Byung-Ok) 한국체육과학회 2003 한국체육과학회지 Vol.12 No.1

The purpose of this study was to use the meta-analytic approach to examine the effects of exercise on blood lipid profile and hormone variables. A total of effect sizes(ES) representing subjects from 42 studies met the criteria for inclusion. All doctor dissertation studies published after 1900, in Korea, were reviewed for inclusion from training search. Studies had to be prospective intervention trials, randomized or not, evaluating the effectiveness of an exercise program of any duration. frequency, time. Effect sizes(ES) were calculated for each variables and site measured in every eligible study according to Hedges and Olkin. Significant difference were analyzed, using an Fisher's Z test. Statistical significance was accepted at the p<0.05 level. The results through the statistical analysis of variables were as follow. 1. The total cholesterol level was significant ES changes following exercise duration was significant difference for >8wk(ES=-0.457, p=0.0015) but not ?8wk. The exercise frequency showed statistically significant changes for >3(ES= -0.292. p=0.0149) but not 3?. The exercise time showed significant changes for >30min(ES= 0.435, p=0.0042) but not ?30min. 2. The TG level was significant ES changes following exercise duration was significant difference for >8wk(ES=-0.328, p=0.0184) but not ?8wk. The exercise frequency showed statistically no significant changes for >3 and ?3. The exercise time showed significant changes for >30min(ES=-0.240, p=0.0484) but not ?30min. 3. The LDL-cholesterol level was significant ES changes following exercise duration was significant difference for >8wk (ES=-0.587, p=0.0001) and ?8wk(ES=0.459, p=0.0385). The exercise frequency showed statistically significant changes for ?3(ES=-0.630, p=0.0413)) and <3 (ES=-0.320, p=0.0117). The exercise time showed significant changes for >30min(ES=-0.548, p=0.0007) but not ?30min. 4. The HDL-cholesterol level was significant ES changes following exercise duration was significant difference for >8wk(ES=0.795, p=0.0000) and ?8wk(ES=0.882, p=0.0013). The exercise frequency showed statistically significant changes for ?3(ES=0.633, p=0.0376) and >3(ES=0.837, p=0.0000). The exercise time showed significant changes for >30min(ES=0.711, p=0.0000) and ?30min(ES=1.016, p=0.0000).

Vol.9 No.1

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of weight training and circuit weight training on muscular strength, cardiopulmonary function, and blood lactate. The subjects for this study were twenty healthy male university students who participated in this experiment voluntarily and didn't have any disease. The subjects were divided into two groups: weight training group(N=10), and circuit weight training group(N=10). The subjects in training program(WT: 80% of 1RM, 10lifts per work, CWT: 40% of 1RM, work-to-rest ratio of 30s:30s) performed three circuits, three times a week on non-consecutive days. For the muscular strength, cardiopulmonary function(rest HR, VO(㎎/㎏ㆍmin?¹), VE), pre, and post-test were conducted before the training after training(10 weeks), respectively. The results of this study were as follows: First, circuit and weight training groups had significant increases in back strength, grip strength(left, right), and significant decreases in rest heart rate, recovery lactate(5 mins, 10 mins). Second, in circuit weight training group, VOmax, VE increased significantly, and maximal lactate decreased significantly. Third, in circuit weight training group, VOmax showed significant differences after training compared to control group weight training group.

Vol.9 No.1

This studies the performance of the dual energy x-ray absorptiometry in evaluating bone mineral density and lean body mass. This method was accurate in quantifying known amounts of lean body mass and bone mineral density. The subjects classified into intercollegiate gymnastics(19.26 years, career 10.5 years, n=15) and non-athlete group(20.07 years, n=7). On the basis of the results of lean body mass of each body region and bone mineral density were analyzed. The results statistically analyzed on these data were summarized as follows; 1. Arms lean body mass showed a low correlation with arms bone mineral density. Legs lean body mass showed a significant correlation with legs bone mineral density(r=0.51, p<.05). Trunk lean body mass showed a low correlation with legs, Trunk bone mineral density. Total lean body mass showed a significant correlation with Arms, Legs, Total bone mineral density(p<.05) in control group. 2. Arms lean body mass showed a significant correlation with arms bone mineral density(r=0.64, p<.05). Legs lean body mass showed a significant correlation with legs bone mineral density(r=0.86, p<.001). Trunk lean body mass showed a significant correlation with trunk bone mineral density(r=0.52, p<.05). Total lean body mass showed a significant correlation with total bone mineral density(r=0.81, p<.001). Arm lean body mass showed a significant with Legs, Trunk, Total bone mineral density(r=0.65-0.88, p<.001). Legs lean body mass showed a significant with Trunk, Total bone mineral density(r=0.81, p<.001) in experimental group. 3. Lean body mass could be very important determinant of bone mineral density. 4. Lean body mass showed a high significant with bone mineral density by effect of training.
