도시에 대한 근대적 의미의 도시화는 1960년대부터 본격적으로 시작되었지만 세계 수준과 비교하였을 때 평균수준에도 미치지 못하였다. 이후 급격한 도시의 인구 증가율로 인해 높은 도시화 비율을 나타내었지만 인구 대이동으로 인하여 이농향도 현상이 발생하였다. 또한 도시의 고도화 복잡화 되면서 교통난과 환경문제가 발생하였으며 화재 사고등이 빈번히 발생함으로써 엄청난 피해 규모가 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시의 안전 평가를 위하여 도심지의 건축물을 대상으로 오피스 빌딩을 선정하여 화재 안전 현황에 대하여 조사 분석하였다.

The this study is analyzing the fire load of underground shopping mall in an underground life space located in country. Fire-load is investigated inflammable handle material in shopping mall and visit on the field. And Fire-load calculated using unit calorific value by fuel condition service of unit room. The result of this study is contribute in constructing Database of the fire safety and criteria of fire resistance of performance based according to the underground life space.

Purpose: If the shading device installed on the window affects heat transmission performance, additional performance can be secured in daily life in addition to basic performance, and this is expected to have a significant impact on insulation effect and energy efficiency. Therefore, in this study, we attempted to confirm through testing the effect on heat transfusion performance when installing roll screens and glass attachment films on curtain wall windows. Method: The test for this study was conducted based on KS F 2278 Standard test method for thermal resistance for windows and doors. The test environment was a constant temperature room (20 ± 1)℃ and a low temperature room (0 ± 1)℃, and the surface temperature was divided into 9 equal parts, 9 positions were selected at the center of each half, and they were attached at the same location in the constant temperature room and the low temperature room. The test was conducted by dividing the test specimen into 8 types. proceeded. Result: The test results of this study showed an overall increase in thermal conduction performance compared to the existing heat conduction performance. In addition, roll screens, films, and devices occupy a large proportion as additional necessary elements for windows, and depending on the installation method and use, it is analyzed that they can increase the thermal transmittance rate and efficiency grade of the window, while conserving energy and increasing efficiency. . This is believed to play a very important role not only in the inflow of solar radiation or in alleviating visual discomfort, but also in heat transmission.
