This paper is concerned with the development of a new method for making and separating ice and saving floated ice by installing an evaporation plate at in-water within a storage tank. In a conventional harvest-type ice storage system, a tank saves ice by separating a formed ice from an installed evaporation plate, which is located above an ice storage tank as an ice storage system. A new harvest-type method shows very good heat transfer efficiency than a convectional method. It is because the evaporation panel is directly contacted with water in .a storage tank. Also, at a conventional system a circulating pump, a circulating water distributor and a piping are installed, but these components are not necessary in a new method. The results showed discharge of cold capacity of new type indicated the high values about 30-40% based on five time of drive, the temperature difference of inlet/outlet occurred the big range about 1.3 ℃. So, the new type which makes ice in water showed superiorly.

Recently, the high frequency isolated boost DC/DC converter has been widely used for the PCS (Power Conditioning System) system because of its small size and low cost. However, the high frequency isolated boost DC/DC converters applied the conventional voltage-fed converter and current-fed converter have the problems such as the high conduction losses and the surge voltage due to the high circulating current and the leakage inductance, respectively. To overcome this problems, in this paper the secondary LLC resonant converter is proposed, and the experimental results of the secondary LLC series resonant converter for boost DC/DC converter are verified on the simulation based on the theoretical analysis and the l㎾ experimental prototype.

The KASINICS (KASI Near Infrared Camera System) is a ground-based Near-Infrared (NIR) imaging instrument developed by the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI). In this paper, we report the test results of the KASINICS camera optics system which is comprised of a 1-1 Offner relay. We measure that the surface RMS fluctuations of the Offner mirrors are at the level of $10^{-1}-10^{-2}$ of the target wavelengths, showing that the mirrors are sufficiently smooth for NIR observations. The alignment of the Offner optics system has been checked too. Our ray-tracing simulations find that the image quality should not degrade more than the pixel size of the KASINICS ($40{\mu}m$), if a de-centering or a tilt of the Offner mirrors are within 5mm, or $2.5^{\circ}$. Our measurement shows that the de-centering or the tilt of the Offner mirrors are less than 1 mm or $0.5^{\circ}$, assuring that the KASINICS image quality are not affected by the alignment errors. We have also measured that the optics resolution is $20{\mu}m$ and it does not degrade more than 10% over the detector surface area of 14.3 mm ${/times}$ 14.3mm. Overall, we conclude that the KASINICS optics system satisfies the design requirements for NIR imaging observations.

In this paper, we conducted research about the speaker's acoustic characteristics by the condition of the duct. It is expanding the bass ton play frequency as interfere two frequencies each other which originate from the speaker's back and front side using duct, as attach the duct of round shape or, square at the encloser. This is not making of bass ton range using interference. the structure of the duct which using this experiment is round shape. And we confirmed that can expand the limit of bass ton playas compare the actual experimental wave that after simulation of play frequency range as length change

We have developed a control electronics system for an infrared detector array of KASINICS (KASI Near Infrared Camera System), which is a new ground-based instrument of the Korea Astronomy and Space science Institute (KASI). Equipped with a $512{\times}512$ InSb array (ALADDIN III Quadrant, manufactured by Raytheon) sensitive from 1 to $5{\mu}m$, KASINICS will be used at J, H, Ks, and L-bands. The controller consists of DSP(Digital Signal Processor), Bias, Clock, and Video boards which are installed on a single VME-bus backplane. TMS320C6713DSP, FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array), and 384-MB SDRAM(Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory) are included in the DSP board. DSP board manages entire electronics system, generates digital clock patterns and communicates with a PC using USB 2.0 interface. The clock patterns are downloaded from a PC and stored on the FPGA. UART is used for the communication with peripherals. Video board has 4 channel ADC which converts video signal into 16-bit digital numbers. Two video boards are installed on the controller for ALADDIN array. The Bias board provides 16 dc bias voltages and the Clock board has 15 clock channels. We have also coded a DSP firmware and a test version of control software in C-language. The controller is flexible enough to operate a wide range of IR array and CCD. Operational tests of the controller have been successfully finished using a test ROIC (Read-Out Integrated Circuit).

Recently, the isolated high frequency boost DC/DC converter has been used widely for PCS (Power Conditioning System) because of the requirements of small size and low cost. However, the high frequency isolated boost DC/DC converters applied the conventional voltage-fed converter and current-fed converter have some problems like high conduction losses and high surge voltage due to high circulating current and leakage inductance, respectively. To improve these problems, a novel secondary LLC (called SLLC) series resonant converter is proposed in this paper and its theoretical analysis, its operating waveforms, simulation and experimental results for a boost DC/DC converter using SLLC series resonant topology verifies the proposed topology. 800W experimental prototype is designed and tested.
